Worked great on three computers, as advertised it wiped out most if not all verified infections on each device. However, on the last device, it pulled a nasty and copied everything to the hard drive from the stick and rendered the stick unusable and not detected when plugged in. Also the files that the computer copied to itself were useless, the EXE file wouldn’t do anything either, so whatever happened the copy that was made without my input was corrupt and the USB stick nonfunctional. I wish there was a way to protect the USB stick from being tampered with by the system or whatever attacked it.

It works great! I really enjoy the control I have and how it eliminates errors and protects my PC.

I ran the stick. It told me I had infections in my computer, so I let it do its thing. After it was done I haven't noticed any changes in my computer. So I guess the serious infections it said I had weren't so serious.

I used FixMeStick for the first time recently as I had a number of issues and I suspected I had some viruses and some type of malware the was hijacking my Google searches and automatically re-directing them to "Bing" - this was VERY ANNOYING.

I run the FixMeStick and the report was that all viruses and malware were fixed. Great! But, when I started my laptop again, the problem with "Bing" hijacking still persisted.

So, I tried to fix it manually by setting "Google" as the default browser in all settings with no success. I searched the web and there were many others having the same problem and the only thing everyone said that it helped was to use an SW called "Malwarebytes". Its a FREE application that actually did the job and I am back to normal now.

I reported this to FixMeStick customer support and recommend to look into upgrading FixMeStick to do what "Malwarebytes" did for me and I got back a generic answer saying that I need to look into settings and can be easily fixed. What?!

This was a VERY BAD answer! I am not a "dummy," I know how to adjust settings for my browser! Your support should "listen" more to what users are saying - I pointed that if the FixMeStick cannot do what other applications do, you guys will lose your reputation and you know what this means - no sales.

BTW, I am in Marketing with a background in high-tech and trying to help - your product idea is great (that's why I bought it) but you need to execute it better. Support is everything for your success.

Ran 3 hours and found 2 files malicious. Removed files and ran again. No files 2nd time. Computer still locks up with Google Chrome fatal error message. Norton virus continues to block attacks on the computer but malicious software still seems to be hindering computer operation. Must be further malicious software causing google chrome to lock up. I am sure a scam, I get the message to call Google Chrome help desk. Three-finger restart, the computer and virus attacks continue. I will continue to search for a fix. I am considering reformatting computer and starting over. Neutral on recommending use by a friend as it did work as advertised and removed 2 files but the computer still has problems. Google Chrome locked up again writing this review.

The FixMeStick did not do anything but highjack my desktop computer for nearly a week. Contacted customer service, they had me try multiple things and still nothing but a highjacked computer. Don’t waste your time and don’t waste your money on FixMeStick. Does absolutely nothing but waste computer time.

I'm very disappointed in all the sell ads and junk ads that come up while using the software. I run virus scanners after running the FixMeStick and found many viruses, spyware, and adware that the stick missed. I'm not sure if I can rely on this software for my business. I'm a little disappointed in that I was going to rely on this software to speed up my cleaning of computers, but not sure if this is going to work.

I sent in an email stating that I had misplaced my FixMeStick and what would the charge be to replace. The following morning I received a reply from Linda L that there would not be a charge and she just needed my address to send the new stick.

To find a company like this that makes such a great product is and is willing to help is very rare these days.

The FixMeStick is an excellent product, fast easy to use, did a great job of cleaning my laptop. Before I bought the FixMeStick my laptop was slow and sluggish, now it's lightning quick.

I lost my FixMeStick and they replaced it. If it is outside your computer. Other programs are on your hard drive and the virus turns them off first. Being outside the computer it makes it impossible to turn it off. You will never regret buying FixMeStick.

Had an issue with the product. When I made the company aware, they automatically sent me a new device with me asking. The company was very responsive, addressed my needs, and took the initiative to be proactive and problem solved quickly.

My FixMeStick was not working and I could not do a scan of my computer. I got in touch with the company on their website through their chat, and I was quickly helped by a very friendly rep by the name of Tia. She solved my problem immediately and the USB stick started working again. The only problem I now have is that the company no longer has a telephone help line and everything must be done through the online chat. This is not always practical, especially if you are trying to work on the USB while chatting, or if your internet is down. I really wish that they would reinstate their telephone help desk!

