Before using your product my computer, I must say it was easy to install, so an "A" for that. The downside is my computer is even slower than before. I shall return it in the morning for a full refund.

Once I figured out how to load it, it worked fine. It took just under six hours to scan my computer and fix 25 errors in my system. However, it didn't fix the problems I bought it for. I will probably have to take my computer in and have a programmer look into it.

The product is easy to use and works great. The first time I ran it I had seven issues that were isolated and now my computer works great. I would recommend this to anyone for a great running computer and the ease of mind that it will always be that way.

I was hoping to really like this product and finally be done of monthly or annual renewals for virus subscriptions software. In all fairness it did scan my much older OS laptop; but not the main reason I purchased it. Currently; I upgraded to an iMac for performance and figured this would be ideal, however, each scan only yielded 67 files in 0 seconds, even under custom scan mode.

I contacted customer support and they were very friendly and resolved the issue. However, the end result did not help me in the least and I just wish they would have included that this device will not scan fusion drives when they are selling them, as I would have never bought one. Other than that, for other OS without fusion drives it should work fine.

I successfully ran the stick and it said I had issues and that it fixed them but I can't see any difference in the way my computer is running.

I didn't really see anything in the report that alarmed me about the things that were wrong but figured it would likely at least speed things up to have them removed.

I was worried at first and afraid to try it when it came in the mail. Then I thought what the heck...the computer is not running right anyway - it is slow, freezes up, won't shut down, and sometimes won't start up. I plugged it in and it told me exactly what to do (very easy). Then it told me to take a break, it was going to be awhile. I have to laugh now because it took 8 hours and 20 minutes. BUT boy did it clean up my computer. It is working like a new one now. It showed everything it was doing and the time it was going to be until done. When done, it asked if I wanted the viruses and malware removed. I had a lot of them. Two or three minutes later I had my computer back working like new.

It took down my internet for five hours. I could not stream video, play Xbox, and anything. It did not speed up anything. I lost my security and video. Why did it use over 95% of my internet for five hours? That was more than the time it would have taken to download my whole hard drive two times.

Not happy, I did not see any warnings. I am sick about losing all that time, had plans, but could not do anything, as you stole my internet.

Claire was able to help me get my scan problems resolved...gave me all the information I needed to complete the task. Prior to this, I couldn't get anything to work; thought maybe it was because I was using a previous FMS that had been de-activated due to being stolen, but the people who stole it, returned it after it didn't work for them because it had been made nonfunctional.

FixMeStick worked great on my Windows 7 computer. I'm 65 years old and didn't want to give it up because I can't understand Windows 10. I shop mostly online and FixMeStick stopped all buffering and really speeded up response time on sites like YouTube and Amazon Prime. I also cleaned my wife's Vista, and now it works like it did in 2009. I will be using it monthly like it recommends. Thanks, FixMeStick, for saving my computers.

I've had my FixMeStick for about two years. In that time I've used it to solve many problems that might have cost a great deal of money, had I needed to call HP or Microsoft for tech support. I love my FixMeStick. I highly recommend it, especially for those that are not very techno-savvy. Running the scan is easy, and when you need help, tech support is always helpful and available. Updates are automatic and free.

I put the FixMeStick in the PC and it did its thing and then told me I had a lot of malware on my PC. Why didn't it clean that out of my PC when it was doing everything else? I am sending it back as I don't think it did what it was supposed to do. Thank you.

My husband is good for being on the computer hours at a time and is all over the internet. Two days after I received my FixMeStick, his desktop was hit by a virus where it froze up the computer and it wanted us to call a "1-800" for repair - been down that road before where they want to get into your computer and charge you hundreds of dollars for repair and protection.

I tried the FixMeStick and put it to its ultimate test. The virus was detected, cleaned it out and had our desktop back up and running. I was happy that the instructions for the stick included a way to get into our computer since we couldn't get back into Windows for the scan without taking it out for service. This alone was worth the purchase. Thanks for a great product.

