I placed an order for replacement rings that never got here. I emailed them and was ensured that the replacements would be sent. I received an email that my rings were in my mailbox. This is the second time that they aren't here. This is completely unacceptable. I will not be doing business with you guys again.

My husband is hard on his hands, working out, welding, always has a project. His ring lasted about 2 years before tearing, which I thought was fine given his style. I called Groove Life and regardless that I purchased on Amazon before and couldn't really remember if I had submitted the warranty, Wendy immediately worked to get us a replacement. Really impressed.

I have had the Groove ring for over a year. It looks good, but it is not durable at all. I have had to warranty the ring several different times due to it tearing, rubbing, or fading. When I originally bought the ring, the warranty replacement was completely free, even the shipping. Now, they charge shipping for each replacement, $3+tax. First, the package it came in said it only costs $1.20 to ship it, so they are making money off the replacement. Secondly, I should be grandfathered into the original warranty since I bought the product when it advertised for a completely free warranty replacement, shipping included. The very reason I bought a ring from Groove was because of their great warranty and in my line of work, I figured it may damage the ring from time to time. Now they have changed their warranty and do not stand behind the original warranty when I purchased the product. Very dissatisfied with the recent changes in their product and policy. I will likely be shopping for a different ring with real customer service and a warranty they stand behind.

Bought a ring for my husband, got the wrong size. Did an exchange and had the right size ring the same week! Now finally he has a wedding band that he never takes off! Had a question, sent an email, and not even 12 hours of the sent email someone from the company was already emailing me! I can’t wait to order me something next.

I bought the Edge blue anchor ring a couple of years ago. It's really comfortable. I lived in Sri Lanka which gets really hot and sticky, and it wasn't an issue wearing it (unlike a standard metal ring). I didn't have any issues with the size after following their recommendations.

After 2 years, the ring tore a little and after emailing the super friendly team (Joel and Mandy) they sent me a replacement where I live - France for the month. All I had to do was cover the shipping.

It might seem a little pricey, but well worth it by its quality of build and the no BS warranty.

I’ve had a Groove ring for about 6 months now. I’ve tried different brands but most of them made my skin peel from the water/moisture that would get trapped under the ring. I’m very active so it was an inconvenience, felt like I had to take my ring off to let my finger air out...

With the Groove ring, I have not had that problem what so ever. I even bought a couple different ones and I am very happy with all of them. Got a couple for my wife and she loves hers too! They’re comfortable, slick, doesn’t even feel like it’s there.

Bought 2 rings for my wife and I. Mine gave me a rash and my wife's broke after a month. Be prepared to pay for shipping if your ring breaks in a month, and if you get a rash then they might tell you some BS about ring size. Like at 45 I don't know my ring size. Terrible product, don't buy.

I originally emailed support due to a couple of issues I have with the Samsung watch band that I got a couple of months ago. With no hesitation, she said they could replace it for just $3. Mind you, she emailed me back within a couple of hours. I asked her if my current purchase and the watch band could be shipped together. She apologized for the inconvenience but they cannot be. She then refunded me the $3, just because she wanted to.

My last ring lasted almost a year but I work 7 days a week in construction and dairy farming so it has a rough life on my finger! The inlaid color on my ring came out, then the warranty process is not, I repeat, not what they claim. The only way to do it is through emails, what a pain, and then on top of it, you have to pay for processing.

I ordered my husband an NFL ring.

He's allergic to certain metals and suggested a silicone ring. Groove popped up on Facebook and I checked them out and found his favorite NFL team.

I ordered it for his birthday and he LOVES it. Unfortunately, he has lost it. But with Groove's warranty, he will get a replacement! $3 for shipping? That's nothing compared to what some other places would ask for. And for what? Maybe a 5-10 year warranty whereas Groove offers a lifetime! (94, but still the same!)

Also, my husband works on vehicles and his ring could stand the challenge and he just loves it. It was perfect timing coming across Groove and now it'll be a whole new surprise to get him his replacement, since he doesn't know about it!

Trying a Groove Life silicone ring after a disappointing experience with another silicon ring company. I like the look of the rings in the catalog and like the airflow feature of this product. The sizing guide was very useful/helpful. I got the same result using all three methods, fingers crossed. When I ordered I noticed I forgot to pick the size. One email to support and Jacqueline addressed my mistake immediately. Looking forward to seeing how this product looks and feels.

I bought the black ring at a local retailer and I asked for any type of discount but they said they don't offer one. I even asked for a military discount, again they said the company didn't have one. So I get on the company site and low and behold, a discount, so I emailed Groove Ring and was told I would get a 15% off the next order, which is BS. Why would I order a second time when I can't even get a military discount the first time? If I were you, the customer, I'd rethink about ordering a ring thanks.

I ordered a ring for myself and a ring for my husband. We received the rings sooner than I expected and I absolutely love mine. I tried wearing the Qalo rings but they made me break out on my finger because the skin couldn’t breathe; the grooves on my Groove ring couldn’t do better preventing that! My husband’s ring came a size small (my fault, I was guessing his size) and didn’t come with the logo I ordered, and the same day I emailed customer support I received a response. They’re sending a new ring and all they asked in return was a picture, I’m very satisfied with both the return policy and the customer service.

My husband loves his ring! But he is pretty rough on it and in the past 3 years we’ve had to replace it 4 times. The no-BS warranty is awesome. Groove Life stands by their warranty and understands that these rings won’t last a lifetime but they will continue to replace them as they break. Their customer service is on point as well! Love my Apple Watch band. It gets heavy use every day. After some use (6 months), the space between two holes ripped. I emailed them on a Sunday and got an immediate response. Getting a replacement band shipped ASAP. I just have to pay S&H. Great products, great company. Ease of communication was a delight!

I purchased a women's Apple watchband and matching ring from Groove Life. After I made the purchase, I realized that I ordered the wrong size ring. I messaged Groove Life through Facebook Messenger and they responded immediately. I tried to catch the order before it had processed, but it was too late. My assumption was that I would have to wait until the wrong size came, contact them again, then do a return and hope that there wasn't a fee. Not with this company. They were so accommodating! They shipped out the correct size ring before I even got the other and told me to just swap the packages when it comes, and return the incorrect size. No additional charges or return/restock fees. Seriously the best customer service of any online store that I've ever purchased from, and I do a lot of online shopping! Each time I've had to contact them, even with just a general question, they are always so polite and quick to respond. The customer service alone would make me a repeat customer, but I love the comfort and style of my ring and band and will definitely be ordering from them again.

My husband loved his Groove ring but sadly lost it. We looked everywhere but could not find it. I knew they had a great warranty so went about trying to get a replacement. First tried to call but could not reach a live person. Hit the button to return or replace but it told me I could not return the ring and gave me no other options for replacement. They did ask if I wanted to do a chat, which I did and was told his ring was no longer an option. I could choose another so he picked out one and amazingly the chat was still open and connected with the same person. That never happens. They are replacing the lost ring and even waived the small charge to replace because we could not get the same ring. This went from a not easy to get started process to outstanding customer service in the end. Thank you, Groove!
