I've been a FixMeStick subscriber for a few years now, and I highly recommend this product for anyone who uses a computer. Just an hour or two, maybe once a week, and it removes everything that can slow down your computer or put it in jeopardy from spyware, viruses, and hackers!

I purchased FixMeStick from the Canadian Shopping Channel where I was first introduced to it. TSC had what they called a Showstopper and they were offering the "good for three computers for their lifetime".

I'm a senior and not very good with the ins and outs of keeping my information safe. FixMeStick has served me well. I've never had an issue with the pirating of my personal information.

Not being very adept at solving computer issues, I rely on the FMS to remove issues, clean files and keep me up to date on other matters.

Operating the FMS is plug and go. It will take care of issues without my supervision. Anyone can do it.

The personnel is courteous and oh, so very helpful.

I have will continue to recommend or insist that my friends invest in this product, it is beyond "well worth it". I also recommend that you purchase it from the Shopping Channel...another fine company that provides outstanding service.

The FixMeStick will provide you with peace of mind, safeguard your information. It's easy to use and the only cost is the initial purchase. Customer service is outstanding and immediate.

Thank you for the good service I have received from FixMeStick. I have used this service for two or three years now and it is very helpful. I just recently received the StartMeStick and thought it was the same as the FixMeStick so I canceled my subscription. I re-instated my subscription because I realized that the two sticks were for two different functions. I am not sure if the subscription for the StartMeStick is still valid or not, I hope it is.

Technology is not my strong point, as I am a senior and sometimes there gets to be too much technology to work with.

Your service has been great so far and I hope to continue to get the same kind of service that I have had in the past.

Had the FixMeStick for several years and it covers 3 computers, purchased from HSN. Has worked great! No issues until yesterday. Could not get the scan to run. I chatted with FixMeStick. After trying a few different things, we finally did a factory upgrade and an update. This solved the problem! I thought I was going to have to buy another FixMeStick. The great thing is chat support stayed on the chat throughout the process while working through the problem. They wanted to make sure it was working properly or they had done everything they could to get it working again. Great customer service! I would highly recommend FixMeStick!

I use the FixMeStick every month. When the new year came my computer would not accept it. After contacting the company, they gave me help and all is good again. They are excellent in dealing with frustrated people. I highly recommend their help, and their product.

I am very impressed with this small little gadget that plugs into a USB port on my laptop. My first "scan" removed some possible malware from my computer and seemed to increase the speed of searches etc. after the run. To date, Feb 23, 2020, I am running the second monthly scan on my system as I type this review. I did not realize that for the type of account that I purchased - 3 computers used for 1 year that it’s necessary to run one scan a month. This I assume is because FixMeStick gathers and automatically sends any new malware it finds to the company to stay on top of what "hackers", identity theft persons or others are trying to use.

I also took advantage of purchasing McAfee Virus Protection for up to 5 devices (includes mobile phones) for 1 year. The reduced cost was about as inexpensive as one could get without being free!

I absolutely recommend this company - 5 stars! I have contacted them twice with a few questions and they respond within almost immediately (email) with answers and support. Just realize you need to observe their "business hours" of operation. Otherwise, the email is held and a response was given on the next business day. I have not tried phone contact but I believe it would be just as professional.

Two other things: They provide you with their address in Montreal, CA and contact information before you place an order. PayPal can be used for payment. Any "scam" company would never do this! Nor would PayPal not have checked them out to protect PayPal.

I am a person of very little education it was hard and frustrating to figure out how to use this and especially nobody else to help me. I am not very good at these computers so by trial and error I finally got it to work. Yes, it did clean my computer and I was very pleased to recommend to people that have a computer to get it and use it. It does work.

At one point, I messed up and accidentally put my account under two separate email accounts so I was billed on both accounts. Not FixMeStick's fault. I contacted the company ready to do battle but they researched my claim, refunded the second billing, and then went so far as to notice the device had only been used one time. They asked if I had lost my stick. I had and they are replacing it. Super easy company to work with.

I haven't got to using it as of yet but if it is as good as the last one I used, then I will be more than happy with it. Because of some mix up last summer, I did not receive my new stick. But this company went well beyond what I expected from them. This is a company that I would suggest anyone use if they are having computer problems.

I was reluctant to run my FixMeStick but it performed perfectly and cleared 57 potential threats! Support was always there if I got hung up but never needed them. Highly recommend FixMeStick as a piece of mind and clearing out unwanted threats.

