Lectin Shield

I've combined Vital Reds with Lectin Shield, and even though I've accidentally skipped a few doses of the Lectin Shield, I can notice the difference. I don't feel bloated when I OCCASIONALLY eat very seasoned food or sweets. I try to avoid those types of food, but you know, sometimes you got to live a little. It's only been about two weeks since I started. I can't wait to see how it works in a few more weeks.

I have been using Lectin Shield for a while but honestly not taking exactly per their recommendations. I want to try to take as per their directions going forward. I was trying to spread out because of the expense.

I am taking several of the Gundry products for a while now and overall am feeling so much better with more energy. Part of my problem is that we have been traveling so much that I have not seen a big change in my weight issues. But I am maintaining and with eating out all of the time that to me is good.

I have not been back to the doctor for full blood work in a while and am hoping to see a change with next testing. I had a little cholesterol issue and can’t take Statins. I really don’t want to and would rather due thru good nutrition and your products. I take no medications at this time. Thank you for your products. I wish I could say more.

After I had my gallbladder removed, I have had digestive issues. Such as bloating, nausea, and just feeling bad after eating. So after reading about Lectin Shield and watching the YouTube video by Dr. Gundry, I take Lectin Shield with my lunch and supper and it has made a BIG difference. I have also cut back or eliminated the foods with increase amounts of lectins. A bonus is I have lost weight, don't crave sweets as often and I have a decreased appetite.

Lectin Shield seems to keep off the extra pound or two after eating lots of pizza or pasta or other weight-gaining foods. Pass me the potatoes - I can eat a bunch of them and not worry. I just re-ordered another three or four months worth of Lectin Shield.

My wife and I both are using the Lectin Shield as directed, noticeable reduction in cravings after regular meals. We have both lost weight from this product. My wife had mild IBS prior to this, and there is a huge improvement in this former problem. She has stopped using a daily laxative, which she has used since diverticulitis surgery. I have noticed a marked reduction in the need for antacid use since using this product. I used to use ranitidine almost daily.

I am a mid-sixties woman with a history of several autoimmune health issues. I started using this in conjunction with going gluten-free to improve my irritable bowel symptoms. I have noted decreased symptoms post meals; such as bloating, cramping, and stabbing pain. It is easy to get two doses in each day, because without them, I risk a return of those symptoms or increase of the occasional flare-ups I still have. I have been using the Lectin Shield for just over a month, but I do notice a difference.

I am looking forward to even better improvement as I continue to clean up my diet and get more in touch with monitoring my symptoms.

We are pretty new to Gundry MD products. We are taking Total Restore and Lectin Shield. I feel that the combination of the two is so helpful. Lectin Shield is reducing my reflux and gastritis slowing but surely.

When I am presented with a nice meal that is not on the Gundry diet, I take two Shield capsules and my body is protected from the lectin. I do not use it often, but it’s very helpful when I need it.

I started my Gundry experience with the Diet Evolution...found it was a bit hard to follow but my result in weight loss and reduced arthritis pain are well worth it. I live in a very small town in a rural area, so I don't have a lot of resources for some of the "yes" foods. I use the Prebiothrive daily. I lost 30 pounds quickly at first, then more over the next few months.

When Plant Paradox came out, I followed those guidelines, which apparently had also evolved. I do not have hunger pains or cravings. After being on this for 1 and 1/2 years and traveling to visit family, I decided to try Lectin Shield. I do only use it as an assist to make meals easier when visiting or maybe one day a week at home. It works (no added pains or bowel issues). I did find that I took advantage of the day's pills to add a treat that I probably should have left alone. I had no problem going back to the stricter adherence to the Gundry lifestyle eating plan...not a diet for me.

My wife and I have been taking Lectin Shield for three months now and do believe it has helped in our overhaul health. This time of year we have usually had a least two severe colds. We have each had a cold this winter, but they have not been nearly as severe as in the past. I do believe this product has helped by preventing bacteria from leaky gut from entering our bodies.
