Paid for a non-working app

It won’t allow me to track water or calories consumed. Paid for nothing. Customer service, please reply. This is disappointing.

Really great app! Love it.

Just a week into this program. So far I love it! Easy to use. Easy to do. Low cost for the app and the groceries. Love the recipes and added mini-workouts included. It takes any confusion out of fasting. Used a lot of other programs. This is my favorite.

Not worth the money!

Terrible customer service. Once you purchase and pay for months at a time, they follow a "NO REFUND" policy. This speaks to the type of business they run. They know they have to make you pay for months in advance because if you get a free week trial you won’t want to purchase this. Also, they don’t refund anymore because so many people ask for a refund lol, they found out they have a terrible app. Don’t waste your money. It is basically a timer and just tells you when to stop eating and when to start eating...same time every day...so completely unnecessary. After asking for a refund they waited 5 days before even responding. Don’t buy from this company!

In your profile, you can easily track your progress. 'Tips' section in the app provides you with various articles on how to adopt a healthy lifestyle and intermittent fasting. Also, our specialists are ready for consultation 24/7. Meals database is being updated every week. A full refund can be issued if the product found faulty. Yet, we cannot provide a refund if you simply changed your mind or don't want the app.

Dissatisfied

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed by their refund policy. There is a 14-day trial period. On day 3 I requested a refund due to the fact that the program did not suit my needs. Although I corresponded with the company several times they continued to refuse any refund. I found this not to be the normal business practice for a quality company.

A glorified countdown timer

The app is a glorified countdown timer. It also acts as a subscription and auto renews even though it isn't listed as a subscription under your Apple ID. Horrible customer service.

You agreed on a subscription when your plan was purchased. After a subscription ends - the payment is taken automatically, however, you can cancel automatic subscription renewal anytime by informing us at hello@dofasting.com. As per our terms and conditions, the subscription cancellation request should be sent 14 days prior to the renewal.

Cannot contact company, need help

I could not download the app on my phone after paying for it...I would like a full refund of $46.00. I have contacted my credit card company and they asked me to contact "DoFast". There is no way to contact them without starting a new account. Please help.

Contact phone number not working?!

I thought I canceled. But I was billed again. I called the contact phone number and it doesn’t work as of today 3/27/2020.

How can they post a contact number and it doesn’t connect. I’m thankful for Capital One credit card because I will deny this charge because I can’t get ahold of them.

Frustrated

I signed up for this and received a box of packets in the mail that look like teabags while I was away from home for two weeks. By the time I returned, I had forgotten almost everything I had learned about DoFasting. So I Googled it and inadvertently signed up for another subscription. It appears the teabags are for making a drink to curb appetite. Is there someone at the company with whom I can speak to learn more about this and to cancel my second subscription? The website is of no help. There is no phone number either. Not a good look.

Customer service is a joke

This place is a complete joke. They still have not issued me a refund. Should have been taken care of back in January/February and they are now saying they cannot issue me a refund even though they have their products back unopened, untouched. I authorized a payment for $66 but then they charged me with a payment for $268.98 which I did NOT authorize. I do not know how this $268.98 was ordered from them. I sent the products back and they are not giving me my money back. This company has taken over $300 from me and have their products and won’t give me a refund. DO NOT waste your time or money on these people or this company. Complete crooks.

Unsubscribe

I've been trying to unsubscribe but I forgot my password. I have tried to reset it but the promised email to me does not appear in my email account.

The hello@dofasting.com site doesn't exist. Even though I don't use the app I am still being billed $33.00. Without a password, it is impossible to cancel, but they won't let me reset. It is so frustrating! I don't know what else to do.

I think the app is ok for its price

It's really hard to choose because there are too many fasting apps around, but I'm glad I chose DoFasting.

It has all you could look for. Fasting tracker and the notification are great because you sometimes really lose track time. I like the recipes they give you and exercises really boost the weight loss. I've lost 7 lbs so far and I keep on going!
