The FixMeStick did not do anything but highjack my desktop computer for nearly a week. Contacted customer service, they had me try multiple things and still nothing but a highjacked computer. Don’t waste your time and don’t waste your money on FixMeStick. Does absolutely nothing but waste computer time.

I'm very disappointed in all the sell ads and junk ads that come up while using the software. I run virus scanners after running the FixMeStick and found many viruses, spyware, and adware that the stick missed. I'm not sure if I can rely on this software for my business. I'm a little disappointed in that I was going to rely on this software to speed up my cleaning of computers, but not sure if this is going to work.

My computer has been online for two months with no virus software. I used FixMeStick and it says there are no viruses or errors. So does FixMeStick work, I have no idea. You would think there would be something on my computer for FixMeStick to find but it has found nothing.

After using your product twice I had to download SpyHunter 5 and it found spyware, Trojans, and many others that FixMeStick missed. Waste of money.
The purpose of buying this product was to fix these issues, which never even found the simplest adware. If I had kept the bill, I would have returned it but thanks for the extra paperweight.

The Shopping Channel where I purchased the FixMeStick product rep from FMS said the NordVPN was free. This is untrue and I am very upset. FMS say that the VPN will not actually charge your credit card. However, this is BS. I am returning this product on Tuesday. Do not know why they have to lie...

The product is good, but the support service is poor. All they do is refer you back to the links and FAQ. I did those and now need more personalized help and it looks like I won't get it.

I tried 3 times and it doesn't work in Windows 10. I will try the boot method. Not happy spending $60. Gave up after 2 days, will try again later. Will report after I do the boot method. So don't be in a hurry to buy this. The YouTube videos are too old.

Used FixMeStick on three of my Win 10 PCs. Claimed to have found and cleaned several viruses on them, but then I re-ran AVG on them and it found more viruses that FixMeStick claims to have found and deleted. Not at all happy with this product and does not do as it claims to. Will not recommend to my friends. So disappointed.

FixMeStick doesn't scan web browsers, only viruses downloaded onto the computer (the hard to get ones!) so if AVG detected threats in your web browser, then this might explain why FixMeStick didn't remove them. Not sure why, but I have a desktop and a laptop and neither one of them could load this program. The laptop appeared to start loading, but to no avail...nothing! Am sending back to HSN.

NO GOOD. There is it. The product has not helped my computer. It took it's sweet 4 hours to scan but after starting it, the slowdown was the same. Should not listen to people who spread fake reviews.

Have used this on five-year-old desktop (running a bit slow) and it found absolutely nothing and made no difference to my PC. I would have expected to find something on PC this old. This would appear to just be yet another bit of software that makes many claims but doesn’t deliver, it does, however, have the usual option to buy more software adds.

I had purchased the FixMeStick to speed up my laptop, but when I used it for the 1st time on 12/2/19, it stalled. I called the customer service line and the representative was very helpful, BUT the stick wouldn't work. The rep showed me how to clean up my laptop without the stick since it wasn't working. Why did I pay for this when I could have done the work myself and did. Very unhappy and would like my money back.

The FixMeStick seems to work fine on my other computers (2 regular PCs). But on my own PC it gives me black screens. I did the software update as demanded. Tried every option, always to end up with a black screen and a flashing cursor and a locked-up PC that requires a hard shutdown and reboot.

A company is weighed on 2 topics - first, how efficient is the product, and 2nd (and most important), how does the company treat their customers. FixMeStick failed me miserably. For some unknown reason, the product crapped out on me. Prior to this experience, it worked fine. When it crapped out on me I tried contacting the company but you can only chat with them for customer support. That is a terrible unprofessional way to conduct customer support. I explained to them the problem that the scan would not work or update and they gave me some instructions that had to do with BIOS. I am not a computer expert. I followed their instructions and they only exasperated the problems. I had to have a pro come to my house and analyze the problem.
Maybe if I had someone to talk to and walk me through the process, maybe the problem would have been resolved. I asked them to replace the stick, seeing how it was not working properly and the answer was NO! This is a client who had to buy additional licenses and did so without hesitation. If I would have known what I learned the hard way about their customer service I would have never bought the product to begin with. I have dealt with other companies who stand behind their products and offer 1000 times better customer support. Most companies will offer to fix the product or problem by simply connecting to your computer while you are on the phone with them and fix the problem right in front of your face. FixMeStick doesn't offer any professional support. It's downright pathetic!
In closing, don't waste your money with these money-hungry people. They don't stand behind their product and don't offer ANYTHING remotely called professional customer service!

