    Overall, I was happy with BIO X4.

    The main concern that I had about it is that the digestive enzymes allow my pancreas to take a break. If my pancreas rests too long, then it may forget how to make digestive enzymes or become lazy. I think I noticed that when I would forget to take one.

    Their customer support center did not have an answer for that.

    I stopped taking BIO X4 for now, but I may use it in intervals.

    Also, their directions indicate taking this with food or meals three times a day. I can only eat twice a day. If I ate three times a day, I could never lose weight.

    I like digesting food completely. It makes my stool hard, a little hard to pass and also less stinky.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    I purchased Nucific BIO X4 more than a year ago. Although the ingredients are superior, it did not work for me. My doctor has me taking Magnesium Complex 400mg, one in the AM and one in the PM. My blood tests showed I was low in Vit. D-3 and I'm anemic. So I take D-3 (do NOT take with Magnesium) and Sublingual Vit. B-12.

    Always go to Drugs.com and click on "Interactions Checker."

    You can list all your vitamins and supplement and make sure there are no interactions, some of which can be dangerous.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend


  • BIO X4 worked for me

    Overall Experience:

    I’ve wanted to lose weight for years, but diets just didn’t work for me. Then I came across BIO X4 and watched the video which described how this product was developed. I became very interested in seeing what my results could be. I ordered my first bottle and began the journey. I took one capsule in the morning and one at night. Over the period of 9-12 months, I started losing weight. I went from 198 lbs down to 164 lbs, and dropped from a size 18 down to a size 12. My doctor was so pleased and gave me a big hug!

  • The gut

    Overall Experience:

    Seems to help at getting your gut straightened out but don’t expect overnight miracles. No weight loss but I don’t feel bloated all the time. Maybe weight loss will come later. I have more energy but could be attributed to better weather and sunshine.

    BIO X4 definitely suppresses my appetite. I don't get those late evening cravings for junk food when I take them. I eat smaller portions at regular meals. I have only lost about six pounds, but I attribute that to my lack of discipline. I feel like I am taking something that has health benefits.

  • Doesn't work

    Overall Experience:

    I bought four bottles as I really thought it sounded as if it would work. I took all four bottles as directed and actually gained a few pounds. It also did nothing beneficial for my bowels, which I have trouble with chronic constipation due to medications I need to take.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

  • BIO X4

    Overall Experience:

    Before using BIO X4, I would suffer from terrible constipation. I would take double and triple the recommended dosage of laxatives and still had trouble the other way.

    All of these issues went away when I started taken BIO X4. I take one a day in the morning, and I move my bowels naturally and regularly. This is a great product and I'm so glad I found it.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Overall Experience:

    I see my constipation is more under control, which I am grateful for. I felt the fullness in the first three weeks, but I don't feel it as much now. I keep picking, which I don't want to do. I'm very happy with the constipation control, which has been a severe problem of mine since my 20's.

    This product was instrumental in my weight loss journey. Taking off 30 lbs was never so easy, and I thought at 50 it would be harder than it has been. Of course, diet and exercise are also key, but this made the process easier. Thank you!

  • BIO X4 and other supplements work

    Overall Experience:

    I have found that BIO X4 really does work. I do not have cravings but most of all, I now sense when I have had enough to eat. I use all the products as directed and it has changed my body's way of processing food. The other positive experience is that I no longer need that coffee in the morning to get me going. I drink more water, which is more healthy.

  • Refund scam

    Overall Experience:

    The product did not work for me. I called for a refund, and I was offered a 3-month refund extension. I had just explained that the product was making me sick and they would not refund. I called again and was asked too many personal questions. I finally was told that only $49 of the $90 could be refunded. They deduct $60 for shipping of empty bottles back! I said I would pay for my shipping. Please be aware of this if you need a refund.
