Don't do it

While the site and fashion style looked amazing, company is in China. I tried to return an item, no free returns, cost more to send it back and pay for customs. The company offered to credit my card 20%. Would never buy from here again. A complete waste of $65.

Don’t trust them

Terrible customer service. They just take your money and that’s it. They don’t feel obligated to send your order to you.

Don’t trust them. I ordered an item 3 months ago. After 30 days they told me that the item was out of stock, I chose another one. After one month they sent me an email and told me the same thing again and I changed my order again.

After one month sending emails to them they just tell me that the order isn’t ready and they can't provide me any information regarding shipping date. That’s it.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Is this a joke company?

They look cute online but once you open the bags, you think you are pranked and laughed at. One coat had only one sleeve, another ripped, the worst quality I have ever seen. Really bad customer service and they won't return. They will ask for multiple pictures, tell you that you are not putting the coat on correctly when it's clearly defective and has only one sleeve, the other shut. The seams look like a child made them. Very disgusting-looking clothes and nothing like their size.

Difficulty Returning an Order

I ordered a sweater from StyleWe which did not fit. This was at least three weeks ago. There was no return address with the order. Why I do not know.

I have been on their website at least five times trying to get a return address for the order. I have been told that the address would be sent to me by email. This has not happened. Also, I have been unable to talk to a human being at the company. It is all via chat on a computer.

I have finally given up. I have a sweater that I do not want. Needless to say, I will not be a customer of StyleWe.

Don't get fooled and tempted by their photos!

Stay away from poor quality and refund fraud!

Yes, their ads and photos are very appealing, but that's where it ends. Out of the 15 items I ordered (relatively expensive items), I had to return 11 (only two due to the wrong size), the rest were just either poor craftsmanship (obvious sewing defects) and some just didn't look nearly as awesome as in the photos.

So, ok I returned 11 by paying a $55 return cost. However, they refused to refund the most expensive blouse ($125) that I put on and immediately put back into the bag due to very poor craftsmanship. Instead, they sent me back photos of stains on it! It was a light-gray something with stains, however, the blouse is black! And they are telling me I had to check it before sending it back. If the photos are real, it would be obvious to me that the stains were there to begin with, but I didn't wear the blouse anywhere at all.

Stay away or lose a lot of money. And even worse, the experience was very unpleasant with emotions of being deceived. This has NEVER happened to me in years and years of online shopping (I don't like to go to stores). I wish I had checked reviews before wasting my time on them.

You were wanred

If you aren't me and are smart enough to do a search for StyleWe reviews before making a purchase, then you will find many people complaining about 1) the quality of the products and 2) an inability to get a refund or even an exchange within the 30-day policy. I bought an expensive dress that looked so cute online and what I got was something completely different, a dank smelling dress that was way too big (despite the fact that I compared my measurements) and looked like the third-world shadow of what I saw online. Save yourself, people!

Poor quality and poor service with return

I ordered four dresses and was immediately disappointed in fabric quality and fit. One dress did not have tags attached to it. I immediately contacted them as I knew could be a problem for the return and then immediately sent the items back to them the next day. They have refused to issue me a return for the dress they sent me without tags. I would not order from here or recommend to a friend. Much better quality is available locally and can be found on sale.

Delivery time can be over a month and returns difficult.

I ordered my dresses on February 5, 2018 and didn't receive them until the third week in March. The dresses were not as attractive as they appeared in the pictures. I am now trying to return them. I am told I am responsible for any return costs for shipping and any customs fees. I am also told that international return may result in substantial return cost for me, and they are offering me a 15% cash refund or a 20% store credit instead of returning the items. 15% of the money spent on the dresses and this seems fair to them? Think twice about ordering from them.

Beware - returns are on your dime and to China.

The dress was absolutely nothing like the picture. They say easy returns and money-back in one week but that is after you send it to China at considerable expense and time. They really push the exchange and store credit. I feel scammed and stupid I bought from this place. I am usually very good at purchasing online. The fact there are no reviews on their clothes says a lot. I will return this and wait for my refund, might be a couple of months but they're not getting more of my business.

