Focused success

Noom's use of grounded information, coaching, group support, and humor has helped me stay focused and successful. I am learning to look at victories from a variety of sources not just, but including the scale. This is the best I've felt in a long time.

Overall positive experience - checking in every day, good psychological information, response of "coaches," sharing of thoughts and encouragement. Like the divisions of foods (a little different from other approaches). Like the link of steps to the cell phone app.

I absolutely love this program! It is very doable! It offers the science, the "why" behind everything they suggest which has been soooooo helpful! I found it to be very practical and encouraging. I recommend it to everyone I know! It has helped me have a better outlook on my life as well as lose some of the weight that needs to come off!

Amazing program that WORKS!

I’ve been using Noom for five weeks and have lost 7 lbs so far. Good, sensible weight loss. No gimmicks or special foods. I eat what I want and they teach you there aren’t "good" and "bad" foods, just ways to eat sensibly and still lose weight. The changes are gradual and you learn the "why’s" of why you eat the way you do and how to change your habits. You have coaches that will support you and help you work on your goals. This program WORKS - and will not have you gaining weight back because of a restricted diet!

Best program out there.

I love this system. I am accountable to me. I have back up support in my team. My blood sugar is now in the normal range. My blood pressure is normal, and I am off meds. I lost 11 pounds in four weeks. More importantly, I have gained respect and new appreciation if how I can control my health. This is an easy program to work. It is life changing. I don't think I will ever look at food and eating the same way ever again. There is nothing that is forbidden or off limits. I never feel "hungry" or "deprived."

So far so good, retraining appetites and learning new foods is a huge help. With daily learning and group support, there is always something new to consider. Only time will tell, but this could be the change I have been looking for, for many years.

Noom is wonderful

Noom is the first plan that actually works. I've tried all kinds of plans. From cabbage soup to Weight Watchers to SlimGenics. All of them require the customer to take time out of their very busy day, buy their food or simply not sustainable. With Noom, you eat whatever you want, change the way you view food and makes really good sense. Coaches are wonderful too. Love it!

Funny how this works...

Noom has really engaged me right from the start. The program makes sense, is easy to follow, and both challenges and reassures me. The really cool thing is the mix of psychology, science, and humor. I like the way it gradually leads me into the process of achieving a healthy weight and lifestyle. I’ve lost almost 10 pounds in just over four weeks. This is the first program I’ve had success with after several years of seeing gradual weight gain. I feel like I am really in charge, my overall health is improving, and I’m not feeling deprived. Great program!

Learning valuable information

Noom has been much more of a learning experience than I thought. Having people to share with and a coach for questions is outstanding. As simple as red yellow and green are, when it comes to food, it opens many areas. My inner elephant is ok. Everyone has one. Environmental mental factors and stress affect everyone. I’m not the only one having these issues. Helping each other and coaching becomes a new honest peer group! Love it!

This is an excellent program

I really have learned a lot from Noom, I have learned to ration my portions, how my environment affects the way I eat. What I like best is that I am the captain of my own boat. They do not tell me what to eat, they guide you in what is best. You are very accountable, you log weight every day and your food all day long. We have a great leader.

A program that works!

I’ve tried Weight Watchers and SparkPeople but Weight Watchers didn’t work and SparkPeople worked for a while but did not give me lasting benefits. Noom has taught me the psychology behind my eating issues, and I’m at my lowest weight in many years. I expect the good habits I’ve developed with Noom to be long lasting if not permanent.
