Terrible customer service!

I ordered the deluxe TAPfit unit on November 22nd of last year, when I open the package, the tap shoes they sent were a size small, when I know I ordered a large. I did get a return code, after repeated emails to do so. I asked them also to send a return label, because it wasn’t my fault on the wrong size - no answer. I took it to UPS and had to pay an additional $14 out of my own pocket, and did so on December 4th.

I have not received any return taps, and am uncertain which size, M or L, will fit an 8 and 1/2 shoe, since I read different info on the website. So I finally found a customer service #, and have called twice and left info with an answering service, last week and 3 days ago, and was promised a call back in 24 hours. Not to be. I was so excited about this program, and so upset about the fraudulent manner they handle their visit. From the reviews, I am not the only one. Please rectify this issue please, TAPfit!

Total scam

Paid for premium VIP ($350+) with the assurance that it would include 2 separate individuals to help with my fitness and nutrition goals, 2 separate Facebook groups, and daily text messages from the trainer to keep me on track. I have sent 3 separate emails letting them know that my acceptance to the Facebook groups (submitted over a week ago) have not been accepted, I haven't received any text messages, and did not receive any tracking information for my taps. There has been no response. This is clearly a scam.

Fun dance workouts, I love it

I bought TAPFit in January and have really enjoyed it. The ladies who lead the workouts are so sweet and I love their accents. I did buy the extra DVDs but I haven't used them yet, I log onto the online portal that they have and I stream the workouts through my computer. The workouts are very easy to follow, they also break all the steps down if you want to go slower and the workouts are tap-based and low impact. The DVDs are more fat burning with more intensity. I want to focus on tap and low impact though so I do everything online, and followed their 6-week program. And I love the slip-on taps, making the noise is just so much fun! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I had to wait a day for my login details to be emailed to me before I could begin. Other than that, I have really enjoyed the program.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Online lessons

I haven't received my order yet but I went online to preview the lessons. All I could access was the long, boring intro. Hope this isn't indicative of future problems. Also, why is there no customer service phone number?

Super fun and easy to do

I absolutely love TAPFit! My granddaughter comes over and dances with me and we just love it! It's easy on my joints, I've had a hip replacement but this is low-impact and great since I'm 63 and want something fun and easy to keep moving. Making the sound with the taps is a lot of fun too, I've always wanted to tap since I was a child so this is perfect - they go through easy tap steps and break all the steps down. So great! Thank you for creating TAPFit ladies!

TOTAL SCAM - product hasn't arrived in a month!

I was so excited to try out this new workout during my time Sheltering in Place. I ordered the $167 "Deluxe System" on May 10th. By May 17th, I had not heard a word about my product being shipped, so I emailed the support contact. I was told I would receive a tracking number in 24-48 hours. It's been 3 weeks, and I have not heard ANYTHING. Worse, I emailed the support contact again on June 7 and 11 and have heard nothing back.

Buyer, BEWARE!

Crazy shipping. Come on!

Ordered on May 9th. It’s almost July and it still hasn’t been shipped. It also takes days for them to respond to emails and I can’t find a customer service number anywhere. I’m about to fight this charge one my card.

It’s not tap dancing!

Do not purchase if you are really wanting to tap dance. It’s aerobic exercise/dance while making noise with the "taps". I asked about this prior to purchasing and was told that the dancing grows in difficulty. Grows in intensity but not tapping difficulty. If you truly want to learn to tap dance for exercise, grab some tap shoes for $20 at an online dance discount and pull up some YouTube videos. I wish I had thought of that before wasting $249!

One more time - you did not send me a Deluxe kit, EVER. You’re making yourself and the organization look worse with your lies. I have all the emails explaining why I could not receive the 5 Amazing Dance DVD’s. I was told you were out of stock, which is why I could not receive what I paid for! I will gladly post Jasmine's email explaining this. Ask yourself this question: Why would I not choose those DVD’s if that was the initial issue when I only received a floor?

Non-responsive when issues arise

I purchased the TAPfit kit in mid-July, for medical reasons I could not use the program and I contacted the company by email (they have NO phone contact). I received an RMA (return approval). I packed in its original packaging, it was unused. It is now 10/30/2020, and after several attempts to reach them via email, my PayPal account has never received the refund. As a company that promotes a pro-woman image, they are very active in cheating women.

No customer service

I paid for a platinum membership and the $249 came out of my account on March 4th. My membership in the two private Facebook groups, TAPfit Inner circle and TAPfit tribe are still pending. I have not received the mat or the taps that go over the shoes yet. All I received is the DVD for the monthly coaching club which will be an extra charge each additional month, and the online videos.

How can I do the online classes if I do not have the necessary supplies, which I paid for? I sent an e-mail on March 19th, asking where my platinum kit is as well as posting on the TAPfit Facebook page. All I received was an automated message.

Normally when I make online purchases there is communication, especially if there will be a delay. I am not getting my money's worth due to no customer service/communication and still waiting after 2 and 1/2 weeks for what I paid for. This is unacceptable.
