Hi, I'm 60 years old and a bit overweight. I wanted to lose weight for a good while now, but I would feel too embarrassed to go to the gym. And all that diet cookbooks are also not for me. The best thing about intermittent fasting is you can eat whatever you want when you have your eating windows, so I could still eat my favorite pie and cheesy dishes.
