My husband is prior military and continues to work a lot with his hands, not only did these rings survive harsh treatment but they also looked great afterward! The site does not advertise that their Fitbit Versa bands don’t fit the other variations of the Versa (Versa Lite, Versa 2, etc). I ordered a band and when it arrived it was the incorrect band from what I ordered and it did not fit my Fitbit. I’ve requested a refund multiple times and they sent me another incorrect band that doesn’t fit my Fitbit and I still haven’t gotten a refund. I’ve emailed with customer service many times over the last week and every time I try to get in touch or a response it’s a new representative asking me the same questions. I’ve sent 2 pictures of the incorrect band that was sent to me as requested by the company with still no response. The band cost $50. Don’t waste your time or money.

I had recently got the NFL Seahawks ring biker chart I ordered at 10 and when it got here, which came smooth in the mail, on time, the size was too small for my finger so I got on customer support and texted them, and within minutes she had one ordered for me ready to go and assured that it would be back to me by the time of my wedding. I'm just waiting now, excited to see it, thank you for the experience.

The camo pattern ring is a stock colored ring that is coated for the color effect and WILL wear off. They will tell you the warranty is free but then hit you with a $3.00 shipping fee. It's shady to say it's free when it's not.

I ordered 2 Groove rings for me and my husband for our anniversary. He is serving in Afghanistan so I had to ship the ring to him as a surprise. However, the size I ordered was too small. The Groove team addressed our issue immediately and sent a bigger size. The return process is also simple...just drop the ring in the mail with 2 stamps. Couldn't be easier! I purchased an NFL Broncos ring self-sized to a 12 only to find out it was about one size too large. I made the purchase through Amazon (big mistake here) but reached out to Groove Life through their website, where the magic happened. Maddie was extremely helpful, immediately informing me she could get a replacement ring out no problem. She simply took my address and phone number, gave me simple return instructions for the original ring and wished me well. Exceeded my expectations, especially considering I had made my purchase through Amazon (stupidly considering I missed out on the 2 free mystery rings by doing so) and was really just contacting Groove Life directly for a recommendation on how to proceed with exchanging my ring for one with a better fit. Good job!

Groove Life stands by its warranty. When my wedding ring split, I filed an online claim with picture and had a replacement quickly. I've ordered other rings and enjoy changing them out. I recently ordered one of their silicone watch bands for my Galaxy smartwatch. It is beautiful and was easy to install. Groove Life rings rock!

I absolutely love my ring! I’ve been wanting a rubber ring for some time since I work with animals and am constantly washing my hands. I didn’t want to wear my antique mother's ring which is my wedding ring for work. I love the colors and options, customer service is hands down the best. The ring is so comfy, I don’t even know I have it on. It’s great too when I’m hiking and camping, working out, etc. I never take it off. I even got my husband to get one and he loves it too.

My wife ordered me a custom ring and I love it. She ordered the sale buy 1 get 2 surprise rings free and when the ring got here there was only 1 ring I contacted the company the same day asking about it and they took really good care of me and got the other 2 shipped out the same day. I recently got married and always knew I’d get a silicone ring because of being in the army and doing CrossFit so when I got my first ring, a Qalo, I was really disappointed in the product and figured I’d invest into a better ring in Groove. Best decision I’ve made in a while. While the other ring was irritating, this ring disappears. I forget it’s even there which is exactly what I need because I don’t like wearing rings/jewelry. I’m really happy with the ring and look forward to wearing it for a long time.

I contacted them concerning the wearing of my husbands ring, sent photos of the ring. No hassle sending out the same ring the same day. They even told me that if it did it again that they would do another replacement for me for a solid color. I got very good customer service as during this time you had to wait because of COVID-19, but they responded quickly to me and I didn’t have to wait. Reach out to them. By far the best silicone ring on the market. Stands up to more abuse than any other ring I have tried, whether it's hiking, camping and fishing, or the abuse it takes from a demanding job of running a jackhammer, digging trenches, or laying pipe. Not only are the rings fantastic, but the warranty is bulletproof, no questions asked. I have gotten two replacements since my purchase. It is a hassle-free process. My wife and I definitely recommend Groove rings to anyone and everyone.

Had to send the ring I purchased for my husband back for a larger size and am going on almost 2 weeks of not getting the newer sized one. I sent the smaller one back the very next day as well. I’m pleased with the ring. You might scoff at $30 for a rubber ring but it’s comfortable and doesn’t feel like a cheap ring. There’s added value too. I needed a different size and customer service sent me the replacement and told me to return the old ring when it was convenient for me. I didn’t think I’d ever wear one of these but I’m happy with it.