FixMeStick customer service was always prompt and helpful. I wasn't sure FixMeStick would work with my laptop because I had Windows 7. Customer service assured me that it would and it did work. It cleaned five malware/viruses from my laptop.

A company is weighed on 2 topics - first, how efficient is the product, and 2nd (and most important), how does the company treat their customers. FixMeStick failed me miserably. For some unknown reason, the product crapped out on me. Prior to this experience, it worked fine. When it crapped out on me I tried contacting the company but you can only chat with them for customer support. That is a terrible unprofessional way to conduct customer support. I explained to them the problem that the scan would not work or update and they gave me some instructions that had to do with BIOS. I am not a computer expert. I followed their instructions and they only exasperated the problems. I had to have a pro come to my house and analyze the problem.

Maybe if I had someone to talk to and walk me through the process, maybe the problem would have been resolved. I asked them to replace the stick, seeing how it was not working properly and the answer was NO! This is a client who had to buy additional licenses and did so without hesitation. If I would have known what I learned the hard way about their customer service I would have never bought the product to begin with. I have dealt with other companies who stand behind their products and offer 1000 times better customer support. Most companies will offer to fix the product or problem by simply connecting to your computer while you are on the phone with them and fix the problem right in front of your face. FixMeStick doesn't offer any professional support. It's downright pathetic!

In closing, don't waste your money with these money-hungry people. They don't stand behind their product and don't offer ANYTHING remotely called professional customer service!

The staff at FixMeStick are extremely helpful and very patient. I have used the product for several years now and can honestly say I really love how easy it is to use (I am not at all very techy). All in all, I am very happy with the product. The help via email and phone etc. It's superb. If anyone thinks this is a scam, think people again. This is a Canadian product, made in Montreal, Quebec. My grandson had been using my laptop for high school work for almost two years. I had let my protection subscriptions lapse. It then sat idle for another year before I tried to use it. Try was all I could do as it took forever to come to my home page and even then would go no farther. It was obviously very ill. My friend recommended this product, so I tried it. The first try did not go as expected, so I asked for help. The response was within a few minutes and offered things to try. I was then directed to run an upgrade on my FixMeStick. I reluctantly did that and ran the stick again on my laptop. This time it hit a home run! My laptop snapped back to life and ran faster than ever. My skepticism is gone. I’ve been using a FixMeStick on my Windows PC for well over a year, and it does a wonderful job of clearing any viruses that managed to get through my normal security. Recently I changed to an Apple Mac computer, tried to use it on that but got a message come up on my screen saying it needed to be converted to work on a Mac (the conversion is free). I emailed support and got a speedy reply stating they had converted it. I plugged it in and started a scan. It worked great, it even cleared a problem with something called MacKeeper that I never installed but came along with some program I downloaded from Apple.

I can highly recommend getting a FixMeStick.

I really believe in the FixMeStick. I have used it ever since it launched. I had a virus come in my computer last month, I was terrified that it would crash my computer, but as soon as I realized what was going on I immediately plugged in the FixMeStick and hoped for best results.

The virus was caught and removed very quickly and I went back to my work right away with full confidence.

I bought this item with two units for me and my son. We use them on a monthly basis, or when FixMeStick advise that there may be a problem circulating. You just insert the stick and leave it to do its business and it works in the background. Whilst running it does not allow anything to corrupt your system whilst running its program.

I came across an help ad to load the FixMeStick on the computer. I then got it, loaded and followed the directions, and it was off and running. My computer took about 3 hours to scan. I'm glad I did it because I know now that my computer is clean. I've got another computer that needs help! I will have to get back with them on that. By all means, I'm happy. Thank you FixMeStick.

My husband has been using FixMeStick for a year after many viruses and malware attacks on his PC, I just ordered one for my MAC after the spam had increased in my emails. The day after I ordered and paid for it, I saw an offer for $10 off through their website, and inquired about a refund through their support dept. The reply was immediate, and I had my refund that day. They did the right thing and have a very happy customer. I am happy to spread the word about a very reliable product.

Though the service was greatly helpful, I spent hours trying to hook up to Dashlane without success. Then the technical help led me along and still I could not complete the sign in. I then had to leave abruptly as I had a medical appointment, and by this time I had spent 3 hours on this dang thing.

Being as I cannot use it and it seems a hopeless case, I wish to cancel the order. I shall delete all downloads. Thank you.

I wondered why I keep getting no issues found in response after running my FixMeStick. The Helpdesk had much more intel than I did and assured me that the stick was functioning properly and they did that within 24 hours. That was good work.
