StyleWe quality is below par

In the last month, since July to now the end of August, I have been arguing back and forth with StyeWe. I've included PayPal for the misrepresentation of the product first, the poor quality of shaping of the dress, (which is nothing like the photos shown online), and the expectation that I will mail back the dresses to China. There will be a review to see if the dresses meet their expectations, and I could look for a portion of the $191 that I paid. With the cost of shipping to China and restocking fee, I am to pay, and I might get $30 back. What a bogus deal. I've been offered several side deals, I could keep the dresses and then reorder with 30% of what I paid or some foolish suggestion to avoid having to mail to China.

Awful experience

There is no express delivery! I ordered three dresses on August 7th and still waiting for one of them (today is Aug 20th), while I paid for express shipping. They have terrible customer service. If you have any issue with your purchase, it's impossible to find a representative online or making a phone call. One of my products had a different color than what they showed on their website. I email them, but they never take the responsibility. They insult me by telling me: "If you simply just don't like the color or how it looks on you, please let us know as well," or "The precise color of the items may vary depending on the specific monitor, the settings, and the lighting conditions. The items colors depicted should only be used as an approximate guide." The color that they sent me was terrible, and I just threw that dress away! They really don't know how to respect customers. I wasted my time and money.

Don't ever, ever buy anything from this company unless you never return your purchases; it has to go back to CHINA! AND you have to pay customs and shipping! Good grief - CHINA!

Complete rip off, AVOID at all costs.

This is by far the worst company that I have ever ordered through online. I ordered some sandals on September the 10th for my holiday. The processing hadn't even been started by the time I left, so I tried to cancel the order, but they wouldn't allow this without a 15% penalty charge.

When they did eventually arrive at the end of September, they were of a very poor quality, with the stitching already loose by the big toe, so I asked for a refund, they said it would be too expensive to send back, stating that I'd have to pay to return them to China! Why should I have to return defective goods? They offered me a 15% discount, which I refused, they upped it to 25% - so as I was due for major surgery the next day, I reluctantly accepted this pitiful offer.

I wore these sandals to the hospital, literally only walked in, then walked out two days later and they had already fallen apart. NOT where the original stitches had come apart, but the plaiting had come away from the sole of the shoe, and unraveled. They are useless in the extreme.

They have refused to refund me my money for sandals which are not fit for purpose, and have already broken within less than 10 minutes of wearing them, they are unwearable. This company hides the fact they are based in China, despite having a UK postal address. FELTHAM TW14OPS - posted and tracked with Royal mail. They make it incredibly hard/impossible for you to return items, then refuse all rights once the item has been worn and fallen apart. If you search the internet, if you DO return items, they never collect them, having not paid customs, and the parcel is returned to sender IN THE UK. This company is fraudulent in the extreme. They take your money and run. NEVER SHOP here.

AND, I haven't received my initial 25% refund! This company is the only one I know with a Facebook page solely dedicated to ripping off customers, which says all you need to know. Daylight robbery.

Reliable and professional service

I had to cancel my recently made order with StyleWe and have done it within 24 hours. After reading all the reviews, I was skeptical to the response for reimbursement of the full amount I was entitled to as per the company policy. I received the full amount back within 7 days as I have been promised by Hope from StyleWe customer service. Everything was communicated precisely, politely, and professionally to my full satisfaction! After this experience, I will definitely go back to StyleEe. UNPREDICTABLE and LOUSY customer service

I've bought dresses from StyleWe for about four years now. Initially, I thought they were of good quality, and the smaller sizes had a very good fit.

Now, however, the quality is not as shown, sloppy work, like something you could get at Gap, and above all, even the smallest sizes are at least four sizes too big for me.

Interacting with customer service is like interacting with someone who 1) doesn't really speak English, 2) doesn't understand, or doesn't want to understand - not sure which, 3) rigged for them winning in every transaction, instead of building strong customer relationships

So, yes, I totally agree with most people here: IT'S NOT WORTH IT, THERE ARE BETTER ALTERNATIVES OUT THERE.

What you see is what you get

I've had the pleasure of ordering great pieces from StyleWe last summer. I adore their designers and the styles they create. I loved one outfit so much that I ordered four of the same style but of two colors offered of soft grey and a soft pink. I ordered designer MISSLOOK two of both colors spaghetti-type string top with flowing softly to hips in ballon-type pants that draped at the hips and draped into the perfect flow of jumpsuit to ankles. I was getting endless compliments right and left with many asking where did I get that stunning jumpsuit that had me the focus of much attention with endless compliments at my niece's wedding last September. I love their variety of styles that are to me unique from store-bought clothing. I've NEVER seen that outfit or ANYTHING remotely similar sold in ANY high-end store in the DMV area.

Pay attention

StyleWe is not a scam, just a "poorly-ran fast fashion, we will take your money and send you subpar versions of what we advertised and because most people are too busy or frustrated to bother with pursuing legal action when defrauded" company. Because that's what this is! They get away with it. And they know this! The advertised products are stolen pictures of someone else's work and then some hack seamstress tries to replicate the product with cheaper trash quality versions of the materials originally used. If you get anything similar to what you expected, count yourself lucky! I'm in the process of suing them for over $1000.00 worth of bridesmaids' dresses that were nothing short of DISGUSTING. Go with AliExpress dhgate or SheIn. Honestly, don't give these thieves your money.

Fabulous party wear

Crafted in A-line silhouette, the Yellow 3/4 Sleeve Polyester Plain Tunic is an all-weather casual wear. The designer uses polyester fabric in beaded process to give the much-required accentuation. What made me surprised is that it comes as a free size; hence, I can interexchange the cloth with my sister. The acrylic pearl embellishments augment a rich, classic look and make it my favorable party wear. On a white or black tight legging, it looks fabulous.

