My experience is very acceptable

I adore my new White 3/4 Sleeve A-line V-Neck Embroidered Mini Dress, which I bought from StyleWe. It has a very affordable price, and everybody likes its style. The embroidered neck symmetrically matches with the corset and give a graceful appeal. I got quick delivery, in a stylish packing, which was a surprise for me.

Lovely Soft Grey Cardigan

I was so pleased when my package from StyleWe arrived. Very well packaged and delivered quickly. The cardigan is gorgeous, made from wool it is really cozy and it's so soft. It is lovely and slouchy - I only wish they had it in navy too.

The thing I like about StyleWe is all the different designers they have. Once you find something you like you can click to see the rest of the designer's items.

Poor quality, overpriced

Very poor quality dress; bad material and poorly made (uneven cut, threads sticking out everywhere, belt doesn't tie because it's very short). Overpriced! Looks very cheap and nothing like on the beautiful photos that they advertise. Very disappointed! Will never buy again.

Total scam - buyer beware

I wish I could give this retailer a zero rating.

I purchased more than $100 worth of clothing from StyleWe. I was shocked to receive clothing that was poorly designed, of inferior quality and not sized for the American consumer. I usually take a size 8 and ordered an XL item, and the garment didn't even fit my size 4 daughter.

I tried to return the items. I was offered a discount by StyleWe to keep them. I was even told if I tried to return them, it wouldn't be "good for me." I had to pay $30+ shipping back to China and I lodged a complaint through PayPal, my payment of choice.

Tonight, I was advised by PayPal that my US Customs Documents and US postal receipt were not enough proof of shipment. I am now out $130.00+ as StyleWe will not refund me, either.

A total scam. Buyer beware.

Good options, but some items are not made well, and shipping takes too long.

I really like this site as they offer many unique style options. And I love the Flash Sales and discounts they occasionally offer.

I've ordered 17 items in the last year, and have only had issues with 5 of those items.

Some items are not made well. Two of my items arrived loose at the seams, one of which I sent back and the other I fixed on my own.

There are also many items that are made of cheap materials. You have to use your best judgment and send items back timely if you are not happy with the quality. I also find that some of the items are overpriced. I don't mind spending money on a piece that is well made with good materials, but some items are not made well and still priced quite high.

I ordered a nice evening dress that I wore once and noticed it was coming apart at the seems where the dress splits in the front, I fixed it and thought nothing of it. When I attempted to wear it a second time, it split at the seems on both sleeves and fell apart (it was my size, in case you were wondering if it was too small). When I tried to return it, StyleWe would not take it back as they claimed that too much time had passed as per their policy. It was only a few weeks after I purchased it but since it's not an everyday dress, it took me a while to wear it a second time, which is when it ultimately fell apart.

I once had an order that was late, and when I inquired about it, I was told that it was delayed because of the holidays, which is fine, though they could have sent me an email to inform me that my order would be later than expected.

The issue with this site is that it seems you can't really get a shipping date until the item is no longer processing. I have an order now that has been in processing status for 9 days and their policy states that all orders will process for 3-5 days and that shipping will take an additional 7-12 days. It would be nice if their process included more customer communication, especially since it takes so long to get the items as most of them come from China.

The final issue I deem notable is with the sizing; their sizes run really small. You must know your measurements to be sure that you are selecting the right size, in addition, though I am only a size 6 US, some of the items do not come in my size. One thing I really do appreciate is that they do carry some plus sizes, which is nice, however, it would be nice to see more items that come in plus sizes.

Great site and great options, but be careful what you buy.

Such cute clothes

I got a lace top and distressed jeans here, and they are some of my favorite pieces. The quality is incredible, and I love all the design details. I've worn them for several months now before writing this review and can say that they hold up great and have absolutely been pieces I can create an entire look around. Unwearable dress, fake address given for expensive return. BEWARE.

In August 2017, I purchased a $79 dress on StyleWe in a moment of late night weakness against my better judgment. When I received it, it was extremely ill-fitting; cut so cheaply and poorly in the neck and armholes that I couldn't even shimmy into it, and there were no zippers either (and I am petite and thin, and ordered an XS, the appropriate size).

I was dismayed to realize that this was a Chinese startup with unvetted customer service, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with a return. They provided me a label with their address on it: Runfa Xu (StyleWe), etc. in Guangdong China (TEL: +86(020)66694591.

And I paid $22.75 for the international postage.

Well, this return that I sent using THEIR printed label, was returned to my mailbox today after having traveled to China and back with a note saying "invalid address."

What a waste of $100! Never again! Well, in 2018, this company at least still has scam status in my book.

Don’t use

My items took five weeks to arrive. I used the onsite measurement guide, and they recommended the sizes. The were both too big. First one about a size too big and the second at least two sizes. I floated in it.

