The experience with Lemonaid was wonderful. The app works perfectly with all the information you need to determine the right course of action with regard to your specific health concerns. The app lets you know how long you will be waiting to talk to a doctor. The wait was not that long and I spoke to a Dr. Bhat out of California. Great physician. Personable, and quite helpful. You felt as if his job was to support you. Also, having a video chat was a very personal touch. Customer Support is excellent for Lemonaid. So far, I have dealt with Aly, Blain, and Christen in Patient Support. All were very responsive and you could tell from the tone in their emails that they are there to help you. You should always have your own primary care doctor but it is good to know that there are other sources of medical advice such as lemonade. Excellent service and experience.

I found your company through the internet. I was skeptical of course. The prices are fantastic and the service sounded amazing. There seem to be a lot of scams out there. I signed up and had a video chat with a nurse practitioner. He was very professional and based out of California.

I’m certain that there are a lot of men like me who have ED and want to change their life and experience. This nurse practitioner even called in a prescription to my local pharmacy so I could have enough medication until their shipment arrived in three days.

I ordered two refills for sildenafil and waited for it to come in. Two days turned into two weeks. I contacted USPS and they opened up a case and NEVER contacted me or kept me in the loop for any updates. The last tracking updated was 8/5, and as of 8/27, no updates AT ALL. They won’t even return my calls. But I contacted Lemonaid and Blain from customer service sent me the same exact order, no questions asked with no charge. I was dreading this as a loss but Lemonaid came through in the clutch. I love this company and hope to have a great patient MD relationship with them. Keep it up!

I had a horrible experience with my OBGYN and needed to find a new one. I didn't have time to research and find one who was under my insurance and met all of my criteria but I needed birth control ASAP since I was almost out. I signed up and got on a video call within 10 minutes and then had a prescription sent to me. It was so fast and easy. This was an incredible experience. It would have taken me longer to wait on the phone with a doctor's office and get an appointment scheduled than it did to have my visit and get my prescription with Lemonaid. I was feeling like my late summer cold was improving, and then I started to feel lousy again. I waited as long as I could to address the Sinusitis I feared had set-up in my nasal passages. Unfortunately, it was late on Friday and I knew that my regular doctor would be unavailable to me until the following Tuesday. Since I had Sinusitis about 4 years ago, I knew what the symptoms were and how to kill the virus. I explored my options to obtain a consult/script service online and read many reviews that raved about Lemonaid. I went to their website and was quickly provided an online/Skype-style interview directly with Dr. Liu. He was caring, knowledgeable and asked the questions to get to the root of my problem. Within one hour I was provided a prescription and on my way to feeling better soon. I will use Lemonaid again!

If I would've written this review six months ago it would've been five stars. I have used Lemonaid Health for over a year, and have had several prescriptions written by them. Well, I wanted to try a different bc type this year. I went online filled out the health form and paid my $25. Roughly 4 hours later my patch was ready. I picked it up paid nothing out of pocket at my pharmacy as I have insurance and went on my way. Well, my body and the patch didn’t like each other. After the month I text and asked if I could please switch back to the pill. No problem, put another $25 and we will switch your script back to the pill you took last year, says Aly with Lemonaid Health. What? I just paid $25, nothing has changed, I just want to switch back. After several back and forth messages they agree to waive the fee. 4-6 hours later my pills are ready at the pharmacy. Except this time my prescription was written by an NP. And he wasn’t covered by my insurance. The pharmacy and myself both send messages saying can the doctor that wrote the prescription for the patch please write the prescription for the pill as my insurance isn’t associated with the NP. Nope they need another $25 to rewrite the script. After over ten messages and three "visits," they refused to listen and wouldn’t simply have the doctor write the script. It was a HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME and money. Please avoid the headache.

I did the anxiety service and, while the price is reasonable and the doctor was very nice, it’s nothing like working with a doctor’s office. The SSRI had so many side effects for me that I had to skip work the next day and, given how awful it was, I wanted to try an atypical drug that they offer for depression and I had taken before with no problems. Unfortunately, they don’t allow that, even if you have a family history of SSRI intolerance. In the end, I paid for an entire month to take one pill. It’s a very convenient service, but you’re not going to get the same support and flexibility you would get from a traditional doctor’s office.

About two years ago I was searching for mental health services that I could afford, I had no insurance, 19 years old. I call 1 billion places crying and being an anxiety ball. I came across Lemonaid Health, at the time they did not do mental health services but they said that they had a lot of people calling and asking the same questions as myself and that she too thought that they should definitely be a part of it. She was a very nice woman. After looking through the site that day I then made an appointment to be on birth control. It was a $25 fee to have a video chat with a doctor in the video chat was about 10 minutes maybe, the doctor was amazing and answered all my questions and was very very nice. I appreciated him protecting my privacy, I was having some video difficulties and he said that he couldn’t talk any further if he couldn’t see me (this was before he saw me at all) but I appreciated that!

The reason why I am writing this review today is because I’ve been suffering with a UTI for going on three weeks now, used to have them frequently when I was younger, always severe, the only thing that would help would be antibiotics. When I was younger I did have insurance. Now that I’m a young adult I don’t have insurance. And I can’t believe that I forgot about this service, Lemonaid Health, and how cheap and easily accessible they are and I’ve been suffering for this long, LOL! I’m on the couch with a heating pad on, almost in tears, running back-and-forth to the bathroom, and then all of a sudden I just remembered about Lemonaid and I paid the $25, answered the questionnaire, two hours later the doctor messaged me and asked if it was a good time to call, I said yes (I didn’t even expect a call that night because it was 7 PM on Sunday and their website states they close at 12 PM on Sundays so I was very happy to receive a message from him!), he called me within three minutes, we talked for almost 20 minutes, which I totally appreciate because I had a lot of questions and he was very patient with me and so informative (as well as a great listener!). He said if I have any questions, any side effects, or anything else to say to you just message them and they’ll get back to me a soon as they can and that my pharmacy will have my prescription ready in the morning. I’m currently seeing a psychiatrist who is an hour away for me, I am unemployed so I qualify on a sliding scale, I see him for $20 a visit for 20 minutes. And now that Lemonaid Health has mental health services, I am definitely considering choosing them over where I’m going now because Lemonaid has such great staff and caring doctors that I know I’ll be in good hands and that I won’t feel like I’m being a bother to them. On the website, they state that for $95, included: unlimited messaging! Which is unbelievable, so amazing! Where I go now there’s a patient portal where you have the ability to email/message your prescriber, but I do that and my prescriber gets angry at me when I use it to discuss the symptoms of my medications because for the last six months I’ve been trying a new different medications back-and-forth so of course I have to discuss things with him immediately when something comes up or I have a serious question.

SO, Lemonaid Health, you've outdone yourself. I will forever be a returning customer and will tell everyone about this site AND APP!
