My loan officer Brandon was very helpful, I just feel my rate should have been lower. My appraisal was off by $50k. So I paid your high fees and got basically nothing out of it. Will not recommend to other Veterans. Comps were taken from Hamilton, not where I live, which is Hanover TWP. Huge difference in real estate values.

NewDay USA makes it sound so easy to get refinanced with no appraisal and no money down. That's false. I was even going to be charged for it. I had to do all my running to get the paperwork that was needed. This process took months. There was always something else they needed. I went with another company and was approved in a couple of weeks. I hate that I wasted my time with these people.

Very well pleased overall. They kept me informed on everything that was taking place, or was going to take place. They answered all my questions and concerns, without hesitation. Almost everything went very smoothly. I learned a lot about what my wife and I hadn't taken care of for several years, like Title on the property and Title on the insurance.

I am greatly appreciative of Mr. Nick Pierce for helping us out. Great job. I will definitely recommend New Day USA. Thank you for your time.

With all the refinances we have done, NewDay has been the best. William Couillard answered all the questions that we had. He also explained the loan in terms that we could understand. He talked us through all the paperwork that needed to be signed online. We received copies of all the paperwork that was done for our loan process. This was the easiest refinance we have done. We would recommend NewDay to anyone that needs to refinance their home. Our interest rate was higher than other rates we saw at 3.75%, but NewDay rolled everything into our mortgage, which was good.

Let me start by saying I saw the ad for NewDay USA on TV and as a veteran (Army - 82nd Abn Div), I thought I'd give it a try. I was very impressed with how fast the background and initial credit check went. I was also impressed this loan was made available to a veteran like me that served nearly 50 years ago!

I then submitted the information required (which was quite a lot) and sat back to hear the results. It wasn't long before I was granted my Gold Seal Certification for $470,000 (the amount I requested). From start to finish, I closed within 30 days.

A great opportunity for veterans to utilize the equity in their home for whatever needs may exist. An all-encompassing remodeling of my home was accomplished with resources secured. Two bathrooms, an entry hall and a complete kitchen including appliances, flooring, and paint were done. In addition, new doors and windows were installed. Upgrades and improvements beyond reach before NewDay.

My loan for a refi was completed and closed in 30 days. The process was very simple and straightforward. My contact was very helpful and answered any questions I had.

As a retiree, I have bought a number of homes throughout my career, and this refi was by far the easiest and best of any mortgages I have had. I would highly recommend NewDay to anyone wanting to do a refi on their mortgage.

As long as you meet the requirements as explained on their website, you will be amazed as to how simple and easy the process is. I know some people have had a bad experience with NewDay, but it was usually caused by not understanding the requirements. Example: NewDay only does a mortgage on a new purchase or a refinance of an existing mortgage.

So if you understand the requirements, and apply under those requirements, you will be pleasantly surprised how easy and fast the process is. Kudos to the folks at NewDay.

The most drawn-out, hardest money I have ever obtained. Lord willing and the creek don't rise, I'll never have to borrow money from them ever again. I have said everything that needs to be said. Well, one thing, it sat in underwriting for two weeks with a complete package before them. My rep didn't understand why it was taking so long, either. Oh well.

Refinancing my home through NewDay USA was an outstanding experience. As we near retirement in the next couple of years, it was time to perform some major updates to the house without digging into retirement savings, I had seen the advertisements for NewDay USA and investigated the website. The information was clear and very promising.

I submitted the request for more information, and an incredibly polite and professional young man called the next day. Evan turned out to be every bit as competent and helpful as he sounded. We addressed my needs, the refinance process, and what to expect. Within a couple of weeks, the process was completed, agreements were signed, and our money was in the bank.

Evan was available quickly every step of the way and answered all our questions simply and accurately. In fact, each person we worked with, from the appraiser to the notary was the same way. It was an excellent experience.

I guess the lady I was dealing with was new. First I was told that my wife could not be on the loan. When I refused to sign the form as a sole purchaser, I was informed that gee, your wife can be on the loan after all. I was told I could pick any closing date I wanted. Due to the logistics involved, I wanted June 1st.

Two weeks prior to closing, I was assured everything was good to go for June 1st; plane tickets were purchased, reservations made, etc. A week later I was told I HAD to close on May 31st. When I started to refuse I was told that the title company and realtor had already agreed to the change and everything was set. So jumping through the hoops, we made it and closed on May 31st.

I was not happy with the service I received and will be informing all the veteran groups in which I am a member to advise everyone to approach NewDay USA being willing to double check everything you are told.

Really decent service. I was looking to refinance away from Wells Fargo. It was missing two key items though. With my other financial services, the customer service was a bit warmer and personal, they cared, but with NewDay, I felt more like a number.

Rates could be a little more competitive though with other institutions.

I feel the loan officer was too new to be on his own. He over promised and under delivered. The whole fee structure was a blur. In the end, I didn’t get the things I wanted to pay off and my rate and monthly payment are more. After closing, they took too long to send the payoff checks causing one of my creditors to be 40 days late. And they had to reissue a couple because they were not addressed to the creditors. That part was left up to me to figure out.

Please stay away from this company. They have lied to us on more that one occasion and will promise you everything to get your business. Very deceitful agents working for NewDay USA. They all should be ashamed of themselves for their dishonesty.

A complete and total success story with NewDay. As promised, they provide a very high level of service for their customers. I have not experienced as smooth a loan process in over 10 loan applications in my lifetime. The staff is responsive and the process moves along as advertised. I was treated with the highest level of respect at all times!

From the very beginning of the process, Bob Reynolds was definitely a pleasure to work with. He stayed on top of things and was able to help correct some errors in our credit report that we were not aware of. Our account manager, Will Lyons, was professional and thorough. He spent significant time understanding our financial situation to get us the best possible outcome. I would recommend him to friends. Two areas that could be improved:

1. We were never given a heads-up that the VA appraisal process was much different from a commercial appraisal, particularly in that the appraiser is a government employee. This lack of communication caused confusion that could easily have been avoided.

2. Toward the end of the load, Will told us that the funds would disperse one week earlier than actually happened. This appears to be a simple mistake.
