I have been using Bio Complete 3 for two weeks and I can already see a difference. My skin is clearer and my trips to the bathroom are more comfortable. My hemorrhoids have cleared and it feels like my metabolism has sped up. Can that be real? I don’t know but I love it! I’ll definitely keep using it!

It's only been 30 days but my bowels seem to be more regular. I haven't really noticed anything else though. I haven't lost any weight, but due to the Chinese virus, I haven't been able to exercise too much at all. I want to see what happens in the next 30 days.

I am 71 years old, I have Psoriasis all over my body (up to 90%) for over 20 years, for years, my skin was always severely inflamed to the extend of severe itching, pain, bleeding, many sleepless nights and exhaustion. It kept me from working and stress levels went way up which induced more inflammation.

After I read Dr. Gundry's book, The Plant Paradox, plus watching many of his videos I decided to try his free of lectins methods (I had nothing to lose), I ordered the Bio Complete 3 and the Lectin Protection Capsules, after using it, I have a brand new life experience, my skin cleared up, and all the inflammation on my skin disappeared, after about 3 weeks following the instructions.

I have pictures to prove it.

After visiting many dermatologists and taking all kinds of extreme medications (steroids) and thousand of dollars for treatments, over the years, nothing helped me. After following Dr. Gundry's instructions and guidelines, I am feeling like coming back from hell.

I am still taking all of Dr. Gundry's supplements religiously. I will definitely keep ordering and taking it in the future, it was like Godsend. In combination with his book, The Plant Paradox, which I ordered from Amazon and his supplements, I am living a better, painless, healthier life now, thank you so much Dr. Gundry.

Tomorrow marks 3 weeks of consistently taking Bio Complete 3 (2 capsules in am, 2 before dinner). I have been suffering from periods of constipation for about 5 years now (I think it’s related to perimenopause as I’ve been very regular my whole life up until this point).

The product has helped with the makeup of my bowel movements (more "whole" pieces as opposed to little nuggets) and more consistency so I don’t feel as bloated as usual and that’s wonderful. I still will go 1-2 days without a BM and that is frustrating as I used to go 1-3 times a day. I eat a lot of fiber and a have pretty healthy diet (although sugar is my weak spot). I also take Metamucil once a day.

I’m still in hope, that after a month, I will see more improvement. I’m so tired of focusing on whether I’ll have a BM daily and feeling bloated and having some lower back pain which I wonder is a result of the constipation.

I ordered 3 bottles and almost finished with my first bottle. I didn't start feeling any difference until 2 weeks. The first week I was still craving my weakness (ice cream). By the second week my cravings lessen and week 3 there wasn't much of any ice cream craving.

In week 3, I incorporated 16/8 IF (Intermittent Fasting) and it's working great with Bio Complete 3, for me at least. I have more energy and Bio 3 is helping to increase my metabolism. I have lost 4 lbs as of today. I'm starting to see and feel the difference in my stomach.

I have just started my second bottle of Bio Complete 3. It seems to be working. No problems with taking the pills. I am still not regular every day but am feeling fine with no after-effects.

I saw improvement quickly at first. I am experiencing much less gas and bloating. My bowels firmed up, but lately, even though I am still much less gassy, my bowels have gone back to very loose. I know my issues are in part or mostly related to stress, which hasn't really changed, but I still plan to give this product the full 90 days and see what happens. I have been having these issues for a few years, so I can't expect complete healing of my gut in less than 30 days. I am taking it along with Total Restore, which I started 2 months earlier.

I am currently working on my first bottle of Bio Complete and have experienced the following:

1) Constipation that required me to take Senna-S every other day.

2) Urine is bright yellow - is this normal?

3) Increased urination throughout the day.

4) Dosage of 4 capsules a day is bothersome. I would rather the dosage be consolidated into 2.

As someone that has not stuck to a probiotic regiment throughout the years, I don't have a good feel if the product is working for me. This is why I gave a 3-star rating. I purchased a 3-month supply so will know more toward the end of that time period. I also cannot recommend the product to a friend at this time, because I haven't been taking the product long enough.

I’m feeling so much better, when I remember to take it! Lol! But when I take it every day at the same time, it’s great! I feel great! I have regular easy BMs and more energy throughout the day. I sleep better, and that’s incredible. That IS everything! I highly recommend trying this to anyone that has ANY issues with energy, sleep, or regular BMs.

During the first 3 weeks of taking Bio 3, I experienced no changes, then all a sudden my gas and bloating subsided a lot but my bathroom habits have not changed. I still only go once in the morning as soon as I get up out of bed as I've always done unless I drink some prune juice. I was hoping to increase my trips at least to twice a day but that was wishful thinking. Anyway, my energy level has picked up a little but not enough to brag about. That is the extent of my experience with Bio 3.
