I felt better and have more energy than I have had in a long time. I am losing weight in a healthy way, and I am eating better, and when I eat something that I shouldn't, then my body lets me know that I shouldn't, so I am learning better ways to eat.

I was looking for a way to improve my skin as I have been battling acne for 35 years with antibiotics, topical treatments, Aldactone, Retin A, Accutane (two times), and steroid injections to cysts. I tried eliminating dairy and sugar, took zinc and probiotics and selenium but still had issues.

I found Dr. Gundry online and watched some videos. I have been using Primal Plants and Vital Reds daily for less than a month, and my skin is much clearer! I currently have one small cyst on my chin that has been there a few days, but it is not painful and seems to be getting smaller without any injection, so I feel like my overall inflammation level must be lower. Since I started taking Primal Plants, I've noticed that I get better restful sleep. It doesn't take me as long to fall asleep nor does it take me a long time to get going in the morning.

I usually take it first thing when I get up. I don't drink coffee so I mix it with water, orange juice, or some kind of fruit juice 16 oz to one scoop. I don't eat for at least four hours after taking it, but I do drink lots of water at least 8 oz every hour.

I am about to incorporate an exercise routine and order up Vital Reds and see what it can do about trying to help me control my weight.

I noticed the second day I had an overall feeling of well being. I felt more flexible, and this week I have noticed my eczema is better, my energy level is more stable, and I just feel stronger all over.

I have just begun the experiment with Vital Reds, Primal Plants, and the probiotic. Initially, I noticed that my appetite subsided, and I quickly burned up about ten pounds to my approximate ideal weight. I have also had very low energy since Lymes disease last year. I have noticed some energy increase, but have yet to get my strength back. I do have enough energy to become more active socially at my church.

I have shared this product with many, and all but one have reported increased energy. The one who didn't has a chronic fatigue syndrome, and reported some GI difficulties and discontinued usage.

My mother-in-law, Faith, and I watched their video and decided that she, my husband and I would try the product. We ordered the Primal Plants and the Vital Reds. It's been two weeks today.

Faith, 83 this weekend, reports that she is more focused/sharper doing her crossword puzzles. And she just told me she changed her bed, even the dust ruffle and for the first time in years was able to unscrew the little do-dads that hold the dust ruffle in place! She has renewed energy and movement!

I'm feeling really well using the Primal Plants. I take it every morning with water, juice or with Vitamin Water. I seem to have more energy than I did before. I told my doctor that I was not going to take Omeprazole for a while to see if the Primal Plants can clean out my gut without taking a prescription drug.

I have told several of my friends about the benefits of taking the product. They have noticed how good my skin is looking and are interested in trying the product based upon my results.

So just to be clear, I am not trying to lose any weight at all. Quite the contrary in fact. I am trying to pack on some good lean muscles for strength and fitness. I am a very lean athlete and I burn lots of calories so I can use some more muscle mass to keep from blowing away in a good wind.

My primary goal is to pack as much nutrition into my meals as possible. Since I already consume a protein shake each morning from vegan sources which include probiotics, the greens are a simple addition to my normal daily breakfast and they provide the additional goodness that I don't normally get from that meal.

I purchased six jars of both the Primal Plants and the Vital Reds and I am confident my body is just soaking all that goodness right up like a sponge. I feel strong at each of my workouts and I believe I am now recovering faster as well.

While I did not subscribe to the auto-shipment arrangement, I will as soon as these 12 jars are almost gone so as not to run out.

I would encourage anyone trying to cut fat or build lean muscle mass to try both the greens and the Reds. With all the crap in today's food, it is nice to see someone from the modern medical establishment working on disease prevention through proper nutrition rather than prescribing pharmaceuticals.

I feel an increase in energy level and overall good health. It is a good compliment to the Vital Reds and Heart Defense that I also use daily. My ability to work through times of high stress is much improved, and I have avoided many of the viral colds/flu going around since I daily take these products.

I have been very pleased with Primal Plants (I take it along with Vital Reds and Prebiothrive). I have more energy and just overall feel better. Also, minor pain in a few of my joints has disappeared.

However, there is one strange effect that is occurring when I take it. I have an allergic-type reaction where my face gets flush and hot. It usually lasts 10-15 minutes, and the severity varies. I have pinpointed the reason for the reaction to the powdery residue of Primal Plants when I am scooping it out and mixing it getting into my nose and nasal passage. I now cover my nose when mixing and I don't have a reaction. Although, sometimes when I forget to cover my nose or in a rush, I will have the reaction.

And please note, this does not occur with the Vital Reds or Prebiothrive products. I have done different tests with each product and narrowed it down to Primal Plants. It does seem that Primal Plants is much more dry and gives off a lot more of a "powdery cloud," thus more chance to get into nasal passages.

I really hope that they take a look at this and possibly change their formula or production methods to reduce this. This has also happened to my wife, so it is not just a personal physiological issue with me.

I have not liked the experience of mixing the powder in liquid (water) every morning. I think that a tablet or capsule form would make it much easier to take on a daily basis since my schedule is usually overloaded and I find it rather annoying to have to wait for the powder to dissolve.

That said, both my spouse and I have noticed definite positive changes in my skin. Though I am in the latter years of middle age, my entire adult life has been plagued by recurrent skin breakouts and "zits," for which I have had to apply benzoil peroxide based creams religiously in order to control. Since starting daily use of Primal Plants just three weeks ago, I have only spot-used the skin cream twice! That, I think, is quite remarkable! Furthermore, bloating issues have been much better controlled since starting the product.

As a physician myself, I do not think that these positive results are mere coincidence but are most likely the result of using your product, though I have yet dared to attempt to see whether a reversal of my symptoms would ensue if I were to discontinue use temporarily. At this point in time, I am not very eager to find out, as I so very much enjoy what I think is thus far a beneficial impact of your product on my health.

I will keep you posted when my three-month supply runs out! Meanwhile, they should try to work on an easier mode of product administration, perhaps a tablet formulation.

Gundry Primal Plants is far superior to any super greens products that I have used, and I have tried many. I am coming up on 30 days of using Gundry MD Primal Plants. I use it every day in my morning shakes. The results are outstanding and excellent.

I especially like that Primal Plants does not alter the taste of my shakes at all and the best part, it is gentle on the digestive system. There is no gas, bloating or diarrhea, which has always been the aftermath of introducing super greens into my daily intake.

I am a 63-year-old woman and just started weight lifting training for the first time in my life, eight months ago. My entire life, I have never had the strength to do push-ups. It has always been a feeble pathetic struggle for me to do wall or counter pushups.

I have been taking Primal Plants and Vital Reds for about two and a half weeks now and I love the extra energy and the way it's curbing my hunger as I've started the Gundry diet.

I've lost about six pounds, but I've cheated (just a little) a few times.

I noticed the change in my skin fairly quickly; it feels softer and the finer lines seem to have smoothed out. Excited to see how it goes over time.

Truth be told, I was convinced to try it for purposes of vanity, but I'm thrilled with the health benefits. I have been on again/off again with paleo, and I don't eat gluten, so it hasn't been much of a change to try the diet. Easy transition.

I have eczema on my face, and it has been helping, but whenever I get stressed, it flares up a bit still. I have also had digestive issues for years due to Graves Disease, and I know that my system is likely damaged with extensive scar tissue, so I anticipate it will take some time to heal properly. I joined VIP and just received my second shipment and added Prebiothrive to see if it will expedite my digestive healing.

I've started one of my siblings on it, and he reports plenty of extra energy and that it helped him push through a weight loss plateau (he was already eating a paleo diet.)
