I bought the chestnut color hoping it would work for me as a blonde, but it was way too dark. If I held the pen a certain way I would get less liquid and therefore a lighter overall brow, but it was still too dark for me. I love the concept, but I just think there needs to be a wider range of colors!

I want to love this box so badly but I still haven’t received my box and it will be a month since I ordered next week. And it says that it’ll be shipped within 7 days of ordering, soooo here I am, still patiently waiting.

I received an email offering a free BabeBox from Focallure, so I thought I’d check it out. The cart wouldn’t let me advance so I thought maybe I needed to BUY something to get the free box (there’s always a catch). After checking out, I realized the BabeBox was not on my order, only the duo eyeshadow I selected was. I contacted customer support via email, but by the time they responded the order was already shipped and nothing could be done. I couldn’t return it so I was kinda ticked...I decided I would still give the BabeBox subscription a try so I placed my order (no problems this time), and was given an offer for a nice discount on my subsequent BabeBoxes. They make sure you know up front that in order for the first box to be free you have to get at least a second box. I am hoping the contents of the boxes are good because I subscribed to Sephora’s PLAY! box in the past and wasn’t too happy with the contents. Aside from the eyeshadow issue, customer service has been helpful and sounds like they value their customers, so I hope this all works out!

The boxes and products are amazing and worth four times what you're paying.

Unfortunately, while dealing with customer service, it was so bad and such a horrible experience that I canceled. The second person I dealt with was the best but the damage from the first rep was already done.

Wish I had gotten him first.

Great products and great prices are nothing when your customer service people are rude and unappreciative of your business. The business you pay their salaries with.

Also, free shipping is a must...no one wants to pay shipping, especially on a subscription. At least split the cost with us and raise the monthly rate by $3.50. I don't pay shipping with any others.

I think the constant emails, especially ones asking for reviews, only a day or two after ordering and haven't even received the box yet is crazy. The box is small for the price of $35.95. I can get much bigger, with much more variety boxes elsewhere for the same price, if not less.

They are a great beauty business, worth lots of great items. I personally tried the BabeBox subscription and I wasn't very satisfied with it, but then again everyone is different so please try it for yourself. You may enjoy it more than I did. In case you're wondering what is a BabeBox, it's a monthly subscription with 5-6 full-size products you receive each month.

I tried the Babe Box and liked most of what was in my box. The colors of products are not necessarily colors I would choose for myself. However, for a small monthly box, the products are of good variation and seem to be made of quality materials/ingredients. It is helpful if you are trying to find new looks and products.

Signed up for the free BabeBox from FOCALLURE (which isn't free, since you must pay for shipping). The box arrived a little over a week later and was packed very well, so no items were damaged in transit. I received five items, which face value were around $85. Two items from Aesthetica (a bronze and shimmer palette in Tan to Dark - which I am far from) and a Beauty sponge, a lip lacquer from Vincent Longo, one single Almay eyeshadow, and an O Two O eyelash essence. I am not overly thrilled with the box, since I may only use two of the three items, but it was the first box. You actually have to get at least one more box to get the first box for "free". If you cancel you get charged full price for the first box. Hoping the second box is better...

I ordered the BabeBox a little over a week ago and still have not received the package. I was hoping for it to come sooner but I'm still excited about the products! It seems like they'll be great items.

Package has not arrived in Australia yet so I cannot review the products, yet it's very annoying the currency appears as the normal Australian dollar but when charged, its charged as USA dollar, so what is advertised as cheap turns out expensive.

The team is very responsive, they reply to your emails within 24 hours and guide you properly. As far as delivery time is concerned it's been 15 days above and I don't receive my parcel, due to pandemic conditions. I hope the parcel will be of satisfying quality...hope for the best.

I received my first BabeBox this week. The products sent were all full-sized, and of good quality. However, I did not like the colors I was sent this month (peaches/oranges). I really liked the collagen-infused lip masks. These are something I never would have thought to buy, but I really enjoy how soft and full they make my lips feel.

