The phone makes it always available to enter what you eat and see the impact. The calorie-based approach is easy to understand. It helps you plan so that you are anticipating possible food issues that arise during the week and better able to manage them. This includes people situations and cues.

I have really enjoyed using Noom and learning about their approach to weight loss and eating more healthy. It is about more than simply losing weight, but learning how to keep your weight under control after you have achieved your ideal weight. It is fun to learn about the science, psychology, and sociology of having a better relationship with food. The only suggestion I have is that the app should sync more real time with other apps such as Fitbit. It is frustrating when you are logging your meals and your step count is a couple thousand or more steps behind, which impacts your calorie allotment.

This program is extremely informative about all aspects of healthy weight control. They have done the science and the psychology. There is daily virtual support with good articles and tips, a "coach" and a support group. The coach is great; it feels personal and like my journey really matters. I like the daily encouragement; it helps keep me on track and not get discouraged when things are slow. It also keeps me "honest" and accountable. There are no gimmicks. It's a healthy approach that will serve people well for long term success in maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle, feeling good and taking care of yourself.

Love Noom! Really helps me in getting moving, weight loss, and learning to eat healthy. I tried Weight Watchers and other diets but didn't work for me. They teach you to eat healthy and how to keep the weight off with healthy eating habits after I reach my goal. I've become more active, feel better and am losing weight and my blood pressure is down, which at 72 is important to me. I like the group because when you screw up, they are there for you. They intimidated me at first because they talked about all the workout exercises they did, but then I realized most of them could be my children so now I enjoy their successes and their setbacks. My personal coach checks and supports me and is there for any questions I have. I would definitely recommend Noom!

This has been an outstanding experience for me. The support from my team lead has been outstanding, always bringing up something to think about and truly reflect on in a positive manner about my new mindfully healthy lifestyle. The way the program is set up with the Noom interface on my phone provides an easy to use support system as well as an educational tool about living mindfully healthy. It has been a little over 30 days and I am rebuilding my healthier body. I am trimmer, almost 20 pounds lighter, I am breathing better, and my blood pressure has dropped to a healthy level. This program is working for me, and I highly recommend it for anyone interested in living a mindfully healthy life.

I love the daily learning sessions. It really makes me think before I eat. I enjoy the challenges and being able to interact with others as little or as much as I want. My goal specialist is the best. I love her feedback and cheers. It's what I needed to stop my binging.

I am a 46-year-old woman who had never seriously looked at my daily calorie consumption with any regularity. I have been following the Noom guidelines for a month now and have lost 9 lbs! The short amount of time devoted daily to learning the skills it takes to be on a great path for long term weight management is well worth it! I have a much clearer understanding of why I do what I do and how to get to my goals now.
