I think it is still early to tell being I am only about halfway with the first bottle. But early on I was going to the bathroom more but it wasn't a discomfort feeling only I would go more often than usual and just a few days ago, I am back to my usual daily routine.

I used to have a bit of pain in my lower abdomen, nothing excruciating, just something I could feel every so often but I haven't felt anything the last couple of days. Other than that, I haven't noticed much else. Probably in time I will be able to note other things.

"Bottom Line" is too early for me to determine, but since it is required to answer, I say no for now, but I am not certain.

More regular bowel movements. Other than that all I can say is taking 4 capsules daily is an inconvenience! I purchased a 6-month supply and I'll be glad when it is gone.

The effect is subtle but it has reduced bloating and helped with bowel movements. I also experienced a calmer feeling in my bowels.

In the beginning, the bowel movements were hard and solid, occurring only once per day. Then, after a week, mushy movements began. No other physiological effects were noticeable. I am not sure what to look for as there is nothing that is meaningful.

Unfortunately, it’s not doing all that other people described in their experience per your advertisement, for me. The one thing it’s helping me with is keeping me feeling full longer so I don’t eat as much and don’t feel the need to snack in between meals, which is great, but it does not seem to be resulting in weight loss, so now I wonder if I’m not eating enough? I plan to take what I already bought, but I won’t be buying more unless something changes dramatically, with longer use.

I just started taking Bio Complete (4 days), so this review may be a little early to complete (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), BUT I felt compelled to write this because the change in my BM’s and overall energy is remarkable in just a few days. Prior to this I was taking probiotics recommended by my local health store and have for years suffered from constipation, bloating, hemorrhoids, and overall gut problems. I have been taking two a day, one in the early AM and one before bedtime. Feeling great and BM’s are easy, painless, and back to daily!

Began with detox and additional direction from Plant Paradox. Began Bio Complete after the first week. Currently using guidelines during Lent. Have lost weight and am sleeping better. Did expect some detectable differences when I added the supplement, but currently seem minimal. I will continue this supplement for 90 days, and reevaluate at that time. I definitely feel my health has improved as old cravings for bread and sweets have significantly decreased.

With everything going on concerning the virus situation, it is hard to attribute one's feeling or condition to any one item. That being said, I live in a retirement home of 1000 souls. We were individually isolated from the early beginning of the Coronavirus created chaotic situation. All food is delivered to our individual apartments with very little choice. Generally speaking the food has been good under the very trying circumstances. I have been taking the Bio 3 pills for almost a month now, four times a day. I have been extremely gassy since taking the pills but have felt much better generally and my bathroom visits have been quite regular. I am quite pleased with Bio 3 thus far and will continue to monitor their effect for the next two months. I am 93 years old.

I am taking this to help my immune system. I have MS and I try hard to stay as healthy as possible. Especially now that we have the Covidvirus all around us. I haven't been able to leave the house in weeks, it is too dangerous for someone with a little or no immune system. Hope this helps me stay strong. I've been taking 2 tablets two times a day but have decided to take all 4 daily tablets once a day when I wake up. See how it effects me, great I hope.

Was suffering from Diverticulitis very painful stomach problems including loose and frequent bowel movements. The Total Restore got me back to normal. When the Bio Complete 3 came I started taking that until I could reorder the Total Restore but since taking it I continue to be well and now wonder which one I should order. Cannot afford both if that's an option. Any help with the choice is appreciated. Thank you.

Started out taking two capsules in the morning and two at night. I found out it is best to take them all at one time. Still need more time to evaluate its effectiveness. Beginning to see some results as advertised.
