I have been using the FixMeStick for a while now. We have a child that downloads a lot of games, and unfortunately, he also gets viruses and adware. I love that I can plug the stick in and clean out all the yuck! My computer runs like new! Recently I discovered that my beloved stick had been stolen while I had house guests. One email was all it took. They quickly sent me a replacement and I was able to remove 12 viruses/spyware issues. We are able to use our computer at full speed again. I love this product, and I love the people who work there, the customer service is as amazing as their FixMeStick.

Screen navigation is not intuitive and there isn't any doc to assist users. I lost my initial scan data because I wasn't sure how to reply to the screen. The clunky use of the TAB key to move was difficult and non-responsive at most pressings of the key.

The Bottom Line choices should include another option - "other." At this time I can't say I would recommend the product because I have to see more scans first.

Very few companies provide the promptness of replies after hours and on weekends as FixMeStick. The replies were most satisfactory, and of course, the product is the best you can buy for the protection of your computers.

I had 7 viruses in my laptop and my anti-virus got 4 but could not get them out. So I tried everything to get rid of the remaining 3 viruses, I even went into the registry and tried that. I would delete them and they kept coming back, so I said to the wife I am going to try the FixMeStick. So I went and bought one and I had a hard time getting it put on the laptop, but I worked at it and finally got it to go on. So I got the scan going and it took 12 hours to go through the scan but it got the remaining 3 viruses out of my computer and I am so happy I tried the FixMeStick, it did the job nothing else would. So I highly recommend the FixMeStick to anyone that has a stubborn virus in their computer or laptop. So thank you for having such a excellent product.

I am very pleased with the FixMesStick, which I got about 2 or 3 years ago. I can do some things on the computer, taking items off my computer but, when it comes to viruses, I don't know how to take them out. It is nice to have a program that does that all for you. I like the fact that they also, keep well informed about what new viruses might be out there and try and get fixes for them, this is great reassurance that I am in capable hands. I also use it on my husband's computer as he does not do his anti-virus scan regularly as he has a bad memory. So thank you for taking such good care of our computers and keeping up to date on the FixMeStick.

After the FixMeStick scan, my computer is functioning worse than it did prior to the scan. I returned FixMeStick to the retailer where I purchased it. SCAM! Advertising is false. Support consist of a compilation of trouble.

My stick has worked perfectly on all my computers. I occasionally pick up a used one at yard sales primarily for the memory cards, etc., and have even used the stick to clean them up and make them work again. I currently have three computers which get a monthly stick cleaning, and I advise anyone deciding on a purchase or not to definitely go ahead. The stick picks up little nasties that no other antivirus does, and I have tried them all. I am extremely satisfied with FixMeStick and highly recommend it.

I have been using FixMeStick since its beginning, I love it. You can pay to take your computer or pay here. It has been a life saver for my PCs. I am not by any means a computer expert. So this stick keeps me cleaned up and my PC running top notch. Thanks for a great product.

I bought FixMeStick after seeing it on "The Dragon's Den" TV program, then I had seen some adverts for it, but my wife watches the TSC shopping channel and she shouted me in to see the FixMeStick when it was on the show. It sounded like a very good idea for someone like myself who uses a PC daily but am not very good at fixing them. So I bought one, I have had it and used the stick for two years now. I have a desktop and a laptop and I put it on my grandson's laptop as well. I have used it on all three machines on a regular basis (not quite once a month, that is recommended, but never more than three) and I can safely say it has found issues with each machine, probably every three months for each on average. FixMeStick then cleans the machine and away we go again.

I have not had any problems. Twice I could not get the stick to start but there has been updates and upgrades to the service and it starts very well now, seldom do you have to prompt it and retry anymore. I love it, and more to the point, I trust it. I would recommend the purchase of a FixMeStick to anyone, especially if you are a user but not a computer whiz who can fix them.

I used the FixMeStick on both my wife's and mother's computers which were extremely slow to start up and load up web sites.

After using the stick on both computers, they were back to their original condition.

I highly recommend the FixMeStick to everyone to keep their computers in top running order.

I will be using the FixMeStick on all our computers at least monthly to keep them all running smoothly.

Every time (about 5) I have used FixMeStick support service, they have been great re fast, clear, comprehensive and friendly support. They are impressive and should be a model for all other companies.

I have been a FixMeStick since almost the beginning and I endorse the product.

There are certain problems that you cannot fix, at least with standard solutions. If you discover you have Stage Four cancer, there is not much your doctor can do, maybe other than make you comfortable and somewhat pain-free.