I need assistance renewing my subscription for FixMeStick and I found it in Linda L. Thank you, Linda, for your wonderful professionalism in providing me with a great discount so that I could renew. Also, I needed assistance with the scans not being recorded and I found that fantastic assistance from Alexandra who chatted with me online concerning the problem and why it was happening. Alexandra took the time to provide me with the info needed to fix this situation and displayed excellent ability to guide me through the problem. Both Linda and Alexandra displayed a strong desire to be of assistance to me and I am very thankful that these two professionals were the ones I reached and who didn't hesitate to ensure my concerns were answered. Hard for me to tell how deep the scan was. It came back with no issues as did my free antivirus scan.

Glad I had no issues but my computer is as slow as before and I do not know if or how complete the scan was.

It was easy to use. But again it scanned a similar number of files as my antivirus.

Like I said, glad I had no issues but not sure if this is any better than a free antivirus.

Support is very good with follow up so a bonus point there.

After using your product twice I had to download SpyHunter 5 and it found spyware, Trojans, and many others that FixMeStick missed. Waste of money.

The purpose of buying this product was to fix these issues, which never even found the simplest adware. If I had kept the bill, I would have returned it but thanks for the extra paperweight.

It is easy to use and I was impressed with how well it performed. Didn't find anything on my computer but found some malware on my wife's. Plan on using it once a month.

I had received my usual reminders by e-mail to use my FixMeStick and unfortunately, it took 3 reminders before I finally realized that I could not locate it.

I have been in the process of moving and am still living among several boxes. I went through the boxes that it would or could have been with but it wasn't! I have to admit that I was in a panic for not only not being able to find it but also I knew that my computer needed to be cleaned.

I remembered that I had kept the e-mails so I looked up where reach the FixMeStick service office and told them my situation and I received an e-mail right back (within minutes) advising me that if I confirmed my address with them, they would replace it.

Saw this advertised on TV, tired of these company who drains you of your money and figured it was a scam. I went to buy a FixMeStick. No problems with my computer now, the last time this happened it was an overseas company and I was not smart enough to figure it was a scam. The problem was cleared up quickly with the fix me stick. I would highly recommend this product.

After running the FixMeStick I didn't think it had worked. I got several messages that it was unable to clean my computer but after re-starting the computer it works like it did when it was new. I was very frustrated trying to get it to work or I would have given it 5 stars. Keeping my fingers crossed that it continues to work.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with FixMeStick, 4 or maybe 5 times. In every instance, the customer support system has been great whether by email or telephone.

In every case, they try to understand the situation and my concerns and did whatever was possible to address and resolve the issue.

In one instance I clearly missed the deadline for the renewal refusal date and so it renewed automatically.

When I contacted them and told them I did not intend to renew they were most helpful in congenial and sent the refund and the following day. Throughout that process, everybody I dealt with this helpful, polite, courteous and friendly.

In my estimation, FixMeStick is a company with high ethics and high integrity. It is a first-class operation.

I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so in the future.

I had a problem installing my System Mechanic which I deleted by mistake. I got a hold of FixMeStick and Linda was assigned to help me with my problem. In no time at all my problem was taken care of. Very satisfied.

I like the FixMeStick, it's easy to use, just plug into the side of your computer and it tells you to go take a break while it runs a scan. It can take a few hours to run, but when you're finished you know your computer is safe and virus free. I highly recommend this product.

I tried the process of updating and factory default and my scan finally kicked in after reboot. There was malicious software. There were 4 infections and the FixMeStick cleaned it all.

Great, cleaned up my computer, made it much much more faster. You will find that you don't need a new computer, just need a very good cleaning. I don't know why I have to have one hundred and eighty charters.

Please, can anyone help? I have had the notification of delivery of my order...could not be delivered until customs charge of £34.40 had been paid. Think in advertisement maybe this should be added to the United Kingdom site, I would not have order and found something simial in the UK as already expensive, but hopefully will do the job purchased for.

Used FixMeStick on three of my Win 10 PCs. Claimed to have found and cleaned several viruses on them, but then I re-ran AVG on them and it found more viruses that FixMeStick claims to have found and deleted. Not at all happy with this product and does not do as it claims to. Will not recommend to my friends. So disappointed.
