Other than the color not matching, the image on the Groove Life site and the size being off, the rings seem to be a good product! I have worn a wedding ring for 30 years now and have had it cut off and put back together 3 times due to injuries to the ring finger. I looked hard to find a soft ring that was durable and comfortable. Groove Life was the perfect answer. I got the thin Mossy Oak patterns and I could not be more pleased. The price was awesome. The ring is great, very comfortable, and I can’t even feel it. That is NOT the reason why I love this company. Their customer service is 10/10! I really appreciate that more than anything. If you have had bad customer service, you can appreciate great customer service. My ring finally broke from the coal mines and they immediately shipped another out free of charge the same day! In my profession, I get my hands dirty (high voltage construction and part-time firefighter/EMT), and this product holds up well and lasted longer than I expected. As far as the no BS warranty goes, it’s exactly that. It’s been almost 2 years since I purchased my ring and it has seen its final days, only had to pay shipping to have it replaced. That’s not all! My style ring is no longer in stock, however, I can pick any ring from the site (except custom) as my replacement!

My wife is a mechanic and obviously can’t wear her actual wedding ring so we chose to give her the Zeus.

We bought her ring in April and this past week she SOMEHOW twisted the anti-stretch band AND tore a hole in the ring itself.

When I went to cash in on the warranty I kept getting an error so I contacted customer care.

Kimberly let me know the reason I couldn’t proceed on the website is because the particular ring she chose in the beginning was discontinued but let me know to pick out the new ring and even waived the shipping fee for me. Next, Missy made sure my address was updated as we just recently moved, and Savannah let me know all was well.

I’m so grateful for the customer service I received and I can’t wait to see my wife’s face when her new ring comes in!

I was turned on to Groove Life a couple of years ago when my best friend purchased a variety of rings from them. I'm "old school" and didn't want to "mess" with getting a new wedding ring, but when my wife had a medical issue with her hand, I bought her a Groove ring, and then, after seeing how much she liked it, I purchased an engraved one for me. The engraving was 4 initials. The first letters of my family members' names - S C B M. I'm an active guy and a few months ago my ring got a small tear in it. That small tear became a very big tear, and it tore between the B and the M. That normally wouldn't be a big deal, but the thing is that "M" stands for Maylee - my daughter that had passed away in a car accident with my wife. So, the tear on the ring was a small representation of the fact that my daughter was no longer with us. Perhaps silly, but if you've ever lost a child, you get it.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I reached out to Groove to see if they could help with the replacement. They bent over backward to help me and have gone above and beyond, in my estimation, to not only fix the ring problem, but to offer customer service at a level you just don't find much anymore these days. I put myself through college decades ago, currently run a small business, and am a retired police officer, so I've interacted with a person or two in my life. Ha! Point is, I know what good customer service and human interaction is, and these guys have it.

My husband and I came across those beautiful Groove rings by accident and we both fell in love with one particular ring each so we got them as our original wedding bands over two years ago.

We both have jobs and hobbies where we could not wear metal rings all the time without a much higher risk of injury or are simply not allowed to. This makes Groove rings perfect for us! We can wear them all the time, no risk of losing them because we do not have to take them off and there is no risk of injury.

After two years my ring ripped a bit while doing chores in my garden. I wanted to exchange my ring with their warranty but had some trouble, why I could not do it online at the warranty center. I wrote them an e-mail and asked for help. They replied personally and very quickly! They could help me and were really nice overall. The warranty is real and not a publicity ploy like with many other companies.

It felt like they truly believe what they advertise. This was a pretty pleasant experience and another reason why the company stands out positively.

We still love our rings and never regretted for one second to have them. The rings are not only practical but they are also comfortable and beautiful.

The warranty ring replacement process is completely broken. First, there is no way you can speak to a HUMAN. Second, the website warranty process does not work for a ring that is no longer available. It took four emails just to get customer service to respond. They finally sent a link to order a replacement but it wanted to charge me the full price for the replacement. After several more emails, I finally got a replacement ordered. They would not send a tracking number for the replacement, so I was in limbo for approx 2 weeks wondering where it was. Then I got a note from the postman that the package could not be delivered without paying additional postage of $2.60 before they could deliver. Groove didn't even put enough postage for it to be delivered! The whole process is very disappointing and frustrating.

I ordered the Burled Walnut ring for my husband as a wedding band. The company did not one, but two exchanges. It was totally our fault - we were mistaken on what size he wore. The ring is so lovely and seems to be made well. The detailing of the "wood" print they managed to get onto a silicone ring is really impressive. My husband reports it's very comfortable and he feels it won't bother him when he's working or doing yardwork. He had originally wanted an actual wooden ring, but was too afraid he would damage it. This is definitely the next best thing.
