Vroom was fantastic. The process was explained well, easy, and the staff was knowledgeable and willing to help. I sold my Tesla Model 3 to them. I checked other car-buying solutions, but Vroom was by far the best price and most convenient.

From the paperwork to the pick-up process, there was constant communication to always be in the know of the next steps. I opted for a mailed-in check as payment and it was received within a week! Fantastic experience from day 1, first speaking to Jaime, who was excellent, then being assigned to my very own personal representative, Mohsin Aziz, the best! Throughout my extensive communication with Mohsin, he was extremely courteous, timely with his responses to me, and kept me updated every step of the way. The entire process was quick and convenient...began the process on 2/8, car was delivered on 2/25 with 90-day temp plates and registration, and permanent plates and registration arrived on 3/21 (way less than 90 days). We had one issue with our vehicle upon inspection by our mechanic, front rotor replacement, and although it was past the 7-day grace period, Vroom reimbursed us $300 of our $438 bill. I've been telling all my friends and family about my awesome Vroom experience and my beautiful 2020 Chevy Equinox!

Vroom staff members are very helpful and will try to accommodate your needs. You will work with several members, and as long as you have all your emails and telephone numbers on hand, any vehicle purchase through Vroom will be a smooth process.

I was worried about buying a car with Vroom after reading all the negative reviews, but I had a very good experience with them. The only problem that I had was with delivery. The car arrived a day later than promised and we ended up wasting an entire day waiting for the car. I had no other troubles and ended up with a great little car and a great price for my son. We did not have a car to trade in, and I understood up front that the process would be slow as compared to a local dealer. But I never had to deal with a dealer or high pressure sells. Everybody I spoke with was very friendly and helpful and emails were answered promptly. I also received my tag in the time promised.

I would buy a car from them again and also recommend them to others.

I bought a used 2014 Tesla Model S from Vroom.com, and the process was easy. Applied for financing, which was easy, and the car was at my doorstep within 10 days, which was four days earlier than expected. I scored a major deal with my car, which was about 4K-5k below market (compared to local dealers and the Tesla used inventory).

When the car came, it was a little dirty on the outside, as expected since it was coming from Texas, and was clean inside. The only issue that I have with the car is someone did a horrible wax job on it, and you can see minor swirls on it, but none of my friends notices it until I point it out.

The reason why I’m knocking one star off is that the title department is slow. It’s been four weeks since I’ve purchased and I haven’t seen my plates or registration yet. I’m not sure why it takes long, but when I called the title department, they seem overwhelmed (people I talked to were nice and professional). I have another four weeks until my temporary Texas registration expires, but really want the title done soon so I can apply for the state rebates available and carpool stickers.

I received excellent customer service from Terri and Jessica through the purchase process. They were terrific, especially Terri who have an enthusiastic personality and was fun to talk with. The process started and ended in precisely seven calendar days, which is remarkable. It was a great experience up until the delivery process, which was awful. I got my vehicle delivered late, almost close to midnight, and no apology for the inconvenience! Also, it was extremely filthy for something that is expensive. Additionally, I was told to "just sign to accept the car." The delivery men rushed me and did not give me the opportunity to inspect my vehicle before they left. Later, I wanted to leave them negative feedback, but unfortunately, the link didn’t work when it was sent via email.

This was a great experience from start to finish. All customer service was on-point. The vehicle was exactly as described and a very good price, especially as compared with Carmax and Carvana. I took one star off only due to a little delivery confusion. But will definitely purchase from here again!