Fakes and stolen images

This site is filled with fake products and stolen images. The products are low-quality rip-offs of legitimate designs. The site has multiple product images that have been copied from real designers and retailers. It should be shut down.

I ordered two dresses that were delivered in the timeframe promised. The issue is that neither dress reflected what was on the website. The sleeves on the dress were huge, both dresses smelled like cigarette smoke, and the sizes were way off everywhere. The quality is cheap, the seamstress work is poor, and when I went to get a refund online, I was sent an email stating that it would be too expensive for me to return it because I would have to pay customs, and that could take months for them to get the return. Instead, the company offered me a 20% in-store coupon.

I should have known better than to order something directly from China, but that’s where this company is. They use a Fremont California address as a sham, but if you follow the tracking and if you ask for a return, it’s coming from and going straight to China. Buyer beware!

Worst customer experience

Yes, the clothes are inexpensive, but they are made with cheap materials and do not fit right. I tried to return them but they said that they are in China so it would be very costly and if I did happen to return them, they would charge me an astronomical restocking fee. They offered a gift certificate for 25% if I kept the clothes or a 25% refund. I am still waiting for a refund after over one month. They play games of back and forth to delay the refund. Terrible experience, terrible clothes...Don't waste your money!

Poor copycats.

They use the pictures of designer clothing to attract customers. The natural product is cheaply made material and poor copy of the originals.

The return is possible, but at the customer's expense.

Beware!

If you look closely at the clothes, you will note that the items available in different colors seem to use very similar photos of the models. In fact, they are the same photos with the color changes photoshopped. That should be the first hint. I have ordered several items and clearly the quality is not what is represented. One asymmetrical dress was so asymmetrical that it looked like two different dresses. It was unwearable. Nothing looks like the pictures and it is as if someone off the street with no sewing experience just threw the items together! And if you try to return something you first you need to send pictures. No matter how poorly constructed the item is, the company will discourage the return, offer a discount, or try to force you to pay to return the item (to China!). After much threatening, I did manage to get my money back and am wondering if this company is a front for some illegitimate organization to fundraise for their nefarious purposes. So while the fashions on the website are very enticing, I would definitely stay away. It is not worth the aggravation because NOTHING is as it seems!

Fraud!

WARNING: What you see is NOT what you get. The StyleWe website grossly misrepresents their products. When my order arrived, the clothing were of very poor quality and not at all wearable. Wanted to return everything, but the return center is in CHINA and this fact is conveniently omitted on the website. This company is a total fraud! Don't buy from this company please!

Can't return item

The item I received was very inferior quality and I want to return it. But, I can't log in because it does not recognize my email address. The online chat person was not helpful. I was asked for the order number but there is nothing on the package. Repeatedly asked for my email address then told me I must have given them the wrong address. Now I just got an email from them asking for my email address!

I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Expensive cheap crap, too costly to return

A friend ordered some items for me for my birthday. They went with the size they know I am, but when the items arrived the sizes were all over the map. The medium size blouse had sleeves so tight I could only get them on up to my elbow. The material on all the items is cheap, yet the prices are on par with upscale department stores. When we went to return them, we discovered that they would have to be shipped to China and the cost for shipping was about half the price of the merchandise. If you’re going to have an online order store - where items can’t be tried on prior to buying - you have to have a reasonable return policy.

Avoid this business or risk wasting your money.

Con artists out to scam US customers!

The two orders I placed with them which were for over $300 each, were utter disasters! Firstly they took over 2 months to even ship them, though in the order email they promised the items would be shipped in 7 days. And when they finally arrived, the items were very poorly made and unwearable and were completely not true to the sizing listed on their website. And when I had to even pay out of my pocket to return them back with USPS tracking to the Unpaid Return label they sent me with a Return Address, they are now claiming that they'd no idea about receiving them back, when it's clearly updated in the tracking info that they'd been delivered to them over a week back.

And newsflash, the return address they provided "20515 E Walnut Dr N, Walnut, CA 91789" is listed as a Major Scammer when you google it! So beware, this company will tempt you by delivering only the first order maybe exactly as promised, and the moment you spend any more money on them they will start scamming you high and low.

