I have always been keen on healthy eating but have not always been good at consistency. The psychology aspect of Noom is what attracted me to it, it seemed a fresh approach. I have found the insights into how and why we lose weight or don't really helpful, and my mindset has changed from the all or nothing approach I took previously to something more sustainable. I spend about 10 minutes a day reading the articles and deciding what I want to do to make it work, which is about right for me.
