Rebuilding food relationships

I really like the Noom program. The 10-minute daily lessons always seem to speak directly to the struggles I am having and focus on changing my unhealthy past relationship with food. Learning how to forgive myself for occasional slips and having the continued support of the coaches helps me believe that this program will work for me to make life long positive changes.

Love it - great app!

I started Noom six weeks ago. I was desperate to get some weight off my knees, and my blood pressure was thru the roof, even with medication. I was tired of being unhealthy. I enjoy the fact that Noom only takes 10 minutes a day. I start every morning reviewing that day's topics with my first cup of coffee. Actually, I think the topics are interesting and very well written and informative. I have lost 16 lbs in five weeks and am feeling empowered. I especially enjoy the fact that I don't have to go to a meeting, it is right in my hand. I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about getting on the right track!

Start of a journey

I decided to start Noom Christmas Day. I was tired of feeling rundown and too exhausted to do anything. In a month, with just changing my diet by following the guidelines, I’ve lost 10 pounds. I’m extremely happy with the program and would suggest it to anyone who is looking to lose weight and keep it off.

Old dog, better tricks

I have found Noom to be a very helpful tool in my effort to lose weight. Being older and into menopause, most of my old "tricks" no longer worked, and I had been struggling with how to get my added pounds off. I had some good habits already in place, but I think the daily time of reading through the why's and how’s, has helped me. There is a science and a psychology to weight loss, and I have needed to be reminded and also learn some new info. This is not a quick success story, at my stage in the game, but I have seen slow and steady success. I tried MyFitnessPal, before trying this, and had limited success. This format just seems to suit me better.

Right choice for me

I have joined Noom for about a month now and it has shown me how bad I have been eating, and it has changed my whole outlook of eating and being healthy. I would recommend Noom to anyone. Noom really makes you understand why you eat what you eat and how I can change it. I have lost 13 lbs so far. And yeah that is not a lot, but for me, it is. I feel more confident and have more energy. To me, this isn't a "diet." I have made a healthy lifestyle change. Thank you Noom! For showing me the way towards my healthy lifestyle!

So far so good

Like many others I am sure, I made a New Year's resolution to get healthier and lose weight. I saw an ad for a two-week free trial of Noom and was immediately hooked. Although the start of the program doesn’t really focus on exercise, being mindful of what I eat and reading the daily tips and quizzes has also motivated me to get back to exercising. In just one month I am down 10.2 pounds and I am already seeing that I have more stamina when I exercise, and I am sleeping better too. I committed to a six-month program and I hope that when I get there, I will have learned how to keep up the positive changes.

Have lost weight and learned to eat healthier.

I have been pleasantly surprised at my progress with Noom. Not only have I learned valuable info on healthy eating, their food hints have lead me to overcome pain from a food sensitivity. I have lost weight, gained energy and better control of my diabetes. I love how they include the psychology of everything...it’s like having a dietician, trainer, and therapist all in one.

I've been very impressed with Noom. This is actually the longest I've ever stuck with any weight loss program. They've taught me to think of food in an entirely different way. Also how to judge what's going on in my brain, instead of just reacting. I hope to continue to have the success that I've had. It's good to have the group to lean on also.

Noom is great!

I am extremely happy with Noom. The best part about it is that in addition to tracking my activity and food, and thinking about what I eat in a new way, I’m educating myself on the psychology and sociology of how I eat. Every time I’ve hit a plateau, or been frustrated with my progress, the article for the day has been exactly what I need to stay motivated. I like having a coach to hold me accountable, and it’s been cool to be in a group and share the experience with others. Noom is helping me change my mindset about how I view food.