Do not order from this site!

Ordered three dresses for my wife. The sizes were way off (ran big) and when we tried to initiate a return they attempted to negotiate a partial return to cover alterations. After refusing, they insist you mail the items back to a facility in China. After following their return protocols and sending the package to China, they returned it back to me as "overdue return". Once again they tried to negotiate another partial return to cover alterations. I refused and they asked me to once again ship the package back to them. Avoid at all costs. I don't normally write reviews but felt that this warranted a review.

Waiting forever

I have been waiting on my jacket that goes with my suit for over a month and can't get any help from customer service. I got the skirt to my suit over 2 weeks ago. What good is the skirt without the jacket? Please think twice before ordering anything from this company.

Fishy

DON'T SHOP HERE! They don't manage inventory well. They charge prior to checking stock first. They then intentionally wait a week before initiating the refund, which was their error. Funds are then tied up for two weeks. No acceptance of the error given, no apologies. Terrible customer service. Here is an example of the explanation I was given upon asking why they were not more concerned about offering a more speedy refund due to their negligence.

“Thanks for your information. We will process the refund in one week for you.

FYI – It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is a credit card.”

They proceeded to then remind me of the hundreds of new dresses I can try to buy, only to find them out of stock with another hundred and fifty bucks tied up in who knows what future. Pretty shady. I will never trust this store again.

Poor customer service

I consider myself a good customer of StyleWe, however recently I inquired about returning a dress after the zipper broke twice. I paid to have it fixed, and it broke again. It was clearly poor quality, and they refused the return and would not help in any way. I will not shop here again.

Stay away from this store

This is really all about style, beautiful designs, great advertising, but cheap quality and poor service. Its return/exchange rules are very cumbersome.

I purchased two dresses and had to exchange them, but the items are no longer available. It means they have limited stock. They refused to refund one of the dresses and sent me a fake photo of a stain on a black dress. It looks like white powder sprayed around the neckline. Stain on a black dress? They did not return the dress to me.

When I complained, they only offered an 80% store credit. I spent hours on trying to make a return; on the phone, the sales reps spoke bad English (Chinese?). Dresses look like rags, and you can only wear them once. I spent nearly $50 for shipping and got nothing for it but aggravations and some 8 hours of dealing with this store.

I'm not sure this will be published, but it will definitely get the attention of the FTC.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We apologize for all inconveniences caused. Purchases can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date (except for final sale items and swimwear). However, products must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels. Please ensure that all articles in the package are intact!

No delivery. No refund.

I loved the styles of StyleWe, so decided to take a chance and order. An order was made and money was immediately deducted from the bank account. Two months later, StyleWe had no projected delivery date and it was agreed that the order should be canceled.

Three weeks after cancellation, StyleWe claims that a refund has been made, but no funds have been received at the bank where they first deducted my money.

They do correspond in this matter, but only to claim that a refund has been made, although it has not reached my bank.

No problem taking the money, but lots of difficulties refunding the money.

Still waiting...

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I join the ranks

Of those who have had a bad experience, my stuff hasn't even shipped yet but they will keep a "15%" refund fee. There's no phone number on the site to speak with someone. Just email, and it's clear English is not their first language. I have been in touch with my credit card company. If anything, I should get a 15% extra refund for the hassle they delivered. Because hassle is the only thing they have delivered to me thus far.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.

Let the buyer beware

I purchased a dress for my wife as a Christmas present. After the initial purchase confirmation, nothing - no order update, no shipping notice - nothing for 15 days. After three attempts via StyleWe’s website to obtain an update, I emailed their customer service directly and finally heard back. The dress arrived, but it was apparent the size was wrong. I followed the return instructions included with the order and received an email response about 48 hours later. The dress would have to be returned TO CHINA and I would be responsible for postage and any customs fees! As an alternative, they offered a 20% store credit - as if I or my wife would ever order from them again! We in the US are accustomed to easy, no-questions-asked returns. This is not how StyleWe operates. Buyer, beware! You have been warned.
