I put the stick in my computer and let it run. The computer is working good. Very happy I picked it up and got my computer cleaned up. Keep up the good work. I will be running each month to keep it up to date.

I was having difficulty launching FixMeStick quickly and discovered I had other issues with updating my computer with Microsoft also. Marco in support solved all the issues for me. Appreciate his assistance very much.

I am running a Windows XP so just a few problems. Hoping to get a new computer next month. Plan on running the FixMeStick every month right now. Will still be using on the new computer also, when I get it.

Fabulous product. My daughter's computer ended up getting a virus that prevented it loading to Windows. Running the FixMeStick didn't fix the computer on the first try, but seemed to get better with each attempt, until finally it worked on the 4th FixMeStick operation. Thank you!

I was having a problem getting my FixMeStick to load and start, so I contacted their help desk. As I am not the best on a computer I was worried, but I was contacted by Laura who straight away put me at ease, and helped me through many ways to try to solve the problem.

It turned out that it was a problem with my computer, now sending it away to be fixed, and I can now use my FixMeStick again as before.

I recommend this product, and your good customer service.

My computer was infected to the point I had NO control of mouse function. My monitor showed a telephone number to call to regain control of things. I immediately shut down by pressing the power button for 5 seconds. I inserted FixMeStick following instructions and although I had reservations about using it, the FixMeStick worked fine. I approve!

I think I will need a new computer. I don't have a computer on my PC or control panel, it didn't leave an icon on my OC. I don't know what's wrong, thank you for all that you've done. I'm going to get a new PC at some point, right now I have an RCA tablet computer, it's not working like it should.

I ran FixMeStick on both of our computers and it found different problems on each. Fixed them also.

I had to go to Google search to find the start info. It was NOT in the file explorer folder but I got there.

It is slow, but you said that out of the box.

I ordered this product after seeing it in hopes that I could use it to enhance the protection of my computers, both PC and Mac. After numerous attempts to get the device to properly download the necessary applications, it is unable to complete the process on any of my systems. Additionally, the online help center is utterly useless. This was a complete waste of money. Doesn’t deserve even the 1 star given.

I purchased this because my laptop had become very slow to respond and my husband's laptop had recently been hacked. I followed the instructions on the packaging but had a lot of trouble getting the FixMeStick program to launch. After doing some searching on their support page, I figured it out and eventually, it worked.

It seemed to do a thorough scan, took a few hours, and it did find a number of viruses/malware on my laptop.

I have noticed a bit of an improvement in the speed of my laptop which is good. I have no idea if it removed everything or not because I don't know what viruses were/are on my laptop.

The FixMeStick was much cheaper than bringing it somewhere to have it "cleaned up."

I have been a very satisfied user of the FixMeStick for several years on my Windows desktop. When I changed to an iMac, I called customer service to see if I could still use it or if I had to purchase another. I could not speak more highly of Alexandra who helped me. She is a very pleasant and efficient person who changed the coding within minutes on my Stick enabling me to use it on the iMac. Five stars for the product which I use regularly and the company support - could not ask for anything more.

I have 34 years (since 1985) experience as a small HBO computer IT end-user. Trust me, through the years, I have seen it all. Just look at my grey hair! FixMeStick offers a no-holds-barred attack on your serious malware, viruses etc. If you got, it gets it! Superior customer service. Don't leave your computer, or your home without it! Your data security and on some days maybe even your sanity could be at stake. Rates 5 stars, no sweat! Please add this product to your arsenal of defenses...no kidding! This will never happen to you - YOU are held for money or else everything you have will be locked. PAY UP or else. Ctrl+alt+del doesn't work, shut down normally doesn't work. AND MORE. Take out your FixMeStick - force shut down then insert the FixMeStick and reboot. Let it get to work then you can take a breath after being so angry with the money-grubbers out there.

One thing that concerns me about the unit itself is this was the second time I had to "factory upgrade it." Before renewing in May 2019, I may consider a new unit. That should be an option that FixMeStick could offer me at that time.

It was very simple to use and it took all day to run and I still have viruses. I'm going to run it again in the morning. Maybe it takes a few times. If it did take a few times I would be very pleased with it and would recommend it to everyone I know, but right now not so impressed.

I finally decided to purchase this item after my laptop computer became slower and slower. I figured the cost was worth a try. To send my computer to a repair shop would certainly have cost more and taken more time. The scanning and cleaning process took about nine hours but my computer is noticeably faster. We will be trying this on an old desktop soon to see if it makes any difference there.

I have been using FixMeStick now for about three years or so. My purchase was for three computers for life. I use it on my laptop at home about once a month. I plug it in at night before I go to be or on a Saturday when I go to run errands. Twice it has found viruses and wiped them out for me. My computer runs so much better and faster after I use it. I ran it last night and it found no viruses, but I noticed my laptop running faster this morning. If you are on the fence about getting FixMeStick, just do it! I had to pay a guy a lot of money to clean my hard drive on my old computer and if I had had FixMeStick, I would have saved that money. It pays for itself!

Yesterday, I got the icon button but did not link. I reviewed the files in Windows Explorer that showed User Guides, various languages. I tried this again today and there was a new folder, APPLICATION. Clicked on this and was able to start and do the scan.

You need to get your act together and provide better information for the user. All very well communicating after the scan, but SUPPORT to get started was pathetic.

Not a happy user so far.

I was relieved when the FixMeStick announced successful virus removal since my computer is less than 3 months old and has been painfully slow for the whole time. I took all the suggested steps, had to use the stick a second time, was not impressed with that, since I am a senior on a severely small pension, and thus could not afford the more expensive stick and my housemate had to use the third and final use to doctor her computer as our computer are networked. The first week I had the computer it was fast, I play WOW, it is my only pastime and contact with the outside world as I am disabled, so imagine my dismay when I went to play my game and still crawled at a snail pace, so that is why I can only give a rating of 3. I have also had the computer "fixed" at the store and am still having the same issues.
