I purchased this product for about $70 and used it on my laptop. The scan stated that it took care of 9 issues, but it provided no information on what these were. Unfortunately, my computer is now running even slower than it was before loading the FixMeStick!

I just got my FixMeStick last week. I tried it a few days later. It was very easy to use, I just followed the online instruction and it took less than a few minutes for the software to begin scanning my system. After about one hour, the program was able to detect two hidden viruses in my hard-drive and it was able to remove them. I also have anti-virus software installed, but it did not detect these viruses on my computer. Overall, so far so good...

Yes, I saw the ads, watched the videos, but was still skeptical. The product was FixMeStick. Yes, I was using a well know security program that was supposed to stop my PC from becoming infected with viruses and malware, but it still happened. My browser kept locking up with warning dialog boxes, informing me to take action before all my files would be deleted in 243 seconds or a warning box from Norton Security that my PC was infected with seven harmful items. The problem was, I didn't have Norton installed on the PC to begin with. So desperate, I bought FixMeStick, what harm could that do compared to the crap that was already happening. I tried it out that night and yes, it removed a pile of garbage from the PC and helped to speed it up. FixMeStick did state that some deep-seated viruses and/or malware might still cause a problem, but to contact their support team for help, that was my case. I sent a quick email to support explaining my problem and within an hour had a reply. Long and short, they solved the issue and my PC is now running perfectly. I love the FixMeStick but was very disappointed that it is not Android compatible. But on the first scan, it found and removed viruses. It would be great if you could make a FixMeStick that is compatible with all operating systems as I live 30 minutes drive one way to a town to have a tech work on all and any electronic devices.

What can I say about FixMeStick? I bought two FixMeSticks when I saw them on the Shopping Channel. I have 6 computers and FixMeStick (one) does three computers, so I bought two of them. When I started to use FixMeStick I had some trouble with FixMeStick and some of my computers. But the people at FixMeStick got me up and running. The people at FixMeStick stayed with me all the way. It did not matter if it took 5 minutes or two hours. They stuck with me until I was up and running. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I could call anytime and they helped me. I am glad that I bought the product and have no regrets what so ever. The FixMeStick does what it promises to do and that is to get rid of virus and malware.

I bought your stick and ran a scan. It found only 2 things, which I think was what came with the computer. One being a Coupon printer and something else with my name on it. The problem I have, I know I have some malware that did not show up. Two or 3 times have had screen flashing red with bells going off and WARNINGS and telling me to call a phone number to fix. OR COMPUTER WILL NO LONGER WORK. When that happens the computer is frozen until you unplug and reboot. Recently 2 emails telling me they installed malware on my system and demanding a $2000 ransom. I still have emails if you want to see. I have the computer freeze up saying some kind of script running. Computer slowing up. Emails not coming thru properly and the list goes on. Your stick found none of this. How is this possible it found nothing? Would certainly like to discuss with FixMeStick before posting.

My daughter's computer would shut or freeze after seven minutes. The FixMeStick ran a whole 3 hours and completed its scan. Still had to use Malwarebytes and Windows Defender to get the thing running nicely. The Malwarebytes found 80 problems after the FixMeStick ran.

I am still having issues even after using the FixMeStick. Also, I signed up for a 30-day free trial but by the time I received it in the mail, 10 of my 30 days were gone already. I am fairly sure it did do something but it did not fix all the problems, i.e. redirects to unwanted sites.

I'm afraid I must give the FixMeStick a poor review. I have been on the phone with multiple techs three times and we were unsuccessful in starting a scan. All the techs were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful but still, we failed. I am convinced my next step will be tossing my two sticks in the trash and exploring another avenue to clean my PC laptop.

My computer has been online for two months with no virus software. I used FixMeStick and it says there are no viruses or errors. So does FixMeStick work, I have no idea. You would think there would be something on my computer for FixMeStick to find but it has found nothing.

I contacted FixMeStick online and inquired as to the possibility of obtaining a replacement for my lot USB device. I received a prompt response the next day and a replacement was sent, hassle-free, no questions asked. Great service from Karen Lam.

I like to give my impression about FixMeStick.

I tried many other programs before, mostly disappointing results and also costly. I tried FixMeStick and saw the good results.

Previous programs I did not trust at all. I can tell you I trust this stick for 100%. I used on my PC: AVG (paid edition), HitmanPro and Malwarebytes. They all removed all the intruders and I thought my PC was okay and clean. I started this stick and it found malware, etc., so I think my PC was checked better by this stick. It digs deeper in the PC. Now I will use this stick as an extra tool to be sure the PC is 100% clean. I'm happy I got this stick, so useful! Use it!

I purchased the stick locally and ran the program. I have an older Macbook Pro. For some reason, the stick removed my Bluetooth. I contacted customer service and was assigned to Karen Lam. She contacted me very quickly with a suggestion for a fix. The fix didn't work and she offered another solution. It was to upgrade the stick and run the program again. I upgraded and ran the stick again and my Bluetooth returned. I exchanged several emails with Karen and she was very prompt in replying. Excellent customer service!

My desktop computer (using Windows 7) decided it did not want to upload and run a FixMeStick scan, Talia provided very easy to follow instructions on how to restore my computers ability to load FixMeStick.

Have used FixMeStick for some years now. Although I still use Norton's AV program the periodic use of the FixMeStick program provides additional comfort to know that my system is clean. But be prepared to walk away from it when it runs as, depending on the size of your database, etc., it can take several hours for each and every file to be examined - it is that thorough.

Because of my old computer, I had an issue with having my FixMeStick work properly. The agent at technical support chatting was perfect. She offered multiple ways to resolve the issue and stayed with me even if it took a long time. That is the type of customer service I always look for.

I would highly recommend FixMeStick to anyone with a computer. I have used it for several years and it is a great product. It is easy to use and has kept my computer worry-free. I try to run it at least twice a month unless I see something that may look funny and then will run it again. Especially when these idiots call and say this is so and so with support for your computer and your IP address is being hacked. FixMeStick will never call you for that. Again, great product.

After 3 failed attempts to remove the virus with the stick, I was contacted by the company with an explanation and an offer to remove the viruses from their end.

Laura did a screen share that took a fair amount of time and a lot of patience on her part.

The process worked and everything is now operating as it should.

It cost at least $60 Canadian every time, plus the hassle of taking it somewhere and being without my computer for a few days. I happened to see a FixMeStick commercial, bought it, and since then no malware or viruses, and no more inconvenience.

Since I've purchased the FixMeStick, I have had to call customer service to aid me in several situations. They were very effective with their approach and did, in fact, resolve my issues. I think it was a wise purchase to make. I do not use my laptop every day, in fact, sometimes I go a week without touching it. But when I do remember, I clean it out for viruses as often as possible. The customer service that FixMeStick offers is a valued and an inexpensive service. I'm glad I decided to purchase the FixMeStick and encourage others to do the same. I sometimes feel like I have my own personal check available at my call.
