I have been a Noomer for a little over five weeks and I am very happy with this program. What I like the most is the daily tips with regard to how different foods impact the body and consequently how to make smart food decisions whether I am cooking at home or eating out. I have previously been a part of Weight Watchers, and while that organization is very good, they don’t teach you about specific body interactions and what particular food types do in the system. There are other diets out there that will send you food that is already premeasured, so all you have to do is eat it. These diets work well also, however without the knowledge of how different foods interact with your body‘s metabolism keeping the weight off is the big problem. That is where Noom is different. As I am losing weight, I am also gaining insight into the best choices for me with regard to what I eat. I love the fact that no foods are ever off-limits. I was not sure about this program, but have since become a believer. I know that the weight comes off now will not come back. If you, like me, have yo-yo dieted and have seen all the weight come back and perhaps bring some friends, you really need to try Noom.
