Worst customer service ever

Hubble sent the wrong prescription and refused to accept an email cancellation. As instructed, I put "return to sender" on the boxes to return the incorrect contacts, and when I finally had the 45 minutes to try to hassle with them on the phone, the representative said that if I couldn't prove I sent them, there was no refund as they had no record. Clearly not a ligitimate operation.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It's a rip off, they will lie to you and want you to do what they say

I'm very upset. I ordered the contacts to try and couldn't see anything out of them. I told them not to send me anymore and to cancel me out, but they charged me for more and stole my new debit card number to get the money. I finally got in touch with them and they said they would cancel it and send me an email to show, but didn't. When the order came in, I wrote "return to sender" on it and sent it back. They have not given me my money back. It's a scam and a ripoff, so NO, I would NOT recommend them!

Hubble scam

Shortly after updating my prescription, I signed up for Hubble on 12/18. A week later I received a "free" box of contacts at a charge of $3. Within a few days, I was having trouble with my new prescription and went back to the eye doctor. He updated my prescription. I asked to return the contacts and was sent a cryptic answer - holidays and work pressure got in the way, and I did nothing else until today. I received a second shipment of Hubble Contacts on 1/8, less than two weeks after my original order.

I called to return both boxes since I can't use this prescription. NO REFUND because I opened the outer shipping box, even though the inner contact boxes are intact. Do not order from Hubble.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Don't order!

Save yourself the trouble and do not order from them.

After I ordered the trial pairs I then read the reviews and found out they charge your card continually and cancellation is not easy. So I cut my card off and ordered a new bank card.

A month a half later after receiving constant emails says my card has been declined, I emailed them back and said I wanted to cancel. The email I received after said I would need to call and the emails about the declined card continued. Then last week they got my new card number without me giving it to them! And charged it without my permission. And wouldn't give me a refund until I send back the contacts, which I haven't received yet and are awful by the way. This company is a joke.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Watch out!

DO NOT order these contacts. I had the worst experience EVER! The two-week free trial contacts were great, but after that, it all went downhill. The next two boxes that came were BAD; it was like I didn't have any contacts in my eyes. I spent many hours on the phone with this company. After many arguments, they sent me two more boxes, the same BAD contacts. I received a total of eight boxes, all BAD. The last two boxes I decided not to open but returned for a refund. As of today, I've been refunded for ONE box, and they're refusing to refund the second box. I would give them ZERO STARS if I could!

Negative experience

Very negative experience. After my free two weeks, I called in to cancel my subscription and was assured it would be canceled before the next shipment went out. It wasn't canceled and I got charged for the next shipment. To my surprise, once it arrived I called again to cancel, and they said since it was their error I would be fully refunded. My account was canceled, but my refund was nowhere to be seen. I had to call again over a month later to ask for a refund yet again, and they wouldn't refund my full amount.

Customer service promises things that they either can't or don't have the will to accomplish. I would advise others to stay away from this company.

Make it impossible to cancel.

No way to cancel online, no way to change prescription online. Once they have your card, you will get 3-4 charges while they give you the run around of "skipping" or returning or holding or transferring you. So depending on how much you get paid per hour, plan on spending 10+ hours going round and round with them to stop you from stopping the recurring shipments and charges.

If you're used to high-quality contacts, these are not for you, and their customer service is abysmal.

Worst experience. I tried Hubble because I loved the idea of the company. I received a box and was excited to try the lenses. I am used to a high-quality lense, and I found the lenses very uncomfortable. I had to throw out at least one out of every four lenses due to discomfort, so I canceled my account. I had no problem with that. Sometimes a product just does not fit you, and you don't enjoy it. There is nothing wrong with that.

However, now I understand why they don't have reviews on their Facebook page, Twitter, or website. The customer service is terrible. I was sent a box of contacts that I won't use and charged after I had canceled my account. They also would not offer me a refund even though I explained what happened. I just wanted to warn people using their service.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Don't order them

I tried them on the $3 offer and they were very poor quality. They did not make it clear that they would auto ship every 30 days but it is in small print, so beware. I sent them back per their request and it has been over 30 days and still they have not give me a credit.

This company is bogus. Don't order from them. Cheap product and they apparently do not take returns. I have contacted my credit card company to investigate.

Terrible lenses, terrible customer service, scummy company.

I ordered on January 6th. They shipped on January 8th. I received them on January 17th. I didn't have a chance to try them until January 23rd. I wore them for about 2 hours, but I had to take them out as they were extremely uncomfortable and very dry. They seem to be quite low-quality and did not work in my eyes.

I contacted the company the week after (January 29th), to cancel my order. Cancellation was a success, however, I received another box in the mail and was charged another $44! I called them to ask for a refund but was told "sorry, it's against our policy," even though the new shipment of contacts I received was UNOPENED and UNUSED. Service rep just kept repeating "sorry," and there was nothing they could do.

Bottom line: Terrible lenses. Shady/scummy company in general. You'd better like the lenses. If you don't, there's a good chance you aren't getting your money back!

Inflexible return policy, uncomfortable, purchase at your own risk!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service! What everyone likes best is the price. Of course, there's also the fact that it's a monthly subscription service, and the free box of contacts at the beginning is nice.

The quality of the lenses. I have been using contacts for over ten years, including brands like Acuvue, AirOptics, CooperVision Biofinity, 1-Day Acuvue Moist, and Freshlook Colorblends. After using all these brands, I have never experienced such discomfort as I have with Hubble. Previous to Hubble, my contacts would start irritating my eyes after 6-8 hours of wear (which is completely understandable). But with Hubble, upon insertion, my eyes feel uncomfortable. Don't get me wrong, sometimes you put in a pair and they work fine, no problems. But it's happened to many times, where I insert my contacts in the morning, and one of them just doesn't sit right. When I blink, the contact will shift, my eye will water, my vision will blur. As you can image, that situation is not the safest when you're driving. It's just an annoyance at this point.

Regardless of the fact that I communicated this quality issue to the company, I was refused a refund. The customer service was completely inflexible in making an exception (their return policy is thirty days, which is standard). Due to the fact that I do not use my contacts every day, I now have four months worth of contacts that I cannot use. I will advise all fellow contact-wearers against purchasing from this company, due to their inability to satisfy the customer in light of the circumstances.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
