Very easy to use, the directions are easy to read and helpful. So far it works great and cleaned up my computer. The scan takes a while when it runs, but if you do it while your sleeping, you should have no problem. A great product at a great price.

IT WORKS. With all the tech out there today and not knowing who to trust and wasting your money, trying this and that product. Well, I took a chance on FixMeStick and let me tell you that it really does work. STANDS UP TO ITS NAME. I used on all three computers, with one being an old Windows 7 with many problems and was ready to kick it out the door, but FixMeStick cleaned it and rid it of 13 viruses that my Virus protection missed or could not find. Don't hesitate on this product. Highly recommend. Well worth your money.

The FixMeStick is as promised I plugged it in my USB Port and followed the simple instructions and it scanned my computer and came up with a number of things to be removed. Then I clicked the Fix Button and in no time my computer was clean! I love this product!

I got a virus and needed a bios bootable remover and theirs seemed to be the best available but at cost.

I've spent 9, over 9 hours of my life with this bloody stick.

The first stick, this one failed at 2 hours because these guys didn't design the bloody thing right. It cannot scan Gaijin's War Thunder game files, it locks up. So I paid someone to go back to Walmart for a replacement and wooooooooooo, this one also locked up at War Thunder 2 hours in, what the heck. I had to boot up my infected PC and cut out my war thunder game files to get the bloody stick to work.

I went to bed knackered, left the stick running and get up at 3 am to check and wooooooooooooo, the PC showed all clean.

I booted the PC and the stupid stick had removed nothing at all.

Their customer support by phone is zero and online, well, obviously you can't get online with a buggered PC.

FixMeStick fixed nothing, found nothing, cleared nothing.

Issues - Gaijin War Thunder game files kill the stick.

Virus in my PC as follows - Yandex, sticky notes, search awesome, yes this yes takes 48% system resources.

The stick was utterly useless.

I have been fighting Windows 10 ever since they gave out that free upgrade and have hated it, though Windows 8.1 wasn't a whole lot better. My favorite Windows was 2000 Professional, which I used for many years in my photography business and personal until they quit supporting it. I also HATE Facebook, with a passion. I have been into computers since 1985, when I went selling systems to Oil Jobbers for my cousin, but things keep getting more and more complicated and more and more lousy, because of lazy cheating scammers and other hackers, until most of the fun has gone out of computers nowadays.

That being said, like most people on this planet, I am addicted to them, but fortunately, NOT cell phones (yet!).

I am 77 and retired for 15 years now, had polio as a kid, many accidents since, and along with old age, plenty of health problems, so I don't need the aggravation of bogus computer problems and the like. So I THANK FixMeStick for coming along, and they have helped me so far, only one application, in removing 6 viruses and one Trojan from this computer. I didn't give it 5 stars as it is not perfect yet in the way it should run in my opinion; but will try it again soon and see IF that helps at all.

I just think it is sad that people are even allowed to exist that are so devious and mean and uncouth, as to want to destroy or harm innocent people who are trying to lead a live and let live life, free from the nasty things that are so prevalent in these increasingly wicked times on earth today.

I for one, of many millions, can hardly wait until this all ends and will be replaced by much, much better things.

In the meantime, I will try to do my best at whatever I do, and enjoy working on my projects and keeping up on the good (and bad) news of this system we call home.

Keep up the good work at FixMeStick, so we can have at least some hope from all the leaches out there that are making it so difficult for us real, honest people to survive and have some sense of order and peace in what we have left of our imperfect lives, whether we be young or old, or in between. Thanks.

I just ordered the FixMeStick. I have two computers that were running slow. Well, not anymore...after a run with the FixMeStick, you could say they are like two new computers you just brought home from the store. YEAH!

I bought FixMe Stick to remove a very powerful virus from my computer. It did not remove it, but it did remove most of the bad stuff and cleaned out many viral files.

