Wonderful program

I have been with Noom for about a month now and LOVE it! It is very user-friendly and provides you with helpful strategies and information to assist your journey. It is totally non-judgemental and gives you opportunities to communicate with others, sharing your successes, lapses and "come back" moments - all of which help YOU to be more successful.

I especially like the fact that everything is in one place. I log my weight, my food, any exercise I do and read the articles, all on my phone. It even records my steps.

I have shared this program with a few of my friends. I am thrilled with my weight loss of 10 pounds too! I highly recommend this program.

Noon is not just another diet. In fact, they don't tell you to completely cut out any types of food. It's a weight-loss program that teaches you the reasons behind how and why you eat the way you do, and teaches you ways to make better choices. It also gives you tools and strategies to make permanent behavior changes so you can keep the weight off.

I like the whole idea of Noom...step counting, food monitoring, pep talks, solid info, and a community of others. It has been so surprisingly easy to use.

I would recommend to anyone. The initial day seemed like too much...but that feeling ended so quickly.

Love Noom!

I have used many different weight loss programs, but none of them addressed the psychological aspects like Noom does. It targets MY specific problems and helps me work through them encouraging me, offering tips and checking in to see how it's going. Noom uses both a personal coach and a group to encourage and support me. It's everything the other programs were missing!

It works!

I love that they teach you to eat everything in the correct proportions and portions. No fake food. I just started a week and a half ago and have lost two pounds; I have not been hungry. I find writing down what I eat helpful, and it’s easier to do when it’s part of a program. Plenty of choices to select with an option to add if food is not on the list.

The "lessons" are easy to read, informative, and light-hearted. They explain triggers, motivation.

Determined and motivated

I need to lose a hundred pounds. My doctors tell me this will relieve the pain in my knee (which I had replaced several years ago). I am determined to lose the weight and see if they are correct. I sought out a product that I felt would help me with this goal...enter Noom.

Noom takes little time each day, provides the support I need, and an easy means of tracking. I believe the tracking provides the most help for me. It also reminded me of things I already knew but had put in long term storage...like putting my fork down between bites to slow down my eating.

The nerds at Noom get a bit too cutesy at times, but I can live with their trying to be funny.

I lost 15 lbs in January. I know this rate of loss will not continue, but I am so happy and motivated to keep going.

The best online program I’ve seen

Noom is something truly different. It has given me a whole new perspective on health, weight loss, and exercise. I’m in the "not much to lose" range - 15-20 lbs. I have learned new ways to understand my relationship with eating, healthier choices that don’t involve deprivation, and ways of coping with "food pushers" and buffet tables. The logging is easy. The community is good, and the coaching is real. Highly recommended if you’re ready to be responsible for your health.

Becoming a better version of me!

I joined Noom to lose weight. Now only 5 weeks in, I have lost 7 pounds, I am realizing it is a whole lifestyle change. I have tried lifestyle changes in the past for weight loss, but they were so drastic and not sustainable. Noom has taught me how to make lifestyle changes gradually so that it is easy and I always feel like I am succeeding. My new "norm" is so much more comfortable than my old norm! I am such a logical thinker that at first, I thought none of this psychology stuff would work for me. I already knew some of the psych tricks but knew "that won't make a difference" knowing how many steps I've taken in a day, or logging my food to be more aware of what I'm eating. I walk right now as I text, because it is my new norm. Why sit when I can move? Thanks Noom!
