A representative from their headquarters reached out and offered to send me a pair of lashes to review their products and make up for my bad experience. I'm really glad she did because the lashes I received are actually a great product! I requested the Runway Lashes, which are dramatic and perfect for any look I do with my eyeshadows. I do have to put some top eyeliner so that there's no space seen between the lash and my waterline since I have not mastered putting them on perfectly, but I always wear top eyeliner anyways so that's not an issue for me. I already prefer these over falsies with glue, they're a way better alternative. This design seems easier to put on since the lash is one piece with two magnets on the ends versus the other designs that are two magnets on two separate pieces.

Bottom line, the product is great! Customer service/website needs some working on.

Hi One Two Cosmetics! I ordered four sets of original lashes for my mother (79 years old), me (54 years old), as well as my 24 and 22-year-old daughters. We are having mixed experiences.

Challenges include dexterity for my Mom in getting them on. The length is a little on the dramatic side for Mom, so I think we will attempt to "trim" a little so she can achieve a more natural look.

For me, my lower lash magnet fell off the first time I removed my left lash. Sigh. I used super glue and a toothpick to reattach, but it’s "not quite right."

My 22-year-old somehow managed to lose her right lower lash the very first time she was attempting to put them on. Three of us searched the area, her clothes, etc. for almost 1/2 hour to no avail. She was in tears when she found out how much I had spent.

That said, my 24-year-old loves them! This gives me hope!

So the jury is out for me right now. It was a substantial investment for not a great overall result thus far.

I love these. I love lashes but have allergic reactions to adhesives. I tried these out and thought let's see if they stand up to my abuse. I wore them to baseball, got rained on and through a crazy storm. They stood up to the task. They made it through boot camp and stay put. They are easy to put on. Once you find your "sweet spot" or the spot they look most natural on you, they will look great! It does take a few tries to find the perfect spot on your lid. Once you do, they fit great! I am curious to see how well they will hold up to my abuse over time as I have only had them for three days.

They took a long time to arrive. Takes a long time to figure out how to put them on. The red dot that shows you which one is the bottom lash disappeared after one use. They don't look natural. Great idea but unfortunately doesn't work. Save your money. Not a good product.

I've had them a week and still cannot master getting them on straight! It's frustrating and a tad annoying. I've watched the videos, but they do not help. I'm a little frustrated because I'm sick of mascara and so-called "lash lengthening" serums that are dangerous. I did not like the enclosed tweezers either. Not having the easiest time of it. I'm going to keep trying. I think the idea is incredible and I hope that I can master the process. I would recommend it to friends, but with the stipulation that it takes time to learn how to do-that the videos make it look easy, but that's not the case for everyone.

Full-length magnetic lashes; so these seem like a great idea, but as someone who wears strip lashes every day, these pale in comparison. Even though I managed to apply these perfectly without too much issue, the magnets are large and very noticeable, and the lashes are slightly too long and sit really strangely (the lashes themselves are not good quality and even after the first application, individual lashes were coming out of the strip and others becoming out of place after removal).

These MIGHT be ok if you have a completely straight eyelid, but if you have a curved lid then these definitely won't work for you, as they lift in the center where there are no magnets. While One Two may be the original creators of the magnetic lash, thank goodness that Ardell has listened to feedback and created magnetic lashes with four magnets (hallelujah!) and I can't think why One Two Lash hasn't tried this after extensive feedback saying the lashes need more magnets.

It might look decent if you have a heap of eye makeup on to disguise that the strip doesn't sit properly along the lash line and hide the large magnets, but these definitely don't cut it if you want an everyday natural look.

Along with this, they made my eyes really itchy and swollen. I am not a huge fan of eyelash glue, but I wear it every day and feel only a mild discomfort in comparison.

I had difficulty in applying the lashes. I tried both with my fingers and with the applicator tool. I ended up scratching my eye with the corner of the tool, and after several attempts at application, I had red, irritated eyes and pain.

When I called customer service to return the product, I told the rep about my experience. I was told that it "doesn't happen" and when I asked to speak with someone about the experience, she said that she had "passed it along."

Based on the lack of concern and the fact that I have to pay for returning the product, I would not recommend the company or their product.

I am thrilled to have an alternative to the lash extensions I have been wearing for the last year. The extension visits were having to happen more frequently and were costly, I saw a degrade in the integrity of my natural lashes, and then I had the dreaded allergic reaction to the lash glue. Needless to say, my extension days are over.

