After surgery on my hand, I wanted to stay off of all sugar for better healing. I came across this product and it really curbed my sweet tooth. I've just started taking the product about a week now, and I've noticed that my regular evening bloat is gone. That's a plus for me because it was to the point where it was extremely uncomfortable. I exercise regularly, but the bloat still came. My energy level is also to the roof, and my workouts are longer. That said, weight loss will be inevitable. I've also increased my dosage from the one pill a meal three times a day, to two pills for breakfast and lunch, and pill for dinner. If it wasn't for the reduce bloat, I would not be able to tell that I have it in my system. It feels great!

I had my second episode in less than 1 year with being hospitalized for diverticulitis. After going home after this second admission, my husband found this on social media of all places. I started taking BIO X4 to help with my digestion. I have since lost several inches off more than one area of my body, dropped 2 sizes, and lost over 10+ pounds! I watch what I eat, but I still indulge in a treat here and there. I'm not good at remembering to take it, but I am getting better since I have seen the results. Because I am not able to do much in exercising due to injuries, I don't get to add much exercising to my daily activities, but I have felt more active and had more energy to get up and do more things. I noticed improvements with my digestive tract and Candida overgrowth within the first week. My weight loss was immediate as well. I have lost twelve pounds in the past seven weeks, by taking one pill with each meal, and the correct amount of water before each meal.
