Very delayed delivery and awful customer service. Do not buy items from Focallure; it’s a scam.

I purchased the foot booties over a month ago and am still waiting for my item to be shipped. They haven’t even sent it out yet. I first contacted customer service after two weeks of no emails to confirm that my item was shipped. They stated that the warehouse was low on my product but that it was submitted for fulfillment.

So I waited another week and then reached out to customer services again. They again responded with "it is being processed." Nothing stating that my order will be shipping anytime soon. It is now the fifth time I have been trying to contact them only for Focallure to continue saying that I need to be patient and my order has been submitted for fulfillment.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site. It is a scam and I have opened an investigation claim with PayPal to get a refund of my money, because unlike the product delivery, my money was taken out immediately after I placed the order online.

Do NOT order from here; you may never get your product!

I ordered the women’s razor, waited about 3 weeks, and there is still no email that it was shipped. So I sent them an email, and got "the product you ordered is in high demand, it will ship soon." One week later I wrote another email; same reply. A couple days later I did a live chat; same reply, no answers, just that the product is shipping soon. Another week goes by and I wrote an email stating I wanted a refund; same crap "shipping soon." That was five days ago, and I still have not received a refund or the product. I filed a case with the BBB.

Focullure doesn't send their product. I'm in the process of placing negative feedback to every social media outlet I can. They keep stalling and making excuses that they ran out of stock, or "wait a few more days." I'm angry and disappointed.

I ordered from Focallure a month ago worth $65! I know it is not a lot compared to the others, but still! They have a customer chat support but didn’t help me at all. They just kept saying "soon" or "processing," and to email their support team, which isn't the one I am chatting with to be the support team?! Anyway, I am still actually waiting for them to ship my package and will NEVER EVER ordering from them again!

I ordered a product on 1/5/18 and was told 2-5 day shipping. After 3 weeks, I emailed and was told it was on backorder. Another week goes by, and I ask for more information, which they tell me it will ship within the week. Another week passed, and again I’m told it is back ordered. I started messaging every 2 days threatening to file a dispute with the credit card company.

Finally today, 2/9/18, I asked for a refund and was told they wouldn’t because it was in fulfillment. I called Chase, and it is being disputed. I also contacted BBB and informed Focallure of my disputes with the credit card company. I suddenly received an email tonight offering me 7% off my $100 purchase for my wait. I told them no thank you and again informed them I’ve filed fraudulent charges and they can take it up with Chase bank.

I order my package back on January 2nd for a makeup bag worth $28. They charged me shipping, which said I would get it in 2-5 business days. Two weeks passed and I emailed them, and they said that the order had sold out and that their shipping team is doing their best to ship out more items, which made no sense. I emailed them one week later, and they said my order is processing and getting ready for shipping. One and a half weeks later I got an email saying my order is being shipped.

I didn't get my order until February 9th. And the makeup bag looked nothing like the photo on the website nor video; it looks like a bag you buy at the 99 Cent store, and they snitched it themselves.

I have placed my order on January 29th. Today is February 12th and I still haven't received it. I have emailed them numerous times, and all I get is that it's been shipped and to wait a few more days or to check with my local post office. This company is a scam.

I have asked for a refund and was told that they can't refund it because it's been shipped. It's a lie. I wish I read all of these reviews before placing an order because I would have never done it. Don't order from here ever. I rate this a big zero!

Great buy! Goes on smooth. It can be a bit thick. I suggest blending it in with a wet makeup sponge. The gold color is too gold for my skin tone, but I was able to give it to a friend. I would definitely recommend this to other. I like how easy it is to apply. I wear 3 of the 4 colors. Good for the price.

I have made my order on February 2, 2018, and paid 55USD for an order meant for a gift on February 14, 2018.

I did not receive any confirmation email of any sort regarding the shipping, even after two weeks have passed. So I took the initiative to contact their CHAT on their website on February 16, 2018 as my order was late beyond my deadline. Upon contact, the person told me that they haven't shipped out my product or made any shipping process yet because they had "a lot of volume/orders and so were not able to ship out my order, but will process it as soon as they can." To which I first very patiently gave my understanding and waited.