If you have a bad motherboard and constant blue screens, FixMeStick, as good as it is, cannot fix some hardware problems.

Your technician made a noble try, but the short version is that FixMeStick can't cure all problems. This computer will be getting a new motherboard and probably a new hard drive. I absolve FixMeStick from any responsibility in this case. You gave it a good try, but you can't cure cancer. I am going to keep using FixMeStick, after my computer is okay again.

I purchased the FixMeStick back in 2015. I really didn't know if I'd ever use it, but at least I'd have it, should by some chance I might find my computer with a virus. Then in 2019, my computer was acting all weird and navigating was almost impossible. I considered calling my "computer guru" son-in-law who is an IT specialist for Microsoft here in California. But I remembered the FixMeStick, and figured I'd try that first. I inserted the thumb drive and let it run...ALL NIGHT! 7 HOURS later, it was done. The report stated it found two serious viruses and cleaned them out! The computer is like NEW now and it's 10 years old! Thank you FixMeStick! Well worth the investment!

I am very satisfied with the way FixMeStick handled everything. They made me a good deal so I could renew usage of FixMe Stick. They were very nice and friendly, they bent over backwards to help me to renew my subscriptions, and I am thankful.

My FixMeStick was not working, I emailed tech support, was on the computer for over 3 hours troubleshooting the problem with no success. I asked with all the trouble trying to get my FixMeStick reloaded and into your system so that I can use it, why not send me a replacement and I will return my defective one. It was like I asked to get into Fort Knox, we can't do that, and on and on. Anyway, they said that they would find out why I was having a problem and would call me at 1300 hours on Saturday afternoon. Well, here it is, Monday afternoon, and I have not heard from FixMeStick.

Easy to use. My daughter's PC was giving her problems. When watching videos (Netflix or YouTube), the video feed would go black with only the audio playing. She had to play with the mouse all the time to keep the video on the screen. I ran the FixMeStick and voila, malware found and removed, no more problem.

This was not the first time I considered purchasing the FixMeStick. I finally caved in and purchased it. They were right; it took about 3-hours for my first scan. Boy was I surprised. My system ran faster. It booted faster. I can switch from one website to another quickly. So far I don't get the annoying pop-ups. I am still in disbelief that this program fixed my computer problems. I am convinced the FixMeStick works just like they advertise. I recommend this to everyone. Even if your system is running fast for now. We are all bound to catch a virus or something. This will fix it the next time you run the program. I plan to run mine on a monthly basis. The stick is easy to use. I have a PC and run Windows 10.

I found the FixMeStick inconvenient in that the stick is hard to keep track of. When you have a virus scanner in your computer you can run it as often as you want. Also, after using the FixMeStick my WiFi was gone. After contacting the company about it, they were great and took care of it right away. But I didn’t like that they can remotely use my laptop and make changes. I didn’t like that. This never should have happened in the first place. I ended up canceling my subscription and will be purchasing a different virus scanner.

I ordered FixMeStick from HSN. When it came, I followed the directions that came with it. It was so easy to complete the task. My computer had twenty-five viruses on it. All were detected and removed! My computer is now running so much better and faster! Thank you FixMeStick.

I used the FixMeStick for the first time on my 5-year-old HP Pavillion laptop which runs Windows 10. I currently use Kaspersky for my virus protection and have occasionally used CC Cleaner free version to run checks. The FixMeStick was easy to use and seemed to do a fairly thorough job of checking my computer. It took about 3 hours or so do its scan. After completing the check, it found only 4 files with issues. That tells me that Kaspersky must be doing a fairly good job of stopping things from coming in. I will continue using the FixMeStick for monthly monitoring of my laptop and remove the CC Cleaner as I don't think I need to have both.

Since I've gotten FixMeStick, I've had absolutely zero problems with it. It is the easiest and safest product I have ever used for my computer. You put it in and you walk away and it does the rest, and it finds everything before your computer even has a chance to boot up. It's the most amazing product that I've ever seen to keep viruses, Trojans, worms, everything from infecting your computer, and I appreciate the fact that they're even coming up with new products to even better your computer. Unfortunately, I cannot afford those right at the moment because of my heart attacks and being on a limited budget because of being off of work, but I am hoping in the future that I will be able to save up enough to be able to get these products from you because I truly believe in your products, and I am telling everyone of my friends and relatives about this product and I've gotten most of them to get your products. And of course they're telling their friends about it, and so on and so on and so on. So I'm hoping that you have gotten quite a few orders from that, which is nice. I think that is a great way to keep your company going because your company needs to keep afloat because your company is some company that needs to be believed in by others.
