It has not improved anything

The number one thing I am most disappointed in is the weight loss supplement. I have been on WeightWatchers for one month. I have only lost 5 lbs. While sticking to the plan, I should have lost much more even without your supplement BIO X4. I was on BIO X4 before I went on WeightWatchers. It has not helped in any of the other promised problems also. I do take it with all three meals, as prescribed. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Terrible customer service

I accidentally ordered one too many bottles and sent an email immediately to request that one of the bottles be removed (mind you this was on a fairly large order of 12-13 if you include the accidental order). With any normal, credible company, sending a request to cancel an order immediately after having placed it is typically honored.

I was very displeased to get a response back that they could not cancel the order - with no explanation as to why. I was excited to hear about this product but really hate when companies pull these unnecessary moves on new customers.

I hope they improve their customer support in the future...

Feel more bloated

I've only been on BIO X4 for three weeks and I actually feel more bloated. I'm going to try it for a few more weeks and see if my body adjusts. No weight loss either and my usual cravings.

After feeling more bloated two weeks in, I haven't been as good at remembering to take it. I plan to be consistent for the next two weeks. Like I was the first two weeks to see if it gets better.

It's a stressful time at work so if it's helping I'd be afraid to be without it.

Doesn’t work at all

I bought this product trusting that the doctor was being truthful about her claims, took it exactly as directed, and modified my regimen with exercise, but did not lose a single pound, nor did I see any difference in my body in the three months of use.

A waste of money. And I have tried to get a refund by calling and sending emails and of course I am being completely ignored.

Zero results

I've been taking this stuff for 2-3 months with zero results. I followed the directions and still no results. Stay away from this product. Customer service for this product is below par. I asked for my money back and still haven't seen or heard any feedback.

Heartburn and nausea

After taking BIO X4 for three weeks, I started getting nausea. I read that this could be a side effect that may last a week, so I powered through. After a week I started getting flu-like symptoms and bad heartburn. I continued to take it for two more days, and then I started to get bad acid reflux, to the point where my throat was swelling and it felt like I had a stone in my throat. Reading up on it this sounded like GERD, so I stopped taking BIO X4. The symptoms kept up for a week when I finally started taking heartburn medication. After three days I felt almost normal again.

Until it happened again, and again, and again. I can only assume the good bacteria in my stomach was compromised. It's been approximately two months since I stopped taking it.

Since I found out at over 30 years ago that I was allergic to avocados, and stopped eating them, I haven't had any stomach issues. After BIO X4 I have them frequently. I lived in Indonesia for 10 years and ate spicy street food daily, without any issues. Now I look at a chili and the heartburn starts.

I am starting myself on a regiment of probiotics and hope this will put things right, I just hope this product didn't cause any serious damage.

Not worth it

I ordered this back in 2016, I believe. And I've contacted customer support, and they have contacted me back as well. But this stuff doesn't work. It is an absolute waste of $130+. Supposedly I was able to get my money back, but I am not holding my breath.

Bad return experience

I did not have any positive results using the product for more than 30 days. When I call to return the other 3 bottles that I have unopened, they send me the return label but not shipping label, I did have to pay my self for the return on the product! We were very careful with their policies, and they are not as reliable as they said they are! You will lose with them anyway, and the product doesn't work.

Nucific BIO X4

I ordered one bottle online and then immediately after getting confirmation for that one bottle, I received another email stating that I ordered three additional bottles. I did not click yes to any of those other questions. I see this has been addressed before. I called customer service today to speak to a very rude customer service representative. This makes me not trust this company. For this reason, I will be refunding my products. You can't just keep charging people for products they didn't agree to.

BIO X4

I have taken this for five days only once a day and have stomach pain for hours. It's very uncomfortable to deal with. I most likely will stop taking these. It's not worth this much pain. I'm sure I probably can't get a refund even though it would be nice if I could. I hope others have better luck than I had.

Dishonest company

I listened to Dr. Lee's presentation and decided to give BIO X4 a try. I've used other probiotics in the past, so knew the CFUs recommended in a good probiotic.

Unfortunately, before I realized what was happening, I had purchased two additional products, totaling $100s.

When I received my BIO X4 and unwanted products, I immediately emailed Nucific, asking for return and refund instructions, based on Nucific's 100% satisfaction guarantee.

The BIO X4 doesn't contain sufficient CFUs of probiotic, which is probably why they deceived me into ordering three unwanted bottles of another probiotic.

I am hopeful Nucific will respond promptly to my refund request. In the meantime...let the buyer beware!