After three days passed on February 19, 2018, I contact back via the CHAT, to ask about the shipping progress. The next person told me EXACTLY the SAME thing as the person before! I was upset, so I told her I wanted to write an email to cancel my order, which she gave me an email and told me that the support team will take care of ALL of my problems. I wrote the email immediately on the same day. In that same night I got a reply saying "The products are in a heavy demand due to which our shipping timings are a bit slow. Please give us few days and your order will be shipped as soon as possible."

Now this time I was PISSED! These lot of people just kept pushing things off, brushing off answers when I demanded and pressed for them. They never even made me feel like they felt guilty or sorry over the whole thing. So I wrote an email back to their reply on February 20, 2018, demanding a FULL REFUND (I still haven't gotten their reply till this day). So I went to contact them via Facebook Messenger, on February 21, 2018, whom told me they would "Escalate the issue to the executive".

On February 22, 2018, I check both emails, Facebook Messenger if they had contacted me back. NOTHING. NADA. ZERO. So I wrote again to their Facebook Messenger and email. Not so surprisingly, the email isn't replied and the Facebook Messenger message UNREAD, and now, it has been five hours passed! So I went back to the website CHAT one last time to press for my update. This new person told me, "Ok, I will escalate the issue with the seniors." I asked for emails of the owner/board of executives/managers so I could write to someone with more authority. She wrote, "I will put up the issue, I hope the company will reply to whenever possible." I kept pressing for the emails, she kept brushing off and told me to take up my dispute with PayPal.

I have NEVER in my ENTIRE LIFE met ANYONE as unprofessional or incompetent as these lots! If they wanted people's money so much in return for NOTHING, they should become a charity case, NOT a company. This makes them THIEVES and CON PEOPLE. If I could report their business for fraud, I totally would.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy from this place! In fact, I will spread the word so they wouldn't be so stupid to fall for their tricks like I did. And FYI, the only thing they are doing right is their marketing, and that's why people are still getting fooled and falling for their scheming tricks. Anything besides from that, they should just be ashamed of themselves.

This website is a scam. Don't buy anything here! I ordered from here in November. They said it was delivered, but it wasn’t, after two months of waiting. I asked them about it, and they said it reshipped, got a tracking number through DHL, and it also said delivered. When I called DHL, they said it never left the States and was shipped back to their address. I have asked for a refund, and all they said is to open a police report against the post office. I never went to the post office as it’s a private courier service and that’s all the reply now. I can’t open a report if it never left America. Scam.

Three emails (all with promises that I’ll get the order shortly) and almost two months later - no product. Refused refund. The worst experience. Will never use this company again. Would not recommend anyone to use it. Waste of time and looks like product is never coming anyway. Considering further action for these scammers.

After seeing Focallure on Facebook, I decided to try their products, namely the metallic lipglosses. The colors were true to the picture and look great on. I have ordered twice from this company and have not been disappointed. The lipgloss colors have stayed on my lips all day with no smearing or coming off.

The prices for these lipsticks and lip glosses I feel are very reasonable and affordable. I will continue to order products from this company. As far as the shipping goes, I waited a little longer for the first order to be shipped out as they were out of stock on one of the products. I waited maybe two weeks at the most.

The second order was shipped out the next day after I had placed my order and I’m expecting it to be delivered within the next 2-5 days. I can honestly say their products do what they say and I will continue to use them. I will no longer buy from stores but will order from Focallure.

Very pleased in every sense; good communication (delivery on way, etc), and products of a good quality. Products arrive in a reasonable length of time. I will definitely use again.

Not too happy! I've never received what I ordered, yet it supposedly came. I'm home every day all day and I have yet to see my product, and it's been a very long time since I've ordered. So I can't review something that I've never received, but I did get charged.

Highly recommend. I got the item before I expected it, and the wax works really well. Also, the tracking was really accurate and was updated every day. I will definitely be getting my wax beans here.

