I use Primal Plants and Vital Reds mixed together. I also add Citrucel mixed in. I find the taste very good and I find that I have a little more energy. Because of my budget, I only take all this on days I work and go to my job so the product will last longer. I am 62 years old and need more energy to make it thru the day. I am a terminal cancer survivor and have survived three heart attacks and then discovered these products.

However, there is something about Dr. Gundry that irks me. I met him at a Tony Robbins event, and my intuition about him based on this meeting, his lecture, and the way he markets his products tells me something is not quite right. He seems like more a business man than a healer. But, he is very intelligent and has done the hard work and research to understand lectins, autoimmunity, and how to heal. He helps many many patients lose weight and live a better life, so maybe this is just a personal mismatch.

Anyway, I recommend the product if you're looking good a tasty vitamin supplement.

I received a call from one of their people who asked how I was doing with Vital Reds and wanted me to order more. I explained that I had a seven-month supply on hand as I had ordered three and was auto shipped twice more before I was able to stop the auto shipment. He then spoke about Primal Plants, which I agreed to order six and he would provide one free to match my remaining inventory of Vital Reds.

I compared the ingredients between both products and was disappointed to read that they are almost identical, although Primal Plants has a couple of additional ingredients.

I am using both products, and I have been for approximately two plus weeks. I take both products in the morning, one after the other, and certainly am provided with an energy boost. I intend to get my cholesterol checked after using Primal Plants for a month in the hopes it is reducing, as I really would like to avoid statins, etc. I suffer from varicose veins in my legs and am hoping that these products will assist with increased circulation.

I have no complaints but am wondering if I am just doubling up using both Vital Reds and Primal Plants.

I have not been on this product very long less than two weeks. First, I'm a very busy person with many things on my plate. I have a good energy level as is, but Primal Plant's essential superfoods blend seems to be giving me another level. So at the age of 64, I'm very pleased. Not only the energy level but my skin has noticed a lighter color on my liver spots and the texture, and my natural oils from my skin are coming out and making my skin soft.

So at an early stage of this product, I'm very pleased. Primal Plants has helped me to control my weight by being more active. As of right now, the only meds I take is multi vitamins and a baby Asprin, so as a dietary supplement it works for me. I bought a three-month supply to start with, and if this keeps going at this level, I will be very pleased. The Primal Plants in the powder form is easy to take every morning with water, and the green apple flavor is just fine.

I am taking the Primal Plants and the Vital Reds daily for the past two weeks. I started both of them because my nutritional status was poor post an operation of a knee replacement. I need another knee replacement after the first of the year, and I want my nutritional status to be much improved.

After two weeks I have not noticed a burst of energy that some claim to have. It has cleared my skin considerably. I had a small staff infection at the base of my nose that I was having difficulty with and it is all gone. I am hoping that my LDL comes down with my next lab draw in December.

I bought Primal Plants about three weeks ago, honestly because I was impressed by Dr. Gundry's serious health background and also because I can't stand eating the necessary kinds of greens I know are truly healthy, such as broccoli and kale. I thought if I can drink them, great! At least I'll finally be eating them. The mild apple flavor is delightful compared to the real thing, too.

So while I was doing it for my health, the drink has some other major surprises in store for me as well. I started taking this product about a month ago, and I also brought it along on my vacation. I like to mix it with sparkling water for a little flavor, and I also take my Thyroid medication along with this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I am hoping that I get more absorption this way.

One of the things I noticed the most was how much gas I have with this! If I have a meeting in the morning, I won't take it until later cause it lasts for several hours.