I despise mascara as well and was disheartened that I may have to eke out my lashes heavily coated in the sludge for the rest of my days, but then after some research, I found this product. I love that I can have beautiful cat-eye lashes again. I would have given them an excellent review, but they only seem to cover about half of my lash line, leaving the middle area of my eyes toward the nose end bare. Am I doing something wrong or is there another lash style that would provide more coverage? Either way, I'm never going back to extensions or mascara. These magnetic lashes are a beauty game changer!

I like the idea of this product and the fact, that it does not use glue or other harmful things. They are easy to apply. What I don't like about the product is at the end of the day my eyes are tired. My real lashes feel heavy from holding the weight of the product. I don't think this is good for your eyes. It is almost like my eye lashes feel they have worked out all day. I don't recommend wearing them for work or all day, just special times.

I was and am so excited to receive these magnetic lashes. It did take a bit of practice and multiple efforts to figure out how to make them work. As a result, the practice pair especially the right one is a bit beaten up from the first day. I recommend having a free standing magnifying mirror handy to do the job. I also recommend that once the lashes are attached, slide one of the lash magnets closer to the lid and the other with follow making them look and fit better. My inner upper lashes are not very nice so it looks a bit odd with the very full outer uppers.

I wish the individual lashes were not so long, and I also wish the part where the lashes are tied together was a bit longer so that it stretched more to the inner lash area. One of the lower right lashes does not have a red dot on the magnet. Maybe I received two upper rights for this one, or just maybe the wrong magnet was put on it. It does get a bit confusing without the red dot and this one doesn't look as nice as the other right set. All in all, I am happy and my three friends have already ordered them after we had a girls night out together.

I bought these months ago and to this day haven’t worn them. I have watched the video many times, tried so many times to get them on. No luck, so I gave up. Simple is not correct. Lots of time spent on this and I don’t have that kind of time to waste.

I watched the presentation by Katy Stoka and was impressed. I was looking for an alternative to eyelash extensions. During checkout, there was a deal to upgrade to a two case purchase, which I did.

However, my PayPal account was charged three times. Once for the initial one case purchase plus two charges for the two case upgrade. I only wanted one set. I immediately called One Two Cosmetics but it was the weekend with a recording to call on Monday, I called Monday morning, but Customer Service said there is nothing they could do because all three orders were already mailed. The mail has not gone out yet, but I have to wait to receive all three orders and pay return shipping. Not a good way to do business.

I love them, it’s just that the edges stick out and don’t conform to the lash line. They put the magnet in the center. I think it would look far more natural if the magnets were at the end of the lash line. I got the lashes that only go at the very edge, and they are great, except I put a tiny drop of glue on the ends, so they curve and don’t stick out. They are ALMOST perfect, considering getting lots more if they either curve the magnets or put magnets at the ends instead of the middle on the half lashes.

Best purchase! I wear them every day! Everyone at work has noticed and loves them. I wouldn't go out without them. Hope they go on sale so I can grab a couple more sets now that I know how to put them on correctly.

I really do enjoy my lashes, the problem is I want to wear them every day and feel off without them. I bought the solution and remove the lashes properly and I am finding the lashes to only last max ten days...$60 is a lot for two weeks - 20 days worth of lashes.

I bought these lashes to try out for my wedding, coming up in April 2019. I liked the idea of having reusable lashes that I can use over and over. Having never bought from One Two Lash before, I was a little nervous.

The item came quickly and the packaging is nice and professional looking. I examined the lashes before putting them on and noticed that one of the small piece lashes wasn’t fully attached to the magnet. Just one side though, so I haven’t had any issues with it. I’ve been extremely gentle with them so the lashes don’t peal completely off the magnet.

Besides for that, my only disappointment is that one of my full-size lashes isn’t shaped round enough to really look natural with my lash. Even when I try to pull the lashes outwards tight enough to make them shape as much with my lashes as possible, it tends to leave a gap between my natural lash and the One Two top lash. I’ve found that if I put my eyeliner on a little thicker on my top lid you can’t really tell, but it’s still disappointing as I was hoping I wouldn’t have to wear as much makeup when I wore these.

Overall, I’m fairly happy with them and get a lot of compliments when I wear them. To be honest, I probably wouldn’t pay full price for them but would consider when another sale goes on.

I received them within two weeks, but it’s a shame that I had to pay £25 import duty on them before they were delivered, which made these lashes very expensive, especially since I ruined a pair of them practicing putting them on and taking them off.

I was excited to order some magnetic lashes for a friend for Christmas. The first package that came was incomplete; it only had the top lashes, no bottom lashes, so there was nothing to magnetize to. Customer Service was mediocre, they could ship me new ones, but not in time for Christmas, they couldn't change the address to which they shipped, and it would be a slightly different product since they were out of that type.

