A Nutra Thrive employee by the name of Shayne has since reached out and is working to correct the situation. I don't change my recommendation, but at least this person seems dedicated to rectifying the previous misbehavior of the company.

3 half filled jars

I purchased three jars of Nutra Thrive for cats for $134.85. When I received my order, the jars were only half filled. I called their customer support line that was no help. The customer service representative wasted my time complaining about how he had back problems and was in pain. Why would I be interested in his personal problems? He said he had nothing to do with the product. So effectively he was no help to me and my concerns were not addressed. I filed a complaint against Ultimate Pet Nutrition with the Better Business Bureau. Complaint#689910. To this date, Ultimate Pet Nutrition has not responded to the BBB complaint. This company is a total scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Money back guarantee is a joke

After using Nutra Thrive for a few weeks our dog was having repeated ear infections. Our vet told us to take her off of this product due to her bacon allergies. We did and she has been infection free ever since.

My husband contacted this company 2 and 1/2 weeks ago to see what we need to do to return the 8 unused jars and get our refund. After 2 and 1/2 weeks of waiting, I sent an email. We are still waiting for a response. They’ll quickly and gladly take your money but, don’t expect to hear zilch if you cannot use the product and need to return it.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Dangerous, do not use.

After watching the horse video I ordered this product thinking it would help my 3 dogs licking issues.

Right after I gave them a smaller portion than recommended, the dogs all started playing like puppies, I hadn’t seen so much energy in years.

Louis, my 6-year-old Maltese, ran right out of his knee and had to have a $5,200.00 knee surgery.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

I answered the company's survey 3 times explaining what happened, receiving no response back. I have gotten 2 calls from them wanting to sell me more and no one wants to address the issue at the company. The people that call you can’t connect you to the company, they are lousy subcontractors who don’t care what products they are pushing.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

My cat died after taking this

My cat developed kidney failure and other issues then died 3.5 months later after I added this into her diet. My other cat got diarrhea. It was definitely this because I stopped giving it to my second cat once my first one died and his diarrhea stopped. My cats were older but according to the vet did not have health issues before then. They were playful and very lively. When my first cat started getting sick and got out of the hospital, a $6k bill mind you, I increased the dosage and her health rapidly decreased and she passed away 3 was later. She was improving when I got her home at first then I added the powder more and more in her food then she died. Please advise this! Just because a vet created this doesn’t mean western medicine is the way to go!

Already opened container, no scoop

I can't say whether it works or not because mine has what looks like a seal that was removed and a container without a scoop. Thanks, always wanted a paper weight with the picture of not my dog on it.

Want a refund now!

We spend a lot of money for nothing, barely anything in the jars! Our cats won't even eat it. Just by opening up the jars and seeing 3/4 of an empty jar, I knew there was something wrong with this whole thing and Ultimate Pet stating in one of the responses that there should be 30 scoops in these jars was shocking, since there are not 30 scoops within the 3 jars together. And after reading the reviews I will go to every extent to get our money back. And to read that they charged one person's credit card without their permission and sending them more is very concerning. I am going on every place to write a review and go to the BBB as well. We want our money back. I am no longer going to give this stuff to our cats anymore. Want a full refund now!

Nutra Thrive for Cats

My 10-year-old cat took to it just fine. However, I was shocked when I opened the jar to find it only a third full! My cat has been on the product for a few weeks. I have not seen any discernible improvement with regards to her digestive issues. I would not purchase this product again as the price point is too high for the quantity received and did not deliver the results I was hoping for given all the hype. I tried to leave a review on the company's website. For some reason, I could not leave a negative review. I'm happy that this forum is here for me to do so.

The can was only half full and no scoop. If I buy something it should be full.

Product was not liked by my boxers who eat everything, I had to stop giving it to them. I bought three cans and it was too expensive just to waste. I would like my money back.

I tried this on my dogs

I have been giving this to my dogs and both of them are shedding like crazy. Has anyone else experienced this with their dogs? As soon as I started feeding this product they both really liked it now they walk away from their bowls if it’s on the food. My female's hair is coming out like crazy and she is constantly scratching on everything in the house and clumps of hair fall out. I stopped using it.

Don’t be fooled by the size!

Received my order today. I was shocked when I opened the jar and found there was less than an inch of product in the three-inch jar. I feel totally ripped off since the commercial clearly shows a full jar when being used. I am going to try it and will review if it helps my cat with vomiting. If not I will return for a refund as advertised.
