I am a 66-year-old female and I stumbled across the site for Vital Reds by chance and after listening to the presentation, I decided to try it and see how I would respond to this product.

I was feeling tired and worn out from all the stress and knew that I needed to do something different. I had been a caregiver for my husband until he passed away and then I needed to work to support myself. My blood pressure sky rocketed, and I needed to go on medication.

After taking Vital Reds for about four months I started to feel less fatigue, and I feel that my body is beginning to heal itself through this nutritional drink.

I have read and watched Dr. Gundry, much of which makes sense. I was having issues with fatigue, and malaise but could not really pinpoint why. I looked at this Primal Plants with thought I would give it a try. I am a good returner of goods if not satisfied.

I was surprised that after just a few days, I felt better, I had sustained energy all day and just felt better. I should mention that I also was adding the Reds to my mixture. I really do not understand how it works, but I feel better, and enjoy the sense of well being it gives.

As a 68-year-old female, I have lots to do and not always the giddy up to do it, that is until I tried Primal Plants. Wow. My energy has gone through the roof. I complete two days work in one day, maintain 1/2 acre, a small orchard, four 4x8 planting boxes with melons, tomatoes, and corn, keep the house and car clean and respectable. I have worn a pedometer for four years, average steps per day about 10k. Now 12 to 19 is normal, so yes I would advise anyone who desires more energy and feelings of well being to try Primal Plants. I've been taking Primal Plants daily for three months. I've found I have fewer cravings for junk food, better digestion, less gas and a slightly easier time losing weight without a change in my activity. I plan on continuing taking it because I know I don't eat enough veggies and an extra serving or two a day will only be good for me.

I use the Gundry MD Primal Plants some mornings in the Paradox Smoothie for breakfast. And sometimes just in a glass of water if I need a pick-me-up like when mowing the lawn. And sometimes in a glass of water before bed if I feel hungry or anxious. I like the taste and the color. The over all effect is satisfying.

And yes I have recommended their book and products to many people.

After my third day on the Kick Start Cleanse, I could bend my worst arthritic knee all the way to kneel down on the ground. I haven't been able to do that in at least eight years! That's when I dove in "the whole hog" and ordered all of their products. I'm on week three now. Thank you.

Actually, I just started taking Primal Plants along with my wife Bette. We both thought that it tasted good. We have been taking two scoops per day for the next two weeks. We seem to have more energy by doing this. We both know that Gundry MD products are great. We have been using both Prebiothrive and Vital Reds for months, and we both feel great taking them. My daughter and I tried Primal Plants and saw glowing skin and minimized break outs. I have always had issues with sinus pressure, and I have noticed that since taking Primal Plants, I am having very little pressure. Also, my energy level has increased enough that my four cups of coffee in the morning has turned into one cup, and some days I don't have any. I read Diet Evolution first and gave away over 30 of those books, which I ordered from Amazon. I could only order four at a time through their website, and it was difficult to use. Amazon was also cheaper. I have given away 10 of the Plant Paradox books. I tell folks it is the most important book next to the Bible that I have ever read.

Before starting Primal Plants I did not sleep well, but after taking the product, I sleep much better. I have been using multiple products from Dr. Gundry for over three months, and my husband just started. We are thrilled to have such a perfect combination of easy to use, tasty, high-quality supplements! I have never been healthier; energy, focus, no more bloating, no more water retention, resolution of decades-long intestinal issues (inflammation and constipation), my irregular heartbeat has calmed down, and my skin looks fantastic!

I have lost a significant amount of weight without trying (I am following the Plant Paradox Plan book by Dr. Gundry) as well. I use Primal Plants, Vital Reds, Prebiotic (I had to cut the dose in half, the fiber was a bit too much for me), and his new Heart Health supplement (dark chocolate is always a great thing!). The first three I throw in a shaker cup with a handful of crushed ice every morning, and I love the taste! I do the chocolate Heart version in a smaller volume of cold water than suggested because I have to fill the glass again to make sure I get all of the product (it's rich and sticks to the glass and is hard to mix).

I cannot say enough about how fantastic and energetic I feel! My husband has diabetes and a heart condition, and he is like a new man after only a week taking the supplements. Even his skin is more youthful! The fruity and chocolate drinks also satisfy his craving for a decadent treat so it is really helping him with his sugar control too (win-win).