The second package came, but by that time I decided to order from Silly George instead (and got one for myself). So I had the chance to try out both brands side by side, and SG was SO MUCH better than One Two Cosmetics because there were THREE magnets on each eye, allowing a round shape. It took some practice, but I got the SG lashes to look great pretty easily. The One Two Cosmetics lashes never looked realistic, always too flat in shape.

I'm returning the One Two Cosmetics lashes.

Don't waste your time buying these lashes, you will NEVER get them on, soooo FRUSTRATING. They claim that with practice you will master it, well, I was determined to use them and have wasted my time and used all my patience! I even watched their video as they suggested and they have 3 different methods to try to get them on, but NONE of them work. Even if you do manage to put them on by fluke, they don't look natural at all! And don't even try to get your money back because someone else answers their customer care number and they haven't responded to my email.

I don't have great eyelashes, they are short and sparse, and recently I noticed that wearing false eyelashes with glue irritated my eye. I had seen these One Two Eyelashes advertised but wasn't sure how they worked or if they worked, but headed to their website to find out more, read a few reviews and placed my order.

From the moment you order you are welcomed (via email) which is really lovely. The lashes arrived super quick, and as indicated they are super easy to attach and they come with an applicator which is great especially starting out. Now I can put them on by hand, usually in the car looking at the mirror on the back of the sunshade thing (can't think what you call it). I haven't worn them for long, long periods or nights out in a crowd, and the reason I say that is because my lashes aren't great, if I wipe my eye, I will pull them off (because they don't have much to connect with), so I have kept to wearing them more for "dinner dates."

But all in all, I really like them and would recommend them.

I bought the original set and was a bit skeptical. It took me three separate nights out to get them on the first try, so don't give up! First two times it took me multiple tries and time but by the third time I popped them on easy! For me it was easier to put the top lash on top of the real lash, use my index finger and hold my upper lashes and then put the bottom piece on with my other hand. But I LOVE them! My girlfriend at dinner noticed my lashes too, so people do notice!

For me, it took three tries and snap! I love, love, love my look. It just enhances the natural beauty. I have worn them every day since I bought them.

The only reason I don’t give five stars is because I bought the 2-set package to start just in case I didn’t like them and one lower lash red dot fell off on one side right away on my first use. And the lash itself is mangled/twisted and is poking in my eye, so I don’t have a backup set, and I'm really disappointed.

They did took weeks to arrive. I have emailed the company with photos and everything and they have not acknowledged my email yet, however, I keep getting other emails from the company. Sigh.

I love them and I recommended them to my mother. These are much better than glue-on individuals or strips; they are lightweight (more comfortable than the alternative) and my biggest concern getting them off, they slide off easily with no pulling on your lashes at all.

Stick with adhesive. Don't waste your money. They are flimsy. These commercials they show, the women must have been practicing for weeks. And who knows how many lashes they went through? Once you handle the last, it sticks together and the shape is no longer.

Unless you are prepared to wear heavy mascara and thick liner, forget about these. I wanted something to help me avoid that heavy look. The magnets are easy to spot, and I found the full set impossible to put on without the false lash easily seen. Worst money I ever spent on a cosmetic.

I researched and read reviews of these lashes including a podcast who reviewed extensions, false glue-ons, mascara and magnetic lashes and came to my decision based on all those.

When my lashes arrived, I immediately put them on. I called my girlfriends and co-workers to let them know how pleased I was about how they looked and how easy it was to apply them.

However, removing them seemed to be tougher than I had anticipated. Perhaps I'm removing incorrectly, but it always feels as though I'm sacrificing my natural lashes. Also, the red dots have fallen off a couple of the lashes which made confused me when putting them back in the case and re-applying. Other than those two comments, I love them and do not regret my purchase.

I do wish I would have bought the longer ones!

I thought I knew it all and didn't watch the video or read the instructions before trying my new lashes. Was that ever a waste of my time! I watched the videos a couple of times and pouf, it was like magic! I absolutely love these lashes, and I will definitely be buying more.

I wish the lash care product had been included with my order. Even at the extra cost, I would have bought it. Also, I received a cheap black plastic applicator, not at all like the applicator shown. That was very disappointing! I will place an order for the nice-looking applicator and hope that is the one that I will receive.

I bought the original lases (2 pairs, $69 plus tax and shipping) and the shape and length of these eyelashes just don't work for me. The lashes only attach to the outer edge of my eyes (less than half of my eyelid), and the length of the shortest portion of the lashes themselves is so much longer than my natural lashes that they look strange and obviously fake. Maybe I can trim them? Or perhaps a different pair will fit my eyes better? At the cost, I don't know that I will keep trying.