Starting the FixMeStick via the BIOS boot menu is a standard procedure that is very effective at starting the FixMeStick. Depending on any updates to your computer, or the FixMeStick, you may have to start it this way in order to use it on your computer. A replacement stick would require the same process. False advertising! Just plug in the USB port and click on the application. It failed multiple times. Would work on my Windows 10 laptop. Will be returning it for a full refund. Was very hopeful, now very disappointed!

The FixMeStick would load up and only go so far, then it would lock up with a white page. I tried the tapping of the key, the second line to enter program. Good folks trying to help, but no luck. I'd have to turn off the computer and restart it just to get out of the stuck program. Also, after purchasing FixMeStick, I received call after call from Microsoft personnel wanting to have full access to my computer to "fix a problem?"

Though the service was greatly helpful, I spent hours trying to hook up to Dashlane without success. Then the technical help led me along and still I could not complete the sign in. I then had to leave abruptly as I had a medical appointment, and by this time I had spent 3 hours on this dang thing.
Being as I cannot use it and it seems a hopeless case, I wish to cancel the order. I shall delete all downloads. Thank you.

I was hoping for more speed at startup and programs running on my computer. After running FixMeStick as per instructions, I saw no change what so ever. This is a real disappointment!

Hard to give details...The laptop just has not been running well - it is slow (I defragged it and it was better), just takes forever to start up and get running!
I used the FixMeStick, came up with three viruses. I cleared them out but did not really see a change in how the laptop is running.
On my PC - it seems to be running better. Three viruses on this one too. So, it's all to "iffy" right now. I don't think I would recommend it at this time. It sure didn't seem to help the laptop.
I don't know why I was sent two. I would rather have paid for just one. I don't recall two being advertised on the HSN Show. I don't have six different items to use it on.

No real change in anything. The other program they recommended actually caused some grief...erased all the password cookies and keeps coming on to do a check. It is very distracting.
I would not recommend this product to another, considering I had a better experience with an off the shelf product.

I received one of the FixMeStick from my friend who bought two of them. I think she was under the assumption that this would prevent viruses, as well as get rid of them if she ever had that problem. She just bought a new HP laptop and thought she would benefit from this product right away. I ran my FixMeStick on a 2-year-old HP computer that has been having problems. I have done everything possible, including hiring a local computer repair shop to see what they could do.
They said that I might have a virus. I also installed a paid for "Cleaner." After the FixMeStick was used, it took 4 and a 1/2 hours to scan and did not find any viruses. I don't really know what the value of this product is really. Kind of a bummer.
One last mention: The instructions are not an exact map to follow. I had to go online.

After the FixMeStick took an awful amount of time to scan my one computer, it only found one software it considered bad, and it was my PC Matic antivirus software, which it insisted on deleting. I guess my current software is good enough!

This thing does not work. I tried it on two different computers and it failed to do anything but waste my time. I'll be returning this ASAP.
System #1 failed numerous time to even load. I followed instructions to load manually and after several attempts and several more reboots, it finally loaded 1 hour and a half later. It listed some files but would not remove them. I tried to run it again but it would not start.
System #2, after a 1/2 hour and 6 attempts it ran, then went into an unending search for something, which it never found, so I had to shut it down after 4 hours. I tried it again, then the same thing happened.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Firstly - I have the FixMeStick Plus Lifetime Usage for six PC's from HSN. So why do I keep getting emails to sign up for my second year and all the other ad come-ons? Quite annoying.
The first usage was flawless and mostly automatic. Removed several trojans, etc.
Second usage (two weeks later), same computer, same thumb drive, the computer didn't recognize FixMeStick. Then endless poorly written or non-existent instructions on what to do. Black screens, command prompts that gave no direction, etc. etc.
I finally got lucky after the third reboot and the darn thing scanned again and found one virus or malware or whatever.
If my third try is anything like the second one...then my rating will be ZERO and I will tell as many people as possible of the nightmares...I will also return to HSN.
So let's hope the third time works...and it's as easy as they CLAIM it is in advertisments.
Undecided...and not hopeful.
