I've bought a few rings from this company and have not been disappointed. Love the designs and durability of these rings! My wife and I each have several Groove Life rings and they’re our daily-wear wedding rings. Unfortunately, I lost the one GL ring that I wore the most, the black topographic model with white features. No matter how much I turned my office, home, and car upside down, I couldn’t find it. Enter the outstanding GL warranty - they replaced it after I completed the (easy) online process. Thank you, Groove Life!

I received my Groove Life rings as a gift, I did not have an order number, nor did I have an email associated with them, but they were broken and I needed to return them. Customer service was awesome, and the way they helped me that got it to where I could return my ring and get two new ones. I could not ask for a better company with better customer service. Now that I've got your attention! Just like most everyone that has written a review, the rings and staff are amazing. I had 2 problems on 2 different orders, BOTH OF WHICH WERE MY FAULT, and Groove Life Staff took care of it, without delay or any grief. The rings are exceptionally sturdy and with so many designs to choose from, it makes it easy to choose which is best for different occasions. My hands take a beating every day and maybe more on the weekends and it's a fact that Groove Life Rings are holding up better! Keep Groovin' yall.

I purchased a custom ring with my anniversary date on it. It was delivered and upon opening the package and inspection, I noticed the date was wrong. I contacted Groove and had an automated phone call. I was directed to a link for returns. The link denied my return due to it being custom. Missy emailed a couple of days later. Missy corrected the mistake and now has a new one on the way.

I have been wearing silicone rings for 5 years now. In the past I have purchased cheap-o rings that have always done me well. When I first saw the thin aspire aurora ring I fell in love. I typically would not spend $35 on a ring, but with a lifetime warranty, it seemed to be well worth it. At least, so I thought. Turns out not only does this ring lose color (the color literally comes off leaving white spots), but it also shrinks! So far, every 5 months, these rings get too small to be worn comfortably. At first I thought it was a weird fluke, but unfortunately, that is not the case. I'm highly disappointed in this $35 ring. I wouldn't spend any amount of money on a ring that needs to be replaced every 5 months. Add to it that I'm expected to pay $3/$13 for every replacement? No thank you. If these rings were made of high quality like the company states then they would actually last more than 5 months.

I purchased a Groove Life ring at Dick's Sporting as an alternative to a regular wedding ring, I am an avid outdoorsman and their rings fit my lifestyle.

When I snagged the ring it torn in half. I took a picture and sent it in.

When I purchased I went online and registered the ring (have been getting emails ever since), and you tell me you want my purchase receipt to honor warranty. It's your ring, look at the pic.

I have decided not to go back with you all and have purchased a different one from another company.

If you are going to offer a lifetime warranty then honor it.

Bought a ring about a year ago. I liked the look and it was comfortable. I lost it and emailed the company and they are replacing it for the cost of shipping. I ordered two rings for work and I love them. Very comfortable and I love the black/blue combo. I had another brand silicone ring before and the design wore off the front. Time will tell with these but they seem very well made.

So I purchased the camp ring for my husband. Then it split with little to no wear. It was replaced. Then it peeled and I’ve had enough. I do not appreciate not being to communicate with a live person via phone. Now I’m not sure of the status. If they say warranty it should mean that. If a new ring gets sent out they tell me there’s no way to track it that’s ridiculous!

I wrote a review on the rings I ordered and pc received. My comments were not negative but I was pointing out something in my mystery ring. I was contacted by Christy via e-mail. I was sent a non-mystery ring one time of my choice. My review wasn't meant to complain but simply point out. I was surprised and thankful for the excellent customer service. I do like the Zeus black and grey styles on the Zeus model. They seem to hold up better than any of the other rings. I would definitely recommend the Zeus. I just wish they had other colors to choose from on the Zeus. Maybe they will later, who knows. The warranty seems good so far. Keep groovin.

I have bought Groove several times and this is by far my worst experience. You guys have terrible shipping with or without the COVID-19 virus going on. I got my order confirmation and an email saying my item was on the way. Three weeks have passed and I could never see the tracking info. I emailed your team and I wasn’t given any help or customer service. Then I got an email saying my item has been delivered and if I could write a review...my item was never even shipped. I called USPS and they never even got my order. So the first email was a lie saying my item was on the way, then the second email said that my delivery would be late. That was two weeks ago! Then today I get an email that my item is not going to be delivered and I am getting a refund. Very disappointing that I couldn’t even get my item. What makes me most unhappy is that I got my the watch and ring on a deal for both and now I lose out on the deal and I waited three weeks for basically nothing. Can I please get some help as to why my order was canceled and how come I kept getting the runaround?

My Groove Ring experience has been awesome. I recently purchased a ring, but received the wrong size. I sent an email to customer service and received one back from Kimberly immediately. My dog ate my husband's ring and they have an amazing warranty! They are getting us the same ring and no charge but shipping! I had the wrong address and they responded super fast and got the address updated so I could get the ring at the right time.

After reading the website, I reached out to Groove Life to let them know that the ring I purchased less than a year ago at the CrossFit Games.

I received almost an immediate response and in less than 24 hours my replacement ring was shipped at no cost (shipping $3.25).

Every interaction I had was efficient and very pleasant! I am simply amazed in today’s market at how responsive Groove reps were!

I can attest that all my rings going forward will come from this company that demonstrates INTEGRITY in spades!
