Great services.

I have been looking for one scent all my life and still now just can't find it, so when I found Scentbird, it's my dream come true. With them I'll be able to try all I want with just a small amount and see how it works on me. I love the tiny spray bottles too! Once every month also, just about the right timing for me to see how one fragrance feels on me.

The best

I have recommended to many friends

I love this company and have not regretted this experience at all. However, I do have one complaint. I don't like how when you see a cologne on your queue, it has it assigned to a certain month. I love this, however, the cologne ends up arriving near the end of the month. Besides this, everything else is great.

Highly recommend!

I love trying new scents, and this site allows me to without committing to a full size. I also suffer from migraines that can sometimes be set off by scent, so the fact that I'm not out a full price perfume if it doesn't work out is awesome!

Love, love, love

I can't tell you how much I love Scentbird. It's so easy; you either fill out the scents you want to try, or you let them choose. In over a year I had only one I didn't care for (and it was one I picked), so I gave it to a friend who loved it. I feel they last longer than they say they would. I get excited every month when my package comes.

Variety without the sacrifice of quality

I have been with Scentbird now for just over a year. I love to find a scent that is different, unique to me and that is part of the draw for me to Scentbird. I love the variety of choices and quality of many that I can't get where I live. You get a lot of product for your money, and I love a good value.

I enjoy the cases I have received each quarter. It allows me to keep more than one option in use. It's one of the best monthly subscriptions out there. I plan on being a loyal customer for a long time to come!

Great quality! Service and response time not so great!

The perfume is great. I love it! Their recommendations are really on point too.

The major problems I have had are with the service and their response time! I have had to contact them multiple times for various reasons, and it always takes a while to get a response back. Then I will talk to a customer service rep, tell them my problem, and then I will have to talk to someone else the next time and have to send the same emails or conversations I had with the other customer service rep.

Like I said, it is great quality products, but the service is not so great. It is always a hassle if something goes wrong! I will still subscribe to them, but it is a hassle if you have a problem that you need to contact customer service!

It's okay

The scents never come at the same time of the month, but I have gotten them all. None of the scents are very good that I have had yet. I tried the suggested ones and tried picking some on my own, but have given all of them to my kids who don't care what they smell like when they play dress-up. Why is it so hard to find one good scent?!

Customer service - huge disappointment.

I have requested twice from customer service to update me on an order that was placed on December 13th. It is in pending status on my order tab. I asked what had happened and when I could expect the order. I received a response asking to confirm my shipping address (which had not changed from the multiple other orders). I did so and got no response.

In a follow-up email, I asked for an update and got no response. In frustration, I sent a third email asking how to deactivate my account as I cannot tolerate poor customer service. I have yet to receive a response. I have pushed out the next delivery as far as possible hoping that I will figure out how to expire my account. Meanwhile, I get a hundred emails regarding pushing my account out and asking to review my other purchases.

I am not a satisfied customer and have moved to a niche perfumery subscription service that has been a joy to deal with.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Good idea, no customer service response.

Large selection, although they take away some scents at times which is a bummer, but new ones are arriving all the time.

Don't bother with their Contact Us page or the lack of any customer service number. They have never responded back to me. So dumb.

Fragrance

I’ve been with Scentbird for 5 or 6 months. It was bumpy at the beginning, maybe user error, or not understanding the process. Customer service responded, and after 2 or 3 emails, all was back on track. With that said, I’m impressed that customer service responded and a resolution came to pass. I’ve been with other sites that take weeks just to respond, so kudos to Scentbird.

As far as the fragrances, l haven’t had one that l didn’t like. I usually go with “fragrance of the month” in order to sample something I normally would not pick. I’m highly satisfied with the price and purchases.

I love this subscription service. I don’t like paying for high-priced perfumes that I’m not sure about. This gives me the best of both worlds, great perfume at a fantastic price. This is a perfect fit. I look forward to each month’s shipment. I also live that I have a huge variety of top of the line perfumes to pick from so I never get bored wearing the same scent.

Perfect way to try perfumes

Extraordinary

Rollercoaster of a company

I have been with Scentbird for a little over a year now, and it has had it's highs and lows, however, the lows have been more frequent than the highs.

When I first signed up for Scentbird, I loved it! My fragrances came on time or before the estimated delivery date, they smelled amazing, and the customer service was just outstanding. It would've been perfect if it could've stayed that way. In the last few months, I have had my credit card charged multiple times on accident, fragrances arriving 5-7 days or longer than the delivery date, and worst of all, since there's no phone number to contact them, you have to send an email, which can take up to two weeks for a response. Imagine my surprise after seeing my card was charged three times for the 1-month subscription fee, then having to wait for someone to contact me back via email.

If Scentbird would work on the customer service and the delivery expeditions, then it will do great as a company that offers different scents every month.

Also for men, we should be taken to colognes on your website, not perfumes every time we log in.

My experience with Scentbird

Since I've been with Scentbird, I have had the opportunity to try so many different scents for a month before I decide to purchase them.

When I received my first scent, it came in a black reusable case. The subscription is very reasonable for the amount of perfume that one receives. The case easily fits in your purse so that you may spray at any time. My perfumes that I receive from Scentbird lasts so much longer than a month, and I spray at least two to three times a day. Scentbird has saved me a lot of money because high-end perfumes are very expensive and I love to switch up, therefore, this is very convenient for me and affordable.

I also love the fact that if you are having financial problems for a month, you can always postpone for as many months as you need and start back whenever you want. Scentbird is also very good at responding to emails. I remember I had an issue when one of my subscriptions were lost in the mail. Scentbird immediately sent me another perfume without any issue or hesitation.

I am a loyal customer of Scentbird, and I hope they stay around for a while.

Awful experience

Scentbird has one of the worst Customer Service setups I have ever witnessed.

All of the email responses are automatically created without you speaking to an actual person. I had never received an order (full $95 bottle of cologne) that never shipped, but I was still charged. Over a month went by with me doing the same thing; emailing customer service (because the company doesn't have a call number), then customer service sending me the EXACT SAME response back every single time from the EXACT SAME person! Yet when I replied, including prior emails, conversations, pictures, etc., the person never emailed me back. A week would go by and then I would get another email from another random Customer Service person.

I have FINALLY, after a month, canceled the orders (somehow, not sure, I cancelled my credit card payment). I will 100% never buy another order from Scentbird AND I encourage EVERYONE to avoid their services so they don't end up in my shoes.

Love Scentbird!

I so enjoy getting a new fragrance each month to try. It is so hard to find a perfume that you really like, mostly because it's so expensive. I usually end up thinking I like something, buy it and then realize, nope I do NOT like it. LOL! I can wear what I get from Scentbird for a month or more and decide if I really like it, if my partner likes it, does it stick with me for more than 20 minutes, etc.

Pretty good!

So far the fragrances I have received have been great! One time I received a broken sample, but these guys were great and replaced it! Another time I didn’t receive my monthly subscription at all, but I think that was due to the fact that their software didn’t update my change of address. The shopping timing could be fine-tuned as it usually takes nearly two weeks for me to get my cologne, but other than that, good job!
