I have celiac disease. Trying to solve my constipation problem. I am so far still having the problem. I try eating the right foods. I go every 3 to 4 days. Bowels are very large and bulky. Hopefully the product will help me. I have tried pro and prebiotics as well. Hopefully something will break the problem up.

Although I have only been taking the Bio Complete 3 for a month I have noticed an interesting change. I had a skin biopsy done on my thigh about 6 months ago and it had gotten infected during the healing process so it took about a month to heal and then left a large raised and ugly reddened scar. Since taking the Bio Complete 3 the scar is flat and much of the redness is gone. Since that was the only change in my diet or supplement intake I can only attribute the change to the Bio Complete 3. I'm hoping that the next change will be that I start losing my excess weight as my guts heal.

I have taken it consistently since it arrived in my home. I consistently have had bowel and gut problems. No help from doctors, so I am really looking forward to excellent results from the Bio Complete. I find my bowels are working more efficiently, but still have very difficult nights. I hope with time this issue resolves itself.

I bought 3 bottles of Bio Complete 3 for the savings deal, and used almost one bottle of it, trying to give it a chance, even though I was having difficulty with it interacting badly with my Betablocker that I took and making my thyroid in my neck swell up, which I was already having trouble with whenever I ate odiferous foods or became dehydrated. It did work good on my IBS making me more regular which was awesome because I'm often constipated and stay bloated for several days at a time. I regret that I had to return these bottles within the 90-day guarantee timeframe, well actually for me it was within 30 days, but I appreciate your friendly cooperation and understanding in this matter. For someone without serious medicated conditions, or without thyroid issues...I highly recommend this product for bowel regularity and bloating. As for weight loss, I don't think that I took it long enough for that. Plus that's not what I was using it for. But with dieting practices in place, I can see how it would help. I love the fact that Bio Complete 3 has all the 3 of the biotics that your digestive system needs. I have found that my irregularity has become much more regular. I feel better and more energized knowing that my system is running "cleaner." I would give the analogy that my system feels like a car engine fueled with "Premium" fuel as opposed to the "unleaded" fuel quality. As an added bonus, my abdomen feels flatter and more toned.

I watched Dr. Gundry's video on Bio Complete. I felt it would help to address my underlying digestive issues. It is too early to say that I have had notable improvements, but I feel the product is slowly working in my body. I will continue to take these capsules and try and cut my intake of lectin-containing foods and I am sure my results will improve.

My husband and I have been taking Bio Complete 3 for 3 weeks. My husband has noticed quite an improvement in his bowels. He suffers from PTSD, which causes anxiety and IBS-D. I also suffer from IBS-D and have found Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds helps tremendously with my inflammation. However, I have not noticed any changes (good or bad) in my bowel movements since starting the Bio Complete 3.

As a person with many medical issues (ie taking many meds which tend to constipate my system), the beginning was slow. My level of activity as a result of those medical issues are next to nil at this time.

The main reason I am taking Bio Complete 3 was to try and have easier and more bowel movements. I am 73 years old and I know throughout my working jobs, mainly (Police Officer) I ate fast foods and after retirement, the habit stayed with me. For years in the mornings I would strain to have a bowel movement. So when I saw and listened to your presentation about Bio 3 I thought what the heck, give it a try. Well, I started eating what you said and took the sweet tooth out of my dentures and took your product. I have not seen weight loss as of yet and at my age, I don't think my skin tone will improve, BUT my bowel movements have and this has been in two weeks. When I get up in the morning I have a cup of coffee and before the first cup is gone I am in my throne room. I will be ordering again and I hope to see other results. I have noticed more energy, my nails are stronger and longer without breaking and less splitting. My bathroom experience is more complete and more often with good results. I feel funny talking about that part. I am also seeing a little reduction in my flappy arms.
