I was afraid to make this my daily smoothie because chocolate does not always agree with me. I have GERD, but I found the protein drink tasty, had to get used to the Stevia, but no gastric distress and my bowel movements are now regular, which was surprising. So it is my breakfast, and then I continue my day with other vegan meals, Vit B12, and probiotic. So, I am doing well with this formula and will continue with it.

I have been using ProPlant Complete Shake about a month. I needed energy and have found it to be very good. I mix it with cold filtered water and Stevia. Sometimes I use half of the measuring cup as it thickens fast and drink it with a straw. For mixing, I bought a one-mixing blade with a hand-held rotary mixer (TJ Maxx) and it is perfect for a tall glass.

This is the best protein I have ever consumed, I really like the whole cocoa and spirulina. It is a bit clumpy when adding water, it won’t mix evenly, but I just drink it down with some room temp water, clumpy and all.

I have really never used a protein shake before because I was leery about using whey products. So when I learned about the ProPlant shake, I ordered some to give it a try. It's very good-tasting. I've been having digestive disorders off and on for nine years.

A few months ago after my colonoscopy, my doctor told me I had colitis. Terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea that wouldn't clear up for about eight months. Nothing would clear it up. I heard about the book The Plant Paradox and I read it. I've modified my diet and ordered the ProPlant chocolate shake. It cleared right up. Amazing product and it worked for me.

I've told others my experience during the Christmas holidays. Come to find out my sister-in-law (a former nurse married to a doctor by the way) was having the same difficulty. I take the Shake every morning when I'm here alone and eat a regular breakfast if my boyfriend comes in for a weekend. I didn't know if I should take the Shake more than once a day so I haven't done it. It has been very filling so I do miss dinner once in a while until later in the afternoon, then eat a small supper. So far I haven't lost any weight but am not to worried as I have a very slow system.

I really like this shake. It's delicious and filling. I can drink it plain or sometimes I add an avocado...I use coconut, flax, cashew or almond milk.

It helps to keep me regular as well, which is a plus since I have had issues with that all of my life.

I have been combining the shake with Vital Reds, Primal Plants and Energy Renew as my morning drink, along with a cup of coffee and have all the energy I need for the day until dinner since I’m following intermittent fasting. Although we took a two-week vacation with another trip coming up next week, the product is easy to bring along and continue using when out of town. The most important aspect of the product for me is that it suppresses my hunger and prevents my constant grazing while feeling pleasantly filled with a nutritious product.
