ActivatedYou Morning Complete

I’ve been taking Morning Complete for almost a month now. I enjoy the pleasant cinnamon apple flavor. I feel that it gives me a pick me up and keeps me satiated for a couple hours after taking it. I’m not very sensitive when it comes to a products affects on my body, but I definitely think the absence of preservatives, gluten, dairy and sugar benefits my gut. Its wholesome ingredients are reasons to continue taking and making it a lifelong habit.

I like it, but steps need to be made for it to blend better with water, juice, tea, etc. I constantly have to shake and stir while I'm drinking it and still, I always residue left with most of it at the bottom of my drink. The product is good, but this aspect needs much improvement.

I started taking this product about three weeks ago. To date I have lost about 7 pounds, however, I have also been walking a lot more regularly during this period. I still have fat around my mid-section, about the same amount as before, however, maybe that will improve the longer I take this product.

I am now eating less each day; I usually do not eat breakfast as I still feel full from taking this product, so lunch is now my first meal of the day.

I have a little more energy now, however, that may be because my weight is down.

I used to have a bowel movement once per day, however, it is now more often, probably averages twice per day.

My sleep is about the same as before, as I am still sleeping between 5 and 6 hours per night.

I travel a lot and have had a little trouble using the prebiotic and probiotic together. And until recently, I hadn't been eating very well or exercising much. So, I'm working on getting all that in line. I will say, I feel gassier, but less bloated, which seems weird to me. I wonder if the gas will calm down once I'm set more in an exercise and better eating routine. I'll let you know.

Well, I just started taking ActivatedYou twelve days ago, I started going to the bathroom more often after about six days, which I thought took longer but I guess nobody has the same effect. Now I feel a lot less bloated, but I did not lose a pound yet since I'm on vacation on our boat and are having wine each day. I can't wait to see if I will lose a bit of weight after I come back from vacation. I will definitely continue taking the product each morning, and I might write back in three months. Thank you.

It took a little time to get used to the taste of ActivatedYou, but I really do like it! I mix it with apple juice. I just couldn't drink it in water. ActivatedYou has definitely increased the frequency of my bathroom habits, but I wasn't expecting it to cause so much gas. Is there a way to reduce this, or is this an expected side effect? Using this product has helped me decrease my caffeine intake to less than five cups of coffee per week. Overall, I would recommend this product!

I have been taking Morning Complete religiously every morning before I leave for work. I used to stop at the local deli and get an omelet for breakfast before going to the office, but since I've been taking this product my appetite is way down, and I don't feel the urge for big breakfast. In general, I find myself feeling better with more energy and generally eating half of what I used to and feeling satisfied.

I've been trying to eat healthier foods but, although it was not claimed to be a weight loss product, with the change in my eating habits, I was hoping it would be a side effect. But alas not. I'm happy with the product but not with the packaging. I find that as you get to the end of the third week, the remainder of the power begins to clump up. By the fourth week, you need to literally crush the rocks that formed in the bag in order to finish the produce. I would think that perhaps you would put a desiccant in the bag (like they do in pill bottles) to prevent this, or provide a tighter container.

I actually ordered this for my wife as she was having problems being regular. It hasn't really helped with irregularity but she does seem to have more energy and her skin looks better. Not really a lot of bloating but does seem to have a lot of flatulence.

By the way, the product, once it’s open, should be kept refrigerated. What happens if we do not store it in the refrigerator? I used to travel a lot and when traveling the product is in my luggage. Please let me know. Thanks!

Very easy and simple to use. The taste is pretty good. I add it to water in the morning and make it my first drink. Most mornings I am good to go until about 11, so I carry a piece of fruit with me if I need something more before lunch. I have never been a breakfast person as I usually get sick if I eat too early, so I have always used some kind of smoothie or shake to start my day. This is light and easy and ready to go. My days are busy, and this takes almost no time to make. I fill up my water bottle, add a scoop, shake and go.