I ordered the eyelash extensions on August 5th, 2017 and paid in full. The amount appeared on my Visa almost immediately. I contacted the company through email the week of August 20th and heard back that they were on back order. Regular emails promoting the side and these lashes were coming through, with no mention of a delay. I was surprised for the continuing promotion of this product given mine had not arrived, and they were on back order.

In early September, I contacted the company again and received an email stating that they were shipped. Well, it is September 24th, and I still have no lashes. I am watching the tracking but it is not moving very fast.

I ordered from another US company and received it at my door in 5 days. I am still waiting for the set I paid in full for from Focallure! I would not recommend ordering from there.

I saw a YouTube video about the lipstick. I thought, oh that looks nice, easy to use and totally untouchable. I was wrong. It's easy to use sure, but it's definitely not untouchable or smudge-proof. And it definitely does not last more than an hour or so.

I am a little disappointed to find out that my order was out of stock. I believe true customer satisfaction stems from contacting the customer ASAP when problems arise. I was not notified. I didn't find out until I reached out to find out the status of my order. It has been almost one month and I still have yet to receive my product!

They are pretty colors, they go on very well, but the bad thing about these products is they are a little sticky. The matte lipstick is amazing; goes on smooth and it stays on for a long time.

The color lasts but it has a sticky feeling. And as far as the color, be careful. I ordered garnet, one would think a reddish-brown, but it was more like coral.

This is my first time ordering and I was so happy.

After three weeks I had to contact their customer service asking for my order, only to be told that my order was not complete, the warehouse didn’t have all of my items.

From my experience with other sites, it takes 3/4 day pre-packing, and an email after the order is shipped.

I am not impressed with their customer service.

I would love to say that I have received this product and it is wonderful as I have very high hopes for it, but I can't. This is because it has not come yet. I am not sure how long it normally takes, but based on the fact that I am receiving emails asking me to leave reviews, I am assuming that it normally does not take this long. Once I get the product, I would be more than happy to leave a real review!

It still came off when I ate and drank. I got the lipstick in hopes it would actually stay on. It did not. Another color I got was not the same tint as the picture had shown. Overall I was disappointed in this product after watching so many reviews.

Color is beautiful but sticky, and does not last all day. I chose a metallic color, that may have something to do with the color not lasting all day as I can feel the glitter on my lips?

I do love this product. I love the colors. My only problem is that they do not stay on as I was expecting. I am used to wearing stay on lipsticks that do not come off on my coffee cups or on my hands. These do. They come off with anything warm, and that's a problem for me.

I ordered the spinning makeup organizer. I waited over three months for the item. I had to assemble the item, which did not come with any instructions. It was easy to figure out, however, the little rubber band things you use to secure the unit are cheap, and all have ripped. I am not happy with this item, as it is now just sitting there collecting dust.

I received a color I did not order. I used it and allowed it to dry. It smeared on my glass and I kept having to reapply. The color is very pretty if it would stay. It kept getting on my teeth.

I bought the Ruddy Rose liquid matte lipstick. The quality of the product was amazing. Waterproof and smudge-proof, but I'll never use it. The color did not look how it was advertised, and I'm extremely disappointed with it. I wouldn't recommend this color.

I purchased some lipstick that I was very excited to try. I realized after at least two weeks passed that I hadn't received any confirmation of the item being shipped yet. After I contacted the company through email, I received an immediate response and within about 24 hours the product was finally shipped. This makes me wonder if somehow my order was forgotten before I reached out through email. The product overall seems to be good quality, but it doesn't appear to be the exact color that I ordered. I was intrigued by the advertisement showing a woman blotting her mouth and no lipstick was transferred to the tissue. I accidentally ordered two of the same color, but I like the color so I wasn't too upset. Upon my first attempt at wearing the product, I realized "smudge proof" is not accurate. The color is beautiful but I found myself applying it over six times during the day. I was under the impression this was a long-lasting lipstick that would blow any other product out of the water. I have seen the advertisement come up many times on Facebook with multiple lines from friends. I am curious to know what the secret is or if I'm doing something wrong during application.
