I've been using this software for the last three years, even though most of the time I haven't had a malware issue. Until recently when I used the FixMeStick on my wife's laptop, a malware issue was found and removed. It's always better to be careful than have your computer to crash and that too happened to me in the past before using FixMeStick. I will continue using my FixMeStick and will always feel protected by its use.

My FixMeStick had crashed on me. I couldn't get it to work anymore. I contacted FixMeStick support. Alexandra came to my aid and walked me through the steps to get it up and running again.

It did NOTHING for my computer. NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL. I followed the instructions to the letter. My computer is still SLOW! Just how many more dissatisfied things do you want me to say?

The FixMeStick did what it said it would do, and I’m totally satisfied. The only thing is that I had to do some weird rebooting and changing of settings in order for it to work. I don’t feel that the instructions were really helpful in overcoming the permission error I kept getting, but I googled the error and extrapolated from other sites, and was able to make the changes necessary. Otherwise, it worked exactly as promised!

I bought a FixMeStick to see if it could help my very slow running computer...and it did!

My computer is running much faster and the pop-up ads have disappeared. I bought a FixMeStick for my husband and he has gotten the same results.

Total "FixMe" time was about four hours. Easy peasy.

I received it in a few days and immediately tried on my desktop. As explained it took a long time to scan and remove viruses and Trojans. I let it run overnight and the next morning I checked all the files it found to be removed and it cleaned them all up. Once clean and rebooted, my PC worked much faster than it has in many months. It is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who has a problem with a slow computer. I have used it with great success in both my desktops now and am very satisfied with the product.

I was able to use FixMeStick successfully on three separate laps. I was reading to go out and buy another computer as a computer doctor quoted me an outlandish fee to fix it. This product caught my eye on a Walmart shelf. I said why not?! So I did, and it worked. The only problem (if I can refer to it as that) was the amount of "data" it used, which was substantial, so be prepared for that. The bottom line, I simply skipped and used it on my other laptops on separate monthly allotments. That way my data didn't exceed what I'm paying for. Great product, served me well. Thanks to unmentioned issues, I was able to chat with their rep. Kyrstin Richardson and she took care of me professionally, compassionately and quickly.

When I tried to load the FixMeStick it would go as far as a blinking fix me stick logo and freeze, I couldn't do anything except to shut down my computer with the off button on the tower. I would also get a message showing which said "desktop manager not active."

I was told the issue was typically corrected by a factory update. I did the factory update and the problem was solved, I was able to do a complete scan with the FixMeStick.

It was very simple to use and it took all day to run and I still have viruses. I'm going to run it again in the morning. Maybe it takes a few times. If it did take a few times I would be very pleased with it and would recommend it to everyone I know, but right now not so impressed.

It is very good and it was a good price at £19.99. It helped my PC out and my laptop as well. It needs more years on the FixMeStick and the order number is 206-0416376-0132341, and it came at 11:30 next day.

It fixed my Sony laptop that I was not able to use for ages due unable to open Edge and App Store in it. On first run it fixed 6 problems and my laptop is working faster and nothing is acting up now. Will run a monthly scan and highly recommend this product to those who have issues with their computer.

One thing that concerns me about the unit itself is this was the second time I had to "factory upgrade it." Before renewing in May 2019, I may consider a new unit. That should be an option that FixMeStick could offer me at that time.

I followed the instructions to install and run the FixMeStick. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. It didn't find any viruses, but our PC seems to be working better then it was. Go figure.

I've owned this product for several years now and run a complete system scan once a month. It detects malware, spyware, adware which other apps failed to detect. It's quite easy to use and is clearly designed to require minimal technical knowledge of computers. What's particularly advantageous about this product is that since the computer is booted from the USB flash drive containing it, FixMeStick loads its own operating system, so that any malware on your system can't be active (since your regular OS hasn't loaded and the malware isn't running and can't defend itself from eradication attempts).

What stands out about this product is the technical support. In an age in which so many apps and hardware are poorly supported whenever anything goes wrong, the folks selling this product have developed excellent technical support. You may not receive an immediate response, but I've always received a fairly quick response - a matter of a few hours or at worse, the next day, if you contact them on a weekend. The one time that I encountered a piece of adware that it wouldn't get rid of, they called me at home, stepped me through permitting them remote access to my system, and took care of clearing the unwanted adware manually as I watched the process unfold on screen. They fixed the problem and I learned a bit more about clearing malware from them. I've always found them generously responsive to technical questions.

In an age in which poor technical support is all too common, this company stands out as bucking the trend.

Definitely recommended.

As an afterthought - I recommended this product to an office colleague, who purchased it and ran it on her system. She reported to me that it found and eliminated dozens of instances of malware, spyware, adware, and other assorted undesirable apps on her system.

I had different problems with two sticks and two computers. Customer service person stayed with us for a couple of weeks with different solutions until the problems were solved. Very patient and pleasant. Couldn't be happier!

This will never happen to you - YOU are held for money or else everything you have will be locked. PAY UP or else. Ctrl+alt+del doesn't work, shut down normally doesn't work. AND MORE. Take out your FixMeStick - force shut down then insert the FixMeStick and reboot. Let it get to work then you can take a breath after being so angry with the money-grubbers out there.

I have 34 years (since 1985) experience as a small HBO computer IT end-user. Trust me, through the years, I have seen it all. Just look at my grey hair! FixMeStick offers a no-holds-barred attack on your serious malware, viruses etc. If you got, it gets it! Superior customer service. Don't leave your computer, or your home without it! Your data security and on some days maybe even your sanity could be at stake. Rates 5 stars, no sweat! Please add this product to your arsenal of defenses...no kidding! I have been a very satisfied user of the FixMeStick for several years on my Windows desktop. When I changed to an iMac, I called customer service to see if I could still use it or if I had to purchase another. I could not speak more highly of Alexandra who helped me. She is a very pleasant and efficient person who changed the coding within minutes on my Stick enabling me to use it on the iMac. Five stars for the product which I use regularly and the company support - could not ask for anything more.

I purchased this because my laptop had become very slow to respond and my husband's laptop had recently been hacked. I followed the instructions on the packaging but had a lot of trouble getting the FixMeStick program to launch. After doing some searching on their support page, I figured it out and eventually, it worked.

It seemed to do a thorough scan, took a few hours, and it did find a number of viruses/malware on my laptop.

I have noticed a bit of an improvement in the speed of my laptop which is good. I have no idea if it removed everything or not because I don't know what viruses were/are on my laptop.

The FixMeStick was much cheaper than bringing it somewhere to have it "cleaned up."

I ordered this product after seeing it in hopes that I could use it to enhance the protection of my computers, both PC and Mac. After numerous attempts to get the device to properly download the necessary applications, it is unable to complete the process on any of my systems. Additionally, the online help center is utterly useless. This was a complete waste of money. Doesn’t deserve even the 1 star given.
