I needed accountability with flexibility in a weight loss program. I actually like Weight Watchers but couldn’t find a good location or really have the time to go to meetings. I was hooked by the promise of a personal coach, but what I actually love the most is the daily tasks of learning the science behind every facet of weight loss. The psychological and hormonal science is particularly interesting to me. I get a lot out of spending time on the app first thing in the morning - I look forward to it and it helps set the tone of my day. I also really like the group and group coach for more interaction and support. I am motivated to get my steps in to get that checked off and of course the logging of food for the day. I’m actually a little concerned about what to do when I am done losing weight (hopefully by the end of this month).