I have three PCs and the one I'm using now was the better of the three with only 58 virus/malware, etc. that the FixMeStick removed and now it works great, and it only took about two hours and 45 minutes to complete. The second one was in really bad shape, still barely worked, but too slow to bother, and the FixMeStick brought that PC back to like new performance and it took about three and half hours I think. Now, the third PC was so bad that you barely could even get it to turn on, and once you did, that's about as far as you could go, and the FixMeStick took just under four hours to completely fix that PC, and when it finished, it had four pages of malware viruses and who knows, but when the FixMeStick finished, that third PC is now back to even better than when I bought it refurbished online two years ago. I will never hire a tech again to try his luck at fixing my PC's, FixMeStick is the only way to go, I promise.

The TV ads and HSN miss lead me thinking the FixMeStick would speed up my PC. I have two virus protection products I run so the FixMeStick did find anything or speed up my PC. My family has three Dell laptops that run slowly, especially when booting or installing any application. For example, installing TurboTax takes 30. When I check the resources, the hard drive is running at 100 percent. I have tried many suggestions I found on the internet. Will your other product fix this problem?

I have recommended FixMeStick to a few friends who PC was completely locked. I have not heard if it helped.

I was able to clean my laptop of its 23 threats. As suggested, I used the overnight method and the next day I started the clean process and in no time my laptop was ready.

I recommend that people try it! The literal toxins that were on our computers were slowing the computers down. It reminded me of an old fable we are all too familiar with. Give the FixMeStick the opportunity to liberate your computer.

When I first got my FixMeStick, I put it in and it took six and a half hours to clean my eight-year-old laptop. It had malware viruses, and I just tapped on the button after it cleaned it and it eliminated all my problems.

I cleaned it the second time, then I registered it. As far as I know, it's working five times faster, and that makes me way happier. Thanks to FixMeStick I can get things done a lot quicker.

The FixMeStick was only used once. It took 15 hours to complete the scan. It found seven items, which I removed. I then did a Microsoft security scan and it found a Trojan, which I also removed.

My computer ran faster for a few days, and I intended to use the FixMeStick every month before completing a review, but then I had a house fire and all my electronics were destroyed among many other things.

Once I get computer replaced, when I can afford it, I will definitely purchase another two-pack lifetime FixMeStick to give it a fair chance.

I called FixMeStick support when I ran what I expected would be a routine scan to my computer. The internet connection suddenly was not there and a popup said that the scan would resume once the connection was resumed, but never did. I am not at all tech savvy, so I figured this was a glitch which was run of the mill. The tech support person, Jessica, informed me that this situation was very atypical and admitted she had never run across it before. But she proved to be a real trooper, and more someone who really thought out of the box - trusting to intuition. Throughout her assistance in the crisis, she remained cool and collected and reassuring, and she got it done. God bless her!

I purchased FixMeStick, attached to that purchase was McAfee. The install did not take because I have a Windows XP desktop PC. I'm a little confused here. If FixMeStick will help speed up and protect my PC, why another purchase for anti-protection, etc?

I have both a laptop and desktop computer which use the FixMeStick application.

The automatic one-year renewal arrived and, at this time, I wish not to renew. However, I am completely satisfied with its application and may renew at a later date. FixMeStick provides a sense of computer protection and security.

I tried three times and no luck - it froze up after about 30 minutes. I had to do a fix scan on the comp to be able to get online and download a few cleaning tools. The online support was now available for the stick and they sent an update, after which the FixMeStick worked fine and removed a bunch of other stuff. I will keep the stick and use it monthly as my machine is now running nice.

When I called for help, I just knew I would probably get a rep that I couldn't understand, not true. The representative was surprisingly very polite and extremely patient. I asked him to walk me through the install procedure to make sure it was going to work, as the directions that came with the USB FixMeStick were very vague, and they never, of course, can guide you if you have a problem with the sent printed instructions. He took his time with me as I was writing down all his directions as he was giving them to me so I didn't have to call back because I thought there couldn't possibly be another representative that could match his professionalism and knowledge. The code that was on my scan report is FMSMN09369 to help find the rep that assisted me. He deserves honorable mentions.