Then I began the refund process! Ha, not a chance. I was told products would have to ship back to China and that products often got lost on route or stuck in customs. I was also told I’d be responsible for any customs charges. When I indicated this was not appropriate customer service, they offered to pay me 25% of what the garments were worth.

I didn’t realize I was buying from China or would never have used the site. I was originally told up to 10 days shipping.

Stay clear!

I heard of StyleWe from a friend.

Their stuff was absolute garbage. The material was terrible, bad quality, and the sizes make no sense. When I requested a return, they offered me 30% off of my next purchase. I declined. I returned the clothing through the Post Office, who said it would be there in about 30 days.

I kept asking StyleWe customer service what happened to my stuff, and they said they had not received the return. I called USPS three months after and they told me that StyleWe had received my return, but would not accept the package. They told me all returns must be sent via USPS, no UPS, no FedEx (I guess so you won’t be able to track your package once it reaches China).

They have terrible customer service and are not worth the time or money. DO NOT buy from them! No stars for them, it is a scam!

Scammers

They send you wrong size and you pay to ship it back. Never ever buy from them.

People be aware, there are a few other low-cost companies from China that have good clothing, Shein for example.

Scam

Stay away! If you want to wait forever for cheaply made ugly fashions to come from halfway around the world, then buy something from them. And don't get fooled by your package arriving from the USA. If you want to return it, it has to go back to China at a cost of much more than the item. BBB is trying to deal with them. Save yourself time and money. I wish I had been warned.

Do not buy anything

Free shipping, yes. Then I received an invoice that I was charged to my Amex without my permission for duties and taxes. They also do not provide free returns; it cost me over $30 to return the cheap material items back to them, so buyer beware. SCAM.

Also, when you call them, they don't call back. I called numerous times. When I originally placed my order, I didn't realize my email was put in wrong. So I never received emails from them saying it was coming late. Now I no longer needed the items because it came late and I need to pay for the returns back to them. They don't call back and just emailed me in an email that they don't do prepaid labels. Just call me so I can explain everything.

StyleWe trouble

I've made the mistake of ordering several things from StyleWe. I won't make that mistake again. They have great models and photographers but the clothes are shoddy and the fabrics are never as advertised. I ordered one expensive item that claimed to be 100% linen. It was some synthetic. I did not get refunded for the return because they claimed there was a "stain." I had immediately re-packaged and returned it as soon as I saw the fabric was not as advertised. It seemed really close to fraud to me that they manufactured an excuse not to accept the return.

Scam of another kind

I ordered four dresses. After two months I inquired when I might receive them. This is when I first realized the company was located in China (not that it would have matter, I just didn't know at the time). Shortly thereafter, I received a response by an email notifying me that two of the four were being shipped shortly. Two weeks later I received two of the four dresses. Still waiting on the other two.

The quality is awful, the dresses are much larger than the size I ordered, and they really look nothing like what I ordered. One dress was listed as "apricot" and is actually a light beige.

I inquired as to returning the items and was told that I would pay return postage and they suggest rather than returning that I take a 15% cash refund or a 20% store credit. After reading numerous reviews about never receiving refunds, I figured I should cut my losses. I am taking the 15% credit and donating the dresses. In my opinion, this is a scam. By the time I returned four dresses at my own cost and if they ever acknowledge (which a lot of reviews claim that StyleWe says they never receive), I would be out even more money. Hopefully, the agency responsible for companies like this will take some action.

I am taking a loss, but again, better than throwing good money after bad. I will never use this company again.

Scam company operating out of China

This is a scam company operating out of China. The product you receive will not be the same as on the website. The sizing is off, the colors are faded or not at all the same, and the clothing beyond cheaply made. For example, the buttons were attached with paperclips. I have never seen clothes like this. If you want to return it, then you have to send to Guangzhou, China at your own expense. Other customers have warned not to waste more money sending back, as the packages disappear, are held at a holding facility and never picked up or the company gets the product back, keeps it and keeps your money. This company engages in bait and switch and scams American customers. I have filed an FTC complaint on the suggestion of other customers for federal investigation of their activities.

Terrible company

If you do not want to lose your money with this company, please do not do any business with them. I order two items from them. When the orders arrived, they were too low qualities, so I requested to refund. They advised me to go back to the website and lock into my account to get the refund authorization, and I did. Afterward, I received their response that they will send me an email within 24 hours regarding my request. As of today, I did not receive any response from them. Therefore, I went back to the website, and I tried to request the refund barcode sheets, then I saw a note from them that "my purchase is not eligible to refund/exchange." This was so clear, that they did not want to refund money to me. Therefore, they made me wait until the order exceeded 30 days. Then they sent me a notice that the purchase is not eligible to refund anymore.

