Great program

Excellent program. It's really helping me change my attitude about food and eating. The weight is coming off slower because it's not really a diet and I do sometimes fail to meet my own expectations, but Noom helps me get over that and even set more reasonable expectations for next time. I'm really learning a lot and there is no real pressure. Just lots of education and encouragement, which is what I need.

The Noom app has been very easy to use. The articles are always helpful, informative and encouraging. They also seem to be very timely with info. Just when you feel like giving up, in comes an article about why you always feel hungry.

Following the Noom plan is not a complex difficult way to lose weight. Finally, there is a plan that gives you a lifestyle change in manageable units and with plenty of supportive people to help you along. Slow and steady wins the race!

Love "Nooming"

I have been with Noom for about six weeks now. Noom has help me get smarter, stronger, healthier, better sleep, and happier. Six weeks in I have lost 20 pounds!

I know this is extreme and I have been working very hard. I have a long way to go and I am confident Noom will help me get there. The weekly Goal Specialist listens carefully and helps set meaningful goals. The group chats and group leader are a great daily help; they are there whether I am having a good day or a bad day.

It is comforting and inspiring to know some of the others in the trenches with me are also on a journey to better health and happiness.

Love it, but have one suggestion

I love this app. The articles help me learn and keep me motivated. The food tracker and breakdown is really helpful. I’m confident this app is teaching me how to change my life. All that said, my only suggestion would be to add a water tracker in the app so I don’t have to have a separate app for that.

Best thing I've tried

I just love Noom. I jump out of bed so excited to see what it has in store to help me on the journey for that day. I've lost 13.6 pounds in a month using Noom! I'd recommend to anyone looking for a softer gentler way of achieving permanent weight loss.

You gotta do it!

I found that the 20 or so pounds I battled all my life turned into 50 or so pounds post menopause. Nothing was working, and I saw an ad for Noom on Facebook. I didn't even wait for a New Year's Resolution; I started the day after Christmas! A month later, I am down over 10 pounds! The tracking is easy and the mind work into why I was having trouble losing the weight has made it surprisingly easy and effective! Totally recommend it to anyone! You can do it! And Noom will totally help!

Great idea

I decided to try Noom after seeing it on Facebook. It may seem similar to other programs with the biggest difference is the health coach that checks in on a weekly basis. I am not new to dieting, but being "mindful" about all I eat was the best thing for me. I loved all aspects of this program. Super easy! Couldn’t be happier. Started losing weight right off the hop!

It's a good plan. All the physical info is good but is a lot to take in. I like the group support. Don't get much from the private coach. She is vague. I thought she was a robot at first. I like logging my food. Helps keep me on track.