Do not buy from this company - a rip off!

I ordered a sweater from StyleWe. It was too big, so I wanted to send it back. Their printed policy indicates that you have 30 days to return your item - just follow their easy instructions!

Well, I got the instructions. You, the customer, are responsible to pay for shipping the item back to GUANGZHOU, CHINA + custom's fees. (Note that the item was shipped to me from the U.S.). They tell you that this international return cost will be so substantial and take so long that instead, you might want to take a 15% cash refund or 20% off towards another item that you might want to purchase from them in the future. So, I'd get $15 back from the $100 item I purchased? NO THANKS!

Be suspicious of the 4 and 5 star reviews about this company. I believe they must be fake. Who would give such positive reviews to a company with a return policy like this?

Misleading return policy, horrible quality

I purchased a dress recently from StyleWe. The dress was cheaply made and did not fit properly, so I started the return process.

I had checked the return policy before purchasing, and the website states that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The company does not give any indication that they aren't located in the US, and the shipping cost to get the item to me was $11, so I assumed that the return shipping cost would be similar.

It turns out that in order to get a refund, I would have to ship the dress to China, which would cost over $50 by the cheapest UPS method. I checked, and the StyleWe website does not state anywhere that the customer will be required to pay return shipping back to China. It's obvious that they are intentionally hiding this piece of information from their customers.

Now I'm stuck with a crappy dress that I will never wear, and I will have to forfeit the $85 that I spent on it, because I don't trust this company to issue me a refund, even if I spend $50 shipping the dress back to them. I will NEVER order from this company again!

Worst online shopping experience ever

This was my experience.

I bought some items over the Black Friday weekend, precisely, Saturday. The deal was $100 off $550, and then extra 20% for the first time using the app.

Three days later, I get an email stating that one of the items I purchased was out of stock, however, I would be allowed to pick another item that was within 15% of the original price of the coat I picked.

The initial cost was $80.75, I got a 20% discount and additional $10 off, which then totaled $54.

The replacement coat I picked was $84, so I thought that I would be given the same deal I got initially; $84, plus 20% discount and $10 dollars off, which would equal $57.

No, they wanted me to pay $21. When I asked them to give me the calculation, they said that was the difference. Their calculation was $54 x $1.15 equals $63. And $84 minus $63 dollars equals $21.

I got frustrated about the transaction in general, and when I asked for a refund for my purchase, I was told that I would be charged a 15% cancellation fee because I am trying to cancel more than 24 hours after the initial purchase.

Bear in mind that they did not inform me about not having the product until 72 hours after, later, and it was from their end about advertising a product and letting me buy it when it was not in stock

Basically, I'm an avid online shopper, however, this has scarred me from online shopping.

Do NOT buy from StyleWe

I purchased 3 dresses and once they arrived realized that 2 of them didn’t fit. I contacted customer service and was informed that I was responsible for return shipping fees. Here is where it gets interesting.

A return anywhere in the US would be acceptable, however, their merchandise needs to be returned to China and customers are also responsible for customs fees. In other words, returning anything at all would cost you an exorbitant amount of money, making it not worthwhile, something this company is clearly banking on.

I wrote a review on another site and was contacted by StyleWe and asked to delete my review in exchange for a US return label (suddenly they have a US warehouse). I will not do that and lose the money instead because I feel it is important to alert consumers.

Ripped off by StyleWe

I just made a purchase of three items from StyleWe, and in a couple of days they figured out that one of the items was out of stock (why didn't their inventory system provide this information before not after I ordered?). But now they are trying to refund me ONLY the discounted price that is $8 less than the original price that I paid for this item. So they are trying to steal $8 from me for doing absolutely nothing other than misreporting an item being available and in stock when it was not in stock.

Plus, some of their clothing is cheaply made and I have had to return unwearable clothing items that were (1) too sheer to be worn in public and (2) poorly stitched. Plus the shipping from China takes weeks, and the customer has to pay for returns by themselves. This is a scam, and I am never buying from this company again.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Lying, disgusting customer service, scammers!

Don’t ever, ever buy anything from StyleWe! Their customer service is horrible! On their website, it says it will take 3-5 days to process the order. However, their items somehow are out of stock and they will not contact you whatsoever to tell you that your order is out of stock and kept you waiting for weeks! So I contacted them to see what happened. I ordered 4 items total, and they told me one of the items is still waiting for inventory. Since I waited for so long they will ship my item in Express mail once it’s ready (without any charge). Ok, I trusted them.

A few days later I asked them "ok, can you please ship the 3 items that are ready to be shipped to me first?" Since I really needed this winter coats for my business trip I don’t have anything to wear for this cold weather except for these I have ordered a month priority to my trip. They said "ok."

The next thing I received is an email saying ONE of my items have shipped only! And on top of that, it shipped first class mail, which takes at least 12 days since it’s international. They did not keep their words about shipping it EXPRESS! Ridiculous!

When I contacted them at first, they said 3 of the items are ready to be shipped, and now I only see one. So I don’t understand what the heck is going on. Then I contacted them about it and I get no response WHATSOEVER!

So please everyone BEWARE of this website called StyleWe. This will be my first and my last ordering from here. I’m writing this to let everyone that is going to order from them know to seriously beware!

StyleWe, I hope any of all of you get to see this. Very disappointed! And it’s disgusting that all of you are lying to your customers!

Love the dress

I got a really pretty white dress with multicolored embroidery. It looks really nice and the material is good. I'm using it for a photo shoot and I can't wait to see how it turns out. Also, the shipping was relatively fast; normally things from China take forever, but I didn't have to wait very long for this.