They are from China, and that is how they do business. No stars at all! Terrible! Deceitful! Please do not purchase anything from them. You will lose everything with them!

Do not buy anything!

I ordered three dresses in April. I received them in June. The dresses were very pretty, but they didn't fit properly. On June 21, 2018 I returned all three. As of today, September 6, there is no information on the return. I have sent 4 or 5 emails only to be told "We did check many times already in our return center, we still have not received your parcel, we tried to track it but there is no update for a long time. At this point, we really have no idea where it is now. At this point, to avoid any delay we'd love to offer you a 30% refund or 50% store credit for this missing parcel, is that okay."

After reading many reviews online, I realize this is a scam.

Overpriced and poor quality

This is a store based in China, besides a long delay in the shipment, the quality of their stuff is poor and very pricey. Don't buy on this site! They even charge a restocking fee, this is ridiculous for a fashion store, they are not selling electronics or valuable items.

Took forever to arrive

Never received merchandise

Very disappointed

I placed my order with this company. I was under the impression that the clothing was from designers but let’s face reality. Very poor quality. The finish is awful, same as the fit.

First I requested a cancelation. They don’t honor my request. The return will cost me almost half of what I paid for the clothes.

I am dealing with my credit card because I disputed this charge since "what I saw isn’t what I got."

Horrible experience, do not trust this company!

Last year I purchased a couple of items from StyleWe, and although the quality wasn't great, they were cute enough and inexpensive and not worth the hassle of returning at my cost.

On 11/25/18 I ordered five more items - two dresses, two tops, and a coat. Items were shipped (per email) on 11/30/18. The delivery came on 12/10/18. One of the tops was exactly as described, and it's very cute. One top was that horrible cheap scratchy fabric and the sizing was mysterious - huge in the body but tiny in the shoulders. A dress advertised as cotton blend has NO cotton in it at all. It is poly and icky feeling, but the color is great, and it has pockets, so I kept it. A color block coat was sewn crookedly and scratchy. A second dress was hideous - looked cute in the photo but in reality resembled an old lady muumuu from the 70s. This last item did not have its tag attached - the tag was inside the bag but not connected to the garment and there were no holes in the tag to indicate it has ever been attached.

The return process itself is overly complicated and frustrating. You have to email them and request to return, which I did on 12/12. On 12/14 they emailed back to give me a choice of keeping the items and getting a small cash back or a small store credit. (The wording of these emails is stilted and possibly translated using Google translator.) I said, no, I want to return. Then they respond with a shipping label and the same options, and I had to reply again (so for the third time, I want a refund!). Finally, I was able to print the label. Since the tag was not attached to the one item, I took photos of all the items and the unbroken tag (and wrote a note indicating that the tag had not been attached) before placing all three items into the same bag and going to UPS and paying for return shipping to Southern California. This was on 12/15.

On 12/29 I received an email that two of the items (not the dress with unattached tag) had been received and, yet again, did I want cash refund or store credit! I responded that I shipped back three items in the same package and I want a refund. I attached the photos of the three items. On 1/2 they sent an auto email that I would receive a refund on the two items within a week. I responded again that there were three items in the box. Three emails later they are still not acknowledging there were three items returned and have offered me "30% money refund or 40% store credit to end this issue."

I am now filing a claim with my credit card company and with PayPal. Note it has been six weeks since my original order. Jeff Bezos has nothing to fear.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Worst customer service

This company is the worst one. I never can talk to someone, they never answer the phone, and if you email them, they answer after a couple of days. I placed an order and I put my friend's address, I tried to change but I couldn't, and that's fine. I can pick it up with my photo ID. Something went wrong and the order was returned back. I email them and I got the worst answer. They don't try to make the customer happy, they don't care. Even if they receive the order back, it's non-refundable. WHAT? I work in customer service too, you are supposed to try to work with me, give me a credit or offer an exchange or something. Not just tell me there's no refund that can be issued.

I don't want a refund, maybe send it again, or change the order or credit. This is the WORST customer service, even if you don't receive the order, they are not trying to fix or help you! You guys charged me, where is my order?

You got my order back and still no refund or exchange or credit.

The main problem is there is no one you can speak with. How are you guys trying to keep the customer happy and willing to shop again? No, nothing.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Scam

Please, I am begging you, just don't even think about it. It doesn't matter how nice the clothes look, just stay away. Outright scam. They will send you garbage then ask you to return at your own expense. Just stay away completely. Do not buy anything from this site.

Scam - garbage

This company is a scam. I was ripped off hundreds of dollars. Merchandise is trash. Barbie-doll clothes are better than this crap. They refuse to accept my returns and refund my money. China-based company. Probably a straw hut in a swampy rice field. They should be shut down and not allowed to advertise in the US! Basically, they are frauds and thieves.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