All the cosmetics I bought so far, they're awesome, beautiful colors, and easy to apply. I have sensitive skin and I don't break out when I apply it. I only apply it once per day with no touch-ups, and it looks great all day. People always compliment me when they see me, and that makes my day. It also looks great on different skin tones as well. I have no complaints about these cosmetics, and they always get to me on time. Any time I have the funds to buy more makeup, I always go to their site first. These guys have great stuff.

I saw the Facebook advertising and was intrigued by the idea of a long-lasting lipstick and decided to give it a try. The delivery took a bit longer than expected but I think the wait was worth it. I bought an amethyst color and a red lip crayon. I tried the amethyst first, and it looks amazing! The color was vibrant and very smooth, unlike other long lasting lipstick I have tried, that require lip gloss coats on top to keep hydrated. Now, this product does not last 24 hours, but it holds pretty well for an evening. I eat, drink and make out with my BF, and it survived without making me look like a clown. It faded a tiny bit, but a quick retouching swipe got me back to shiny amethyst lips in no time. The brush it uses shapes well to the contour of my lips, so I don't need to line them first which is a big plus.

The crayon was my favorite though. It is very creamy, and it makes your lips look luscious and healthy. It does not hold as much as the stick, but lasts way longer than any lipstick you buy at the store for the same price. I definitely plan to order more of both kinds; I have a feeling the metallic will look amazing! If there's anything I would suggest to improve, it would be the shipping time. Other than that, these puppies are worth every penny.

I purchased two lip products, one in rose gold and the other in gold. I love the colors! They go on feeling light, lasts forever and doesn't dry out my lips. I love them! I definitely plan to order other colors. I really wanted a true Rose Gold color, and Follacure has it and at a good price. I tried other brands of lipstick in rose gold, and the didn't have any rose tones. Happy!

I received the four waterproof lip gloss today. I wore one of the pinks, it was thick and kept my lips moist.

However, it wasn’t waterproof; I had to reapply it three times. I do love the colors enough that I can overlook having to reapply them.

I am planning on buying the waterproof lipstick next.

If you sell the concealer and foundation, I will try them as well, especially if they are waterproof.

I believe for the price, they are well worth it.

I bought the long wear matte lipstick and the colors are beautiful, they look exactly like the pictures on the models. You can definitely wear them for a long time. Once you eat they sort of wear off in the center of your lips but for the price, they are well worth it! I wanted an alternative to LipSense because they dry out my lips when I wear them matte and they can real a real pain to apply. Also, matte is my FAVORITE!

This is for sure an excellent alternative, and it doesn't break your bank. Highly recommend them! They are freaking lovely.

I’ve been eyebrow-less for the better part of two decades (curse you 1990’s! *shaking fist*). This magic little pen gives me coverage where little hairs just refuse to grow back! I was going to give in to microblading, but I’m so happy with this, I think I’ll have to cancel my appointment and spare myself the pain! I love this eyebrow pencil/marker thing!

I have only used this once, but I’m amazed at how vibrant the color was and how long it lasted. It really didn’t come off on what I was eating or drinking. It didn’t even fade from the center of my mouth like most lipsticks can after three hours. There were only two slight downsides.

1. It almost always felt a little tacky and dry on my lips.

2. You have to wash it off, you can’t wipe it (which I guess is a good thing as well!).

I bought the tattoo brow and I love this product. It not only looks great, it is also smudge proof. You can draw your brows to look natural as well. I like the fact it stays on for several hours or until you take it off yourself. I will purchase this product again.

I bought the chestnut color hoping it would work for me as a blonde, but it was way too dark. If I held the pen a certain way I would get less liquid and therefore a lighter overall brow, but it was still too dark for me. I love the concept, but I just think there needs to be a wider range of colors!

It was the worst thing ever you can spend $1 on, not $43. The pen products can't last more than four days. I sent emails to return it back and I don't get any answer.

I placed an order on May 10th. It's been over a month, and despite many emails from me to them, all they respond is that they are sending it soon. I asked for a refund, and they only offered a 10% discount. Luckily my credit card company refunded my money. DO NOT buy from them.

Focallure is a scam organization. They do not ship items and refuse to process refunds. They have been reported to the BBB for fraudulent activities and false advertising.
