I started my healthy living journey in December 2015. My husband and I watched Dr. Amy's YouTube video about Bio x4 and purchased as soon as we were done watching the video. I have lost 20lbs. using Bio x4, along with diet and exercise. I love that Bio x4 is easy to take and helps curb my appetite and cleanse my insides. I would highly recommend Bio x4 along with healthy eating choices and exercise. I also love that since I have purchased Bio x4 I receive emails from Dr. Amy that share great insight into healthy living choices. You will not be disappointed if you use this product.

I am a firm believer in one change at a time in order to evaluate the change on its own. So far I have not lost any weight but my calorie intake has been 1400 - 2100, when in the past it has needed to be below 1200 to lose weight. I also lead a sedentary lifestyle and am 50 years old. The benefits I did notice? Energy, hair and nails. I believe the product is delivering on its promise to help you absorb the nutrients in food and eat higher fat content without gaining weight. My dieting had been robbing my nutrition and my nails were peeling and cracking. Now people are asking me how my nails look so nice. Again, the supplement was the only thing I changed. I also have been sleeping better and have more energy in the afternoon. Plan is to reduce calorie intake, increase activities and hopefully suffer less consequences to overall nutrition.

I placed an order and was told I would get the 24 hour shipping. I placed my order 5 days ago, have received no shipping info. Called and was put on hold. Sent an email 3 days ago. I was so excited to get this product. I'm frustrated no one is helping me. Please contact me via email or call me.

When I started Bio X4, I was on three different medications for digestion, and to be honest, I wasn't very hopeful. The medication said it would take a certain amount of time to see a difference, but my digestion started getting better within a week. I quit my old medications soon after. I've lost about five pounds so far, and I definitely have more energy. I'm thrilled that I found Bio X4.

I started taking Nucific BIO X4 a few days ago. The stomach felt calm, however, it increased my appetite, and for the last few days I alternated between constipation and diarrhea/bloating. I will wait one more week, but so far the results are not as advertised.

Wow, since I stopped smoking four years ago, I gradually gained 20 lbs. I tried dieting and other probiotics to no prevail. My mother ordered Bio X4 after seeing it an episode about it on TV. She gave me a bottle to try. It works. It suppresses my appetite. I stopped getting full on food and started craving sweets. All those habits are now gone. I feel like I use to before I put on the weight.

I started using Bio X4 in February and have noticed that I have more energy and less mood swings. The best part is, in my family some of us suffer from chronic diarrhea, and since starting the product I have not had a single bout of diarrhea. I have recommended to many of my family members. I haven't noticed any weight lose yet but I am also waiting for a hip replacement so have been a little sedentary. Once replaced I hope to get back to weight lifting and weight lose.

I noticed improvements with my digestive tract and Candida overgrowth within the first week. My weight loss was immediate as well. I have lost twelve pounds in the past seven weeks, by taking one pill with each meal, and the correct amount of water before each meal. I would have lost more, but got off schedule during our vacation. I continued the medicine, but the water wasn't adhered to like I was supposed to do. I only gained about two pounds, instead of the normal five to eight pounds from being on vacation. I lost it all and one pound more within three days of being back home and on routine. Love the product!

I started taking BIO X4 to help with my digestion. I have since lost several inches off more than one area of my body, dropped 2 sizes, and lost over 10+ pounds! I watch what I eat, but I still indulge in a treat here and there. I'm not good at remembering to take it, but I am getting better since I have seen the results. Because I am not able to do much in exercising due to injuries, I don't get to add much exercising to my daily activities, but I have felt more active and had more energy to get up and do more things. I hope it continues.
