This is my first time ordering and I was so happy.
After three weeks I had to contact their customer service asking for my order, only to be told that my order was not complete, the warehouse didn’t have all of my items.
From my experience with other sites, it takes 3/4 day pre-packing, and an email after the order is shipped.
I am not impressed with their customer service.

I would love to say that I have received this product and it is wonderful as I have very high hopes for it, but I can't. This is because it has not come yet. I am not sure how long it normally takes, but based on the fact that I am receiving emails asking me to leave reviews, I am assuming that it normally does not take this long. Once I get the product, I would be more than happy to leave a real review!

It still came off when I ate and drank. I got the lipstick in hopes it would actually stay on. It did not. Another color I got was not the same tint as the picture had shown. Overall I was disappointed in this product after watching so many reviews.

Color is beautiful but sticky, and does not last all day. I chose a metallic color, that may have something to do with the color not lasting all day as I can feel the glitter on my lips?

I do love this product. I love the colors. My only problem is that they do not stay on as I was expecting. I am used to wearing stay on lipsticks that do not come off on my coffee cups or on my hands. These do. They come off with anything warm, and that's a problem for me.

I ordered the spinning makeup organizer. I waited over three months for the item. I had to assemble the item, which did not come with any instructions. It was easy to figure out, however, the little rubber band things you use to secure the unit are cheap, and all have ripped. I am not happy with this item, as it is now just sitting there collecting dust.

I received a color I did not order. I used it and allowed it to dry. It smeared on my glass and I kept having to reapply. The color is very pretty if it would stay. It kept getting on my teeth.

I bought the Ruddy Rose liquid matte lipstick. The quality of the product was amazing. Waterproof and smudge-proof, but I'll never use it. The color did not look how it was advertised, and I'm extremely disappointed with it. I wouldn't recommend this color.

I purchased some lipstick that I was very excited to try. I realized after at least two weeks passed that I hadn't received any confirmation of the item being shipped yet. After I contacted the company through email, I received an immediate response and within about 24 hours the product was finally shipped. This makes me wonder if somehow my order was forgotten before I reached out through email. The product overall seems to be good quality, but it doesn't appear to be the exact color that I ordered. The color I thought I actually ordered was much darker.

I was intrigued by the advertisement showing a woman blotting her mouth and no lipstick was transferred to the tissue. I accidentally ordered two of the same color, but I like the color so I wasn't too upset. Upon my first attempt at wearing the product, I realized "smudge proof" is not accurate. The color is beautiful but I found myself applying it over six times during the day. I was under the impression this was a long-lasting lipstick that would blow any other product out of the water. I have seen the advertisement come up many times on Facebook with multiple lines from friends. I am curious to know what the secret is or if I'm doing something wrong during application.

I had high hopes and was very excited about my order. It was a buy 3 get 2 free deal, which I right was wonderful. However, I waited for over two months just to get my order. I also had to email the company to even find out WHY it was taking so long. It was then they informed me that part of my order was out of stock at the time of order, even though the website stated it was in stock. I finally got my order and tried them out, and wasn't happy. Two of the colors are identical, even though they are named differently. And none of them look like the photos. They are NOT waterproof and make your lips feel extremely dry. The color flakes off once it gets even a little wet, and gets all in your mouth. It was not at all like advertised.

I can't speak for the lipstick since I haven't received it yet. Today is 05/02/18. I placed the order on 04/19/18 and just received a notification that it was shipping out. Hopefully, it's worth the wait! I gave two stars only because of the communication, although I emailed first asking about my order.

I am very unhappy with the way my order was processed. They took my money at the time of my order and never shipped my order out for over a week for two lipsticks. Then when I wrote an email (which is the only way of contact by the way), I was told that they couldn’t process my order as it was incomplete. But then I received an email this afternoon stating my order was shipped! It’s ridiculous the time frame for getting your products. I will let you know once I receive it on how well the product is!

I bought this item, and the color is way too dark for me. The company will not allow returns! If you have any doubt about this product, do not spend your money. I mean CVS, Rite Aid, and Target offer returns on all cosmetics. I believe if they stood behind their product they would want happy customers, at the very least they could offer store credit.

It's frustrating that they don't tell you that you have to pay full price for the second box. Also, it took 12 days for them to process my order instead of 4, and I got no notice it was delayed. I emailed support to see what was going on (I didn't know if there was a product that was back-ordered) and I was told I was just going to have to wait. The only decent response was when I asked them if I could cancel all of my boxes (including the first month which hadn't shipped yet) to which they basically said no. We'll see if it's worth the hassle when it gets here.

While the idea of the company is great, execution isn't. I have subscribed to the box and have yet to receive it, but their customer service is very lacking, especially for a company that claims to have exceptional customer service. I sent many emails and dealt with more than one representative, all contradicting each other. I ended up giving up altogether. I look forward to my box coming in the mail in hopes that it will redeem, but until then, I'm most definitely not in love with Focallure.

The product is smudge proof, kind of sticky, but very sparkly and beautiful color and smells like cookies! I did apply a little powder to help with the stickiness, and it worked. I am excited to wear it to work tomorrow and see how it holds up. Not overly priced so I would suggest you try it out for yourself! I purchased the pink and love the color.

I waited a month without an email other than saying that my order was confirmed. I have only had the lipstick for a few days. The color is really pretty, and just like the color I saw online. I was disappointed that the lipstick does not stay on like it was advertised. It stayed on for less than an hour.