I received FixMeStick and plugged it into my PC. It took some time for it to check through my PC but was very easy to use. I feel confident that it is protecting my computer and others in my family. I had seen it advertised many times and the price was right for being a lifetime guard.

It worked okay on my Windows 8 system, but on my XP System, I cannot start the computer. It took around 6 hours to clean the Windows 8 computer, but on the XP, after a few seconds, the screen went black with a flashing line in the upper left corner.

Hi, I was having PC problems with virus and malware problems. I call a friend to tell her my computer is screwing up and everything was crashing. I first had Chrome from Google, it was infected, then I went to Explorer, both crashed. My friend said "I got you a FixMeStick for Christmas, I'll give it to you early so you can use it and see what happens." The only problem I had was it stayed on the "checking your internet connection" for about 6 hours. I read it and it said I could continue without being online. After I skipped that, it took about three hours, but after it was done running, I removed the stick and my PC has never run and operated so smooth and fast before. It really really worked. When I called for help, I just knew I would probably get a rep that I couldn't understand, not true. The representative was surprisingly very polite and extremely patient. I asked him to walk me through the install procedure to make sure it was going to work, as the directions that came with the USB FixMeStick were very vague, and they never, of course, can guide you if you have a problem with the sent printed instructions. He took his time with me as I was writing down all his directions as he was giving them to me so I didn't have to call back because I thought there couldn't possibly be another representative that could match his professionalism and knowledge. The code that was on my scan report is FMSMN09369 to help find the rep that assisted me. He deserves honorable mentions.

I tried three times and no luck - it froze up after about 30 minutes. I had to do a fix scan on the comp to be able to get online and download a few cleaning tools. The online support was now available for the stick and they sent an update, after which the FixMeStick worked fine and removed a bunch of other stuff. I will keep the stick and use it monthly as my machine is now running nice.

I have both a laptop and desktop computer which use the FixMeStick application.

The automatic one-year renewal arrived and, at this time, I wish not to renew. However, I am completely satisfied with its application and may renew at a later date. FixMeStick provides a sense of computer protection and security.

I purchased FixMeStick, attached to that purchase was McAfee. The install did not take because I have a Windows XP desktop PC. I'm a little confused here. If FixMeStick will help speed up and protect my PC, why another purchase for anti-protection, etc?

I called FixMeStick support when I ran what I expected would be a routine scan to my computer. The internet connection suddenly was not there and a popup said that the scan would resume once the connection was resumed, but never did. I am not at all tech savvy, so I figured this was a glitch which was run of the mill. The tech support person, Jessica, informed me that this situation was very atypical and admitted she had never run across it before. But she proved to be a real trooper, and more someone who really thought out of the box - trusting to intuition. Throughout her assistance in the crisis, she remained cool and collected and reassuring, and she got it done. God bless her!

I bought it to help fix my computer that suddenly quit working due to a virus I got in an email. I plugged it in and it took about an hour and a half. In that time it found four things wrong with my computer and fixed them all by removing them...

The FixMeStick was only used once. It took 15 hours to complete the scan. It found seven items, which I removed. I then did a Microsoft security scan and it found a Trojan, which I also removed.

My computer ran faster for a few days, and I intended to use the FixMeStick every month before completing a review, but then I had a house fire and all my electronics were destroyed among many other things.

Once I get computer replaced, when I can afford it, I will definitely purchase another two-pack lifetime FixMeStick to give it a fair chance.

I got my computer back after four days of not knowing what to do. As soon as I received my FixMeStick in the mail from Amazon, I was on the road to being back on track. And I mean back big time. When I first got my FixMeStick, I put it in and it took six and a half hours to clean my eight-year-old laptop. It had malware viruses, and I just tapped on the button after it cleaned it and it eliminated all my problems.

I cleaned it the second time, then I registered it. As far as I know, it's working five times faster, and that makes me way happier. Thanks to FixMeStick I can get things done a lot quicker.
